Super equipped house with private swimming pool, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking balcony with sea view and Gulf of St-Tropez, not far from the Nartelle beaches.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, separate WC, Living room: 3-seater sofa and armchair - flat screen TV -, Dining room, Equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer - dishwasher - electric hob - extractor - microwave and traditional oven-Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine.
Private heated pool with garden furniture as well as mattresses and cushions - Electric barbecue (Weber Q 240 with grill or plancha).
Garage with washing machine - sink - additional fridge and plenty of storage.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (with double bed). One bedroom equipped with TV with flat screen.
Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, hair dryer and W-C. (completely renovated in January 2017)
Parking space in front of the house.
House located in the middle of the Ste-Maxime golf course and 100m from the Club-House.
Location 2km from the city center, 3km from the Nartelle beaches, 12 km from St-Raphaël and 15 km from St-Tropez.

Lovely stay in Saint Maxime

We spent one week is this lovely house in Saint Maxime. The house was very clean, very nicely decorated inside and with plenty of kitchen equipment. The pool and the terrace was very private which we appreciated a lot. The owners were also very service minded and always replying quickly. We will definitely recommend this house😊

Wir konnten bereits das dritte Mal unserem Urlaub in dem tollen Ferienhaus am Golfplatz genießen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage am Golfplatz mit Blick auf den Golf von Saint-Tropez sind perfekt.

Sehr zufrieden

Viele Worte müssen wir nicht machen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Lage ist fantastisch. Ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto sind die Strände und das Zentrum von Sainte Maxime sehr gut zu erreichen. Check-in und Check-out waren herrlich unkompliziert und der Kontakt vor Ort war super!! Die wenigen Unklarheiten wurden schnell geklärt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Onjuiste advertentie! Dramatisch verblijf!

Zeer slecht! We zijn na 2 dagen zonder slaap vanwege de hitte weggegaan. Advertentie bleek niet te kloppen en klopt op diverse punten nog steeds niet!!! Zeer kwalijk. Het huis zou 2 badkamers hebben, maar dat klopte niet; slechts 1 hele kleine met douche, wc en 1 wastafel. Bedlinnen zou volgens advertentie inbegrepen zijn, maar bleek ook niet zo te zijn. Airco (alleen op slaapkamers) bleek niet of nauwelijks te werken. Alsof we in een tent sliepen. Beneden is geen airco en de warme stijgt dan ook naar boven. Airco kon je niet zoals gebruikelijk instellen. Zeer slecht en vreemd. Advertentie is qua badkamers aangepast na onze klacht, maar de tekst van de advertentie klopt op diverse punten nog steeds niet! VRBO zou dit moeten controleren. Dit is gewoon misleiding! Er staat nog steeds in de tekst dat er een bubbelbad is en het icoontje daarvan staat er ook nog. Klopt niet! er staat nog steeds dat bedlinnen is inbegrepen. Klopt niet! Er staat ook dat je je auto eventueel in garage kunt parkeren (vonden wij niet relevant, maar ook dat klopt niet). De garage zit aan het huis vast zoals op de foto's te zien en staat vol. Er is geen aparte garage oid voor diegenen die dit relevant vindt. Zonde dat de eigenaar geen goede airco en een juiste advertentie verzorgd. Dat ie als reactie geeft dat ie in 13 jaar nog nooit klachten heeft gehad, is een bekende reactie bij een klacht. Het is op zich een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht en privé zwembad. Goed ingericht huis. Maar dit kan niet

Très reposant et calme. Piscine super et appartement très bien équipé! Juste un petit bémol sur la climatisation uniquement présente dans les chambres et pas dans le salon.

Des vacances parfaites dans une maison avec piscine chauffée.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison qui était confortable, bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée. La piscine était fantastique. Un grand merci à Linda et Akim qui ont été très sympathiques et acceuillants, toujours dispositions pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt !

Kleines Haus ganz groß

Das Häuschen wirkt auf den ersten Blick klein, kann aber gut mit den größeren Villen mithalten. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig. Wir waren jeden Tag mehrmals drin. Schönes Wohnzimmer und große Terasse. Einfach toll zum erholen und entspannen.

Emplacement parfait pour le repos au calme

Repos, piscine, visite des beaux petits villages mythiques autour de Sainte-Maxime, marchés provençaux,... Monsieur Hakim et Madame Linda pour l'accueil sur place sont aussi très gentils.

Ruhiger und komfortabler Aufenthalt

Das kompakte Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche hat es an keinen Kochutensilien gemangelt. Der Pool war sauber und für uns (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) groß genug. Die Lage direkt am/auf dem Golfplatz ist sehr ruhig. Der Nachteil an der Lage ist aber die Fahrt "hoch" zum Haus. Im Haus (und in der Garage) gibt es genügend Stauraum. Insg. waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen

Wir verlebten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Domizil, dass sehr ruhig liegt mit einem wunderbaren Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts in diesem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hübsches Haus mit Panoramablick

Wir haben dieses Haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Es ist ruhig oberhalb des Golfplatz gelegen und bietet einen schönen Ausblick, seitlich bis zum Meer. Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad sind möglich, aber es sind ca. 200 Höhenmeter zu machen. Bei der typischen Sommerhitze im August (nachts immer noch 26 Grad) waren wir über die Klimaanlage im 1. Stock sehr glücklich. Auch der Pool ist perfekt zum Abkühlen.

Excelente ubicación

La ubicación de la casa es excelente, es tal cual se ve en las Fotos muy confortable y decorada con buen gusto. Todo estaba muy limpio y en orden. La atención por el encargado de la casa fue excelente siempre a disposición ante cualquier cosa. Y la atención fue muy amable. Sin duda con ganas de volver a esta bonita casa.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben neun Tage in dem ruhig gelegenen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Sehr schöne Umgebung und eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight war der beheizte Pool und die sonnige Terasse. Liegen+Auflagen, Sonnenschirm, Markise, zweiter Kühlschrank, Waschmaschiene .... alles war vorhanden. Den Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man nach 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Saint-Tropez ist in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der zweite Kühlschrank in der Garage ist zum Beispiel ein echtes Plus, auch die Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume ist prima. Dazu der saubere und gut gepflegte Pool, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und bergig, aber dafür hat man von oben einen tollen Blick, vor allem vom Balkon. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Vacances au calme

Maison très bien équipée et située dans un cadre très calme avec une vue magnifique. Toutes les commodités à max 10min en voiture, accueil au top et personnel présent si besoin pendant le séjour. Je recommande.
