Villa Paradise 1 (Villa Mirko) offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (one inside and one outside:summer kitchen) fully equipped (with 1 dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine), 2 TVs, DVD and Free Wi-Fi.
The terrace and the garden are equipped with sun chairs and a hammock, ideal to relax under a pine tree’s shadow!
The garden is private and fenced, so safe for children too. An outside shower, very useful when coming back from the beach, is also available.

The villa is immersed on pine trees and it's composed of 2 buildings: in the main building you will find a living area, kitchen with dining space, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a full bathroom with shower. The second building is a nice dependence located just next to the main building and the garden; the dependence is composed of a large double bedroom and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

One sofa bed is available in the living area in the main building. It is also possible to ask for a cot if you travel with a young child.

The area is usually very calm all year long except in summer (especially July and August and beginning of September) when it gets animated thanks to the bars and amenities nearby which offers shows, music and karaoke throughout the day and in the evenings. The villas are perfect for families who wish to stay right in front of the beach without the need of taking the car, families with children or teenagers looking for evenings out and animation (especially during the months of July and August) or for groups of friends wishing to get the most of the summer life. The villas are also ideal for people looking for a peace and quiet sea side holiday during the LOW-MID SEASONS or an active beach holiday during the HIGH SEASON thanks to the animation and bars nearby.

The location is also the ideal starting point for day trips in every part of Sicily! The villas are located also next to another apartment (Apartment Cobalto, also advertised on this website, please ask us for the link) so it’s ideal if you are a even larger group wishing to spend your holiday renting a place next to each other.

Getting there a little tricky as one way street but Google didn’t say that. Parking spot was gated.Spaces fit our needs. Beautiful sunset from the beach. Close proximity to Cefalu. Even though summer season over there were a few restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect villa close to Cefalu and Palermo

Great beach access villa. Loads of shared private space. Safe and close to train station and beach. Beds are comfy, kitchen is big. Very basic equipment in kitchen but enough to get by for a few meals and breakfasts. Easy access to town proper- a bit of a walk up the hill- but worth the views. Palermo is 45 min on train and Cefalu is 15 min away- making for easy exploring.

Ein schöner einfacher Bungalow. Super Outdoorküche - kochen, grillen, essen kann alles entspannt draußen stattfinden. Strand ist super nah und schön. Dort ist auch das Restaurant Anna, wo man gut essen und leckerere Pizzen abholen kann. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar (Strecke Palermo -Cefalu).

Gut gelegen zwischen Cefalu und Palermo. Der Kiesstrand ist nur 3min entfernt. Schön ruhig. Das Objekt ist schön groß, dass man auch mit mehreren Personen Rückzugsorte hat.

Gute Unterkunft. Mit Mückennetzen bei einigen Fenstern ausgerüstet, was notwendig ist. Zu beachten ist, dass im Haupthaus die Zimmerwände nicht bis ganz oben gehen. Man hört alles. Es gibt aber ein separater Anbau mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer.

I don't understand... although the house is the same and prepared/cleaned with the same high standard for all other guests (who have left a positive review) we respect all guest's opinions however more details would have been useful to both future guest and the owner... it looks like you didn't bother much but thank you anyway

Gutes, günstiges Sommerhaus

Bei gutem Wetter und nicht zu hohen Ansprüchen lässt es sich hier gut aushalten. Die Außenküche ist recht gut ausgestattet, die Innenküche und der Essbereich innen sind dafür aber eher eine Notlösung wenn das Wetter einen wirklich nicht draußen kochen lässt. Eine Mikrowelle war entgegen der Auflistung nicht vorhanden. Das Haus ließ sich nicht abschließen und es gibt keinen Tresor, daher sollte man seine Wertsachen bei längeren Touren mitnehmen. Das Tor zum Grundstück ist zwar sehr gut, aber es gibt ein nicht abschließbares Tor direkt zum Nachbargrundstück. Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, allerdings hat das Nebengebäude keine Fensterverglasung, und dadurch auch keine Geräuschisolierung und wenig Privatssphäre. Das Hauptgebäude hat zwar eine bessere Schallisolierung nach außen, besteht dafür aber aus einem großen Raum, der nur durch Stellwände unterteilt ist. Man sieht vielleicht nicht, wer im Bad gerade auf Toilette sitzt, aber man hört alles. Der Verwalter hat mit uns ausschließlich über Whatsapp kommuniziert und zum größten Teil recht zeitnah auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Bei Anreise bekamen wir eine gute Anfahrtserklärung und das WLAN-Passwort, aber alles andere mussten wir erfragen. Die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und an guten Verbindungsstraßen. Dadurch hat man gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Man braucht aber definitiv ein Auto.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett. Im Winter nur mit Schlafsack und dicken Sachen zu empfehlen, da nicht heizbar!!! Die Räume sind oben alle offen, so dass jedes Geräusch zu hören ist. Schwierig, wenn man Sex machen will. Im Nebengebäude gibt es noch ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad - allerdings gibt es dort keine Fenster, sondern nur Metall-Lamellen-Türen. W-Lan überall verfügbar. Toller Garten, nicht einsehbar, eingezäunt, so dass der Hund nicht abhauen kann. Für das teure Auto gibt es auch einen extra abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Schöne Villa, die in die Jahre gekommen ist

Es ist nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt, Spielsachen wir den Strand vorhanden 👍Gleich um die Ecke einige Resturants. Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist : das man den Müll vor Ort selber zur Müllkippe bringen muss,es ist ja nicht das einzige Haus was dem Vermieter gehört, da kann man doch mal Tonnen hinstellen. Das schloss unseres Haus war kaputt ,das hatten wir gesagt da wurde uns gesagt wir sollen nicht immer zu schließen es sei sicher dort. Weg gekommen ist nix aber man ist trotzdem mit einem unsicheren Gefühl weg gegangen.

Bungalow plutôt que villa

Logement bien situé, cuisine bien equipée, bonne literie. Contact difficile par mail et les informations fournies pour accéder au gîte étaient insuffisantes. Logement un peu juste en hiver : cuisine sous chapiteau, une chambre et salle de bain sans fenêtre (juste des volets). Heureusement clim réversible efficace pour la chambre. Pour notre séjour en décembre les nuits étaient à 9 °C.
