Hiero House is located in the Salinelle residential area and is completely surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. It has wi-fi, satellite TV, climate, kitchen and furnishings dedicated to lovers of beauty and design. Hiero House is also equipped with a large drinking water system with triple treatment to make the holiday of its guests safe because there is still no drinking water supply in the whole area.
The sofa bed is in Alcantara and has an 18cm orthopedic mattress.
The mattress is regularly treated with sanitizing products and the mattress cover is washed at each rental.
Electric bicycles are also included in the price for those who need it. Access to the beach is a few steps away.

There is also another room with laundry facilities and an extra fridge.
In addition there is also a barbecue and a wood oven.
500 meters away you will find the railway station, a food bar and tobacconist's and the commercial center and the equipped beach of the Salinelle.

Villa in posizione strategica a Lascari
Appartamento in villa dalle finiture di ottimo pregio, comoda ma piccola. Si avverte l'assenza di un armadio per soggiorni lunghi. Per il resto è dotato di ogni confort e servizio utile a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, sia nell'accoglienza che nel dare consigli durante il soggiorno. E' il valore aggiunto di questa proprietà.
