After you enter through an electronic gate to access your private road to this beautiful log cabin , you find yourself located on a secluded, totally private, 200 Acre Estate. Enjoy the 180 degree mountain views and the sunsets from this centrally located Estate on the top of Gibson Hill.

This log cabin sleeps ten comfortably, with perhaps room for a couple more.

Watch deer and elk in the meadow in front of the cabin and feed the friendly birds by hand. Enjoy the sunsets, the fireworks on the fourth of July and the Torchlight Parade and fireworks on New Years Eve, from your 65 foot Deck across the front of the cabin.

Sit in front of your wood -burning fireplace or enjoy the stars at night from your private cabin in the woods.

This Estate is a great place for winter and summer fun. Plenty of room to explore on this historic property, and the adjoining Whitewater National Forest. Hike to the nearby Ghost Town and the ancient Spanish Markers left by early Spanish Explorers. Pan for gold in the nearby streams, have a picnic or tell stories while sitting around your own campfire at night.

Fantastic!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Burgan Ranch. It is a very nice home with a modern kitchen and the mountain views are as spectacular as the pictures. The property is very private and you cannot see another home from Burgan Ranch. Also, Danny, the owner, was incredibly responsive with any questions we had as we planned our trip. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for my group of 9. The house has everything you need to cook large dinners. Amazing views. You feel completely secluded, you can't see a single neighbor, yet you are minutes from downtown Breck. The most gorgeous views right out side your windows. I will stay here again.

Burgan Ranch is the perfect place to stay for a mountain vacation.

We loved Burgan Ranch!!! It is a short 2 mile drive down the mountain to Breckenridge for skiing, shopping, restaurants, etc. The best part of the day however was coming back to the house and just enjoying this beautiful view and exploring the property. The house was well stocked and so comfortable for our family of six. While the snow had begun melting and getting dirty in town, it was pristine and untouched up on the mountain. We loved our stay here!

The pictures make it look almost too good to be true !

Reality, is just the same !!! We got 50" of snow while we were there, it was crazy !!! I thought we

were going to be stuck there till spring ! That's when it was Danny to the rescue ! The snow plow guy came almost every day and kept us on the road. Make no mistake 4 wheel drive is critical, and having chains (witch I did) is a good Idea !!! The peaceful quiet beauty took a couple days to adjust to and after that, I didn't want to leave !!! Danny was quick to respond to all my questions, and had solutions and really cared to help !!!
