Juan les pins - La Badine district - 400 m from the beaches - Apartment of 70 m2 with garden - 4 to 6 beds (two air-conditioned bedrooms and good quality sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room).

Everything can be done on foot: sandy beaches 5 mins away, restaurants, Gould pine forest, bars and sncf train station 10 mins away, bus stop near lines: 1, 4, 200 (single ticket: € 1 or € 1.50 depending on the place of purchase - 7-day pass, Family day pass, Free for children under 6 accompanied by an adult with a transport ticket). From the airport, bus n ° 250 at 11 € 00 one way - Round trip: 16 € 50. Stop: Juan Les Pins - Pont Dulys located 300 meters from the apartment. We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!

Juan-les-Pins - a perfect match

We visited this place mid of Sep. and liked it a lot! A lot of Pros: - Kind and reachable hosts - quite big appartment - Very well equipped (washing machine, BBQ, dish washer etc.) and clean. - Separate Air Conditioning in living room, and both sleeping chambers - Save and private parking space - 5min walk to the sand(!) beach - Groceries, bus stop, and a few restaurants around the corner - Cannes, Nice Ville and Airport, ... all well reachable via train (TER). We enjoyed our stay a lot and would book it again.

Perfect Location

Perfect apartment located near beach near restaurant but in a very quite block. Yann and Eva are very professional hosts. They waited for us in the evening due to traffic problem they gave us all infos about antibes and juan les pains. a Big Thank you. We hope to back again!

Nice holiday apartment

This is a lovely apartment in the residential area of Juan Les Pins - just 5-7 minutes walk from a public beach, with a bunch of convenient shops nearby: a boulangerie, a greengrocer and a butcher. Having a good outside space is a definite plus to this property: we enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners at the table outside. The property was clean and equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and cooking essentials. The decor is simple and neutral but frankly we hardly ever spent time indoors. The owner is very friendly and helpful.Overall, I would recommend this property for a relaxed family/friends holiday.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Absolutes Plus die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist absolut nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Von da ist alles sehr gut erreichbar - Strand, Innen- u. Altstadt, Supermarkt und natürlich Cannes. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft. Gerne wieder.
