Large apartment with a beautiful view. Easy access to trade, services and transport, (bus stop 30 meters from the house). Possibility to reach the beaches of Bordighera, Ventimiglia, Menton in about 25 minutes by car. Wide routes for trekking on the spot. It is 45 minutes from the Principality of Monaco. The apartment, completely refurbished, has 8 beds with the possibility of adding more. The house is very large, with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and an additional bathroom. You arrive under the house with the car. Beautiful panoramic view

Soggiorno a Pigna

Dal momento del check-in al momento del check-out la signora Emanuela è stata super disponibile con noi ospiti,si è persino curata di lasciarci un pacco di benvenuto che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tantissimo,la proprietà è molto bella e curata,in tutti i dettagli,la disposizione degli ambienti è ottima e rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole,ancora grazie mille Emanuela, è stato davvero un piacere conoscerla e poter soggiornare nel suo appartamento.

Toller Ort zum Erkunden der Blumenriviera

Pigna ist ein altes Bergdorf im Nervia-Tal, ca 25 Minuten von Ventimiglia entfernt. Der Ort hat viele leerstehende Haeuser, hat aber viel Charme, nicht zuletzt wegen der drei Restaurants (teils mit schönen Aussenbereichen), einer sehr guten Eisdiele und zwei originellen, kleinen Landen. Wir haben gestaunt wieviel Kulturelles geboten war - vom Lavendel-Fest ueber Jazz- und Barockmusik bis zum Kinderzirkus (alles open-air und gratis). Man kann schöne Wanderungen machen und ist relativ schnell am Mittelmeer (ohne ständig den Trubel und den schrecklichen Verkehr der Küste ertragen zu müssen). Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, mit toller Küche, zwei Baedern etc... Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns allesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Emanuela war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, cette location est vraiment exceptionnelle en tous points, tout est dans le détail et un très bon aménagement, le propreté est impeccable,il ne manque rien, On profite du calme tout en étant près de la mer . Et aussi un très bon accueil . À recommander ++++++++++

This is a great place to stay, it's a lovely house in a great little hilltop village.

We were met by Emanuela at a nearby town and taken to the property.....it's lovely. The house had all mod cons.....I'd recommend it to anyone ( although please note there are steps up to it )..... It's in a lovely location, 20 minutes drive to the sea. I stayed there a week with my children and we had a great time. There are plenty bars/ restaurants nearby.... It's not far from Monaco ... Lovely views up the mountains.....a great place . We hope to go there again.
