Overview:
Immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern villa with front and back gardens and driveway with ample parking. The villa is situated on the Lakeview area of Boavista Golf Resort near Lagos, Western Algarve. On the resort you will find superb amenities including a large communal heated pool, children's pool surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols, tennis courts, five a side football pitch, archery, children's playground, club house bar/restaurant, indoor pool, gym and spa and of course golf.

The villa is exceptionally spacious and consists of a fully fitted kitchen with German appliances, ceramic hob, double oven and microwave, large fridge freezer and sink with waste disposal.

Taking advantage of the amazing views of the golf course is the open plan lounge and dining room which lead out through patio doors to the south facing garden.

You will find 2 large twin bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the first floor with patio doors on to a furnished terraced. All bedrooms have en suite facilities, fitted wardrobes and wall mounted TV's.

There is also a balcony to the front which can be accessed via the landing. From here you can see the communal pool and mountains in the distance. This is a lovely place to enjoy the evening sun.

All rooms have air conditioning.
The villa also benefits from Wifi and TV with English channels.

Patio and Garden:
At the back of the property is a lovely patio area and a south facing private garden overlooking the 15th & 16th green.The garden gets the sun all day and has a large dining table with umbrella, sun loungers and gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for al fresco dining and enjoying the Algarve weather.

Absolutely fantastic stay ,support from the local manager was amazing nothing was too much trouble . We also had cleaning services which was a great support during our stay. Properly and location were great just as described and a very homely feel.

Outstanding Villa

An immaculately clean and spacious Villa. With everything you need for a family or couples holiday. The Villa is beautifully located with views over the golf course and provides easy access to the clubhouse and large outdoor pool. We have stayed at several Villas over the past 10 years within Boavista and this Villa is the best by far.Thank you to the hosts for providing an excellent service prior and during our stay. The perfect home in a perfect location

We enjoyed the comfortable Casa Pavao more than expected, because 4 of our 5 weeks stay we had storm and rain and mostly were not able to play golf, like planned.Our home was cosy and warm, very well equipped and the support of the lady who cared for the house was absolutely great.So our stay at Boavista was not like planned, but nonetheless we had a wonderful time!

Fabulous villa

Beautifully decorated and well equipped villa. Discovered that BBQ wasn't working on 2nd day of our stay, replacement delivered day 3 - excellent service. Location in Lakeview is lovely, and the communal pool and surroundings were spotlessly clean.

Perfect stay for a family vacation in the Algarve

I would stay here again. The place was super clean and had everything you would need during your stay. There is plenty of space and the location of the home is right across from the pool and golf course. Follow the directions provided once inside the golf resort, do not follow Waze or Google Maps. The data signal from the home is poor, so ensure you have a copy of the instructions to access the property downloaded prior to arriving.

Casa Paveo

We’ve just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Casa Pavao. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (2 en-suite) , air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space.we ate lunches every day in the garden with views of the golf course. It being so close to the swimming pool was a real bonus. We would certainly return.

An attractive well maintained villa with a lovely view over the 15th Tee

In the past we have stayed in larger villas with a swimming pool in the garden but our opinion is this villa is a better choice. All the rooms are a good size and the design layout has been well thought out. The decor is well maintained and the ground floor has a seaside theme running though it which is quite attractive. The two upstairs bedrooms share a balcony with beautiful views overlooking the 15th Tee and up the fairway. The garden, although small at the rear, is well maintained and was large enough for us with a good size BBQ.

Highly recommended villa

A fantastic 3 bed villa locatedon the beautiful Boavista Golf resort in a prime location. The villa exceeded our expectations and was equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday experience. Both upstairs bedrooms had a fantastic view over the golf course from the balcony. A great sized garden with table and chairs and loungers along with a gas BBQ made it a great place to eat and relax. The pool was a minutes walk away with plenty of room to relax under umbrellas or enjoy the sun. Flat screen TV with English channels which was a bonus as we were there during the opening games of the World Cup. Even if you don’t play golf this is a great place to spend a week or two, or even more! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent séjour à Boa Vista

La villa est très agréable, la vue magnifique sur le golf. Très bien équipée, propreté impeccable et très bon contact tant avec le propriétaire qu'avec la gestionnaire sur place. Juste pour nous, les fauteuils du salon très bas et donc difficile d'en sortir mais nous n'avons plus 20 ans ! Literie excellente, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne très pratique.Rien à redire. Bnous avons passé un excellent moment, dans cette villa !! L’endroit est magnifique et calme. Entouré de verdure avec son golf. La maison est très confortable, et très bien équipée et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans les années à venir !
