As it is a 1st floor apartment it also offers added privacy, with nobody else living above

Boavista Golf Apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and just the same as the photos. Very relaxing looking out to the golf course which is all beautifully maintained. Just to note there is building works of an apartment being built directly across from the apartment at this current time, it seems that this is well underway and should be completed by November/December. We were aware of this when we booked, obviously the hosts can’t do anything about this but unfortunately it is quite noisy at the moment. Overall this did not spoil our week at all. Good location to visit Luz and Lagos though a car necessary

Wonderful apartment

Very clean, modern, well equipped and spacious apartment with two balconies and free parking in front of the property. Perfect location to explore Algarve, short driving distance to many attractions and shopping. Located in a very safe, clean and quiet area on a beautiful golf course. Maria was great to communicate with from the moment we booked it and throughout our stay. Check in was very easy, there is also a property management office if you need anything. Highly recommended for couples, friends and families who want the comfort of home. Thank you Maria, we had a great stay Kinga and Joseph from Canada

Great stay

Spent 6 days in Lagos, our stay was comfortably and clean with a well equipped suite.we had a car so it was a short commute to old town and the beach. Enjoyed the cool vibes.

Fantastic stay

Had an amazing week’s stay at Maria’s apartment. It is very clean and spacious and really well appointed. The resort is fantastic and having access to the spa, pool and the gym is an added bonus. We hired a car and had t access to the garage attached to the apartment which was a huge bonus. Fantastic balconies front and back with a lovely view over the golf course. This is a quiet location which was perfect for us but only a short drive from Lagos and many local beaches. We will look forward to returning and would definitely stay in this apartment again.Fantastic value!

Sehr schöne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist in wenigen Metern erreichbar und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um die Stadt, die zahlreichen Stände und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Parkplätze waren vor der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir hätten uns viel Ärger erspart, wenn uns vor dem Urlaub über diesen Weg Jemand darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass das Objekt vis a vis einer riesigen Baustelle (mehrstöckiges Neubauprojekt) liegt. Das bedeutet, außer Sonntag ohne Unterlass Baulärm von 8.00-19.00!!. Wohnung konnte man nur zum Schlafen nutzen. Auch auf der anderen (kl. Balkon) Seite gab es eine kleinere Baustelle, da ein Bistro innen u außen renoviert wurde. Wir haben sofort versucht den Mangel anzuzeigen, was sich generell als sehr schwierig erwies und uns viel kostbare Urlaubszeit kostete! Schlechter bis fast kein Kontakt zum Vermieter möglich. Irgendwann hat man uns einfach einen kleinen, geringfügigen Betrag zurück überwiesen!? Natürlich in keinster Weise angemessen……allein das ist schon eine Frechheit. Die Größere allerdings, ein solches Objekt überhaupt anzubieten! (Den Stern haben wir gegeben, weil es technisch nicht anders möglich war!)

Top class property

Just got back from a great stay. Property was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean - actually bigger than it looked - and the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a holiday property. All questions to the owner answered accurately and rapidly. Would definitely return and recommend.

wonderful vacation spot

This unit is very clean, the amenities include everything one needs, the beds were very comfortable, the views were lovely, the property management staff was extremely helpful and the property owner responded quickly to the one question we had about parking.

Winter Golf Break

Ideal location adjacent to the golf course and short distance into Lagos. Balconies at front and rear of the apartment to catch the winter sun most of the day. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and kitchen was well equipped. Bonuses included free use of the Spa and the weekly cleaning of the apartment including changing the bed linen and towels.

Genau richtig für uns

Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können - die Wohnung ist tiptop eingerichtet, geräumig und ruhig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der hintere Balkon ist riesig und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über Loch 3. Die anderen Mieter waren sehr freundlich. Der „late Check-in“ klappte reibungslos. Die Wohnung wurde ein Mal während unseres 9tägigen Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Wir lieben Boa Vista - und waren begeistert von der nahegelegenen Poolanlage. Wir überlegen, in den Herbsferien 2023 wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für alles!
