Fantastic stay in Villa Maria

We loved it, great and cozy finca. It is the first time that we spent such a relaxing holiday with our kids. Inside of the villa it was extremely clean and exactly the way the nice pictures shows. We had a great time in Villa Maria and would love to come back soon, Thanks for the welcome basket and familiar treatment ! Nothing !

Comfortable Stay

Good quality Villa and nice lawn area

Very nice holidays at Pollensa this year, the weather was very nice and the Villa had everything we needed, it is very good equipped and it has a majorcan style decoration which was very cool!

Great Finka with a really nice charme

We where really happy with the finka since it has a lot of space, many bathrooms, a great kitchen, an cosy oven with a nice living room.... and much more! We might come back ;)

Beautiful Villa

Really nice spacious villa, with a lovely outside area. Rural location but only 5 minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa. Great communication from Owl Booking, who even allowed us a slightly later checkout.

Tranquil Villa great for enjoying time with Family and Friends

Communication with Owl was great, any questions you have just WhatsApp them. All rooms great sized, just great accommodation in and lovely position. Definitely recommend a car to get to the Supermarket, although at 10euro's for a taxi into Port Pollensa at night very affordable.

Great Stay in a Wonderful Place

Our stay in Villa Maria was great, the Villa is very near Pollença old Town where a also the beach was surprisingly just 10 minutes from there. We enjoyed of its great restaurants and their lovely people. The villa is very well equipped, the owners provided everything for us to have a confortable stay. The pool was neated and pool towels were included so we didn't have to care of them.

Peaceful and comfortable

We really like how clean the house was upon arrival. The best house in term of kitchen utensils, they had everything. Soap in all bathrooms and more. The outside area was amazing. Beds were really comfortable in all rooms. Staff were very helpful and fast responding. Very spacious. Location is good but you need a car. Supermarkets 5 minutes drive. Definitely much better than Villa plus which we used last year. Greatly recommended. I normally have something to say, but in this case I was 100% satisfied.

Lovely Villa Family Holiday

The villa was exactly what we were expecting given the price. Pool was great however was not cleaned during our stay. And whilst the outside area was good and outside kitchen/bbq area fab, it lacked a garden sofa set which would have made the evenigs more relaxing. Defo recommend a car, although taxis were very reliable and aprx €8-10 each way. Overall rating 8.5/10

Fantastic traditional Spanish villa - beautiful

We rented this villa for a family holiday comprising of 6 adults and a 1 year old child. After finding the property which was quite difficult, we were gob-smacked. What a beautiful home and very well kept too. We found 4 lovely sized bedrooms, 2 with en-suite. Utility room with washing machine. The sun terrace gave stunning views over the fields and overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana. The owners took time to check we were all ok and the agent (Pep) also kept in touch. When I needed an answer to anything, the email was answered within 10 mins of sending It. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENT foing If I had to complain - it would be the Mosquitoes!!!! 😊😊😊

Familientreffen in der Finca Maria im Dezember

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt fühlten wir uns persönlich hervorragend betreut. Die Finca bot uns für 8Tage ein wunderbares Zuhause. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber! Das Raumangebot war für uns (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) optimal. Der Außenbereich mit Außenküche und großem Esstisch wurde von ebenso viel genutzt wie der sehr saubere, große Pool und das umfangreich angebotene Freizeitangebot. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke! Das Büro in Pollensa zu den angegeben Öffnungszeiten besetzen, damit man sich persönlich bei Ihnen bedanken kann.

Sehr gut, gerne wieder!

Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Es werden alle hilfreichen Informationen zur Unterkunft und Umgebung gut aufbereitet. Die Finca bietet für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz und hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sodass man ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die kurzen Wege zum Meer, zu den Supermärkten und nach Alcudia (Auto) waren sehr angenehm. Der unkomplizierte Checkin und Checkout haben den schönen Urlaub abgerundet. Leider ist das Internet schlecht.

Nicht zu viel versprochen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Maria sehr genossen. Die Villa hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir die Außenküche mit Grill, die Kinder waren vom Pool restlos begeistert. Empfehlen möchten wir, unbedingt an Mückensprays o.ä. zu denken, da die kleinen Biester wirklich sehr "aufdringlich" sind und an den Fenstern leider keine Fliegengitter sind. Wer Probleme mit Katzen hat - wir hatten jeden Tag Besuch von einer Katze, die sich dort offenbar sehr heimisch fühlt. Die Kinder hatten sich vom ersten Tag an verliebt... Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus. Anmerken möchte ich auch noch, dass wir uns bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit per WhatsApp an Owl booking wenden konnten und auch immer prompt Antwort bekommen haben. Vielen Dank dafür! Ein Sonnenschirm wäre schön, denn tagsüber gibt es kaum einen Schattenplatz.

Schöne Woche trotz Mücken

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen, die Zimmer waren ganz nett eingerichtet, die Gartenanlage war schön, der Pool ausreichend groß und die Lage in der Nähe zu den Bergen wirklich schön. Das Kraftwerk nebenan wurde schon mehrmals erwähnt, stört uns nicht weiter. Als der Blitz während eines Gewitters ein paarmal dort einschlug, war der Lärm ohrenbetäubend. Aber auch so ein Gewitter ist ja ein Erlebnis! Die Tischtennisplatte und der Pool waren bei uns der Hit! Abends draußen zu essen war sehr heiß (es weht kaum ein Lüftchen in der Sitzecke) und ab späten Nachmittag gab es viele Mücken. Wir waren immer bewaffnet mit Autan und dem Mückenstichhitzestick.. Die Unterlagen mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps waren sehr nützlich, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur bei Fragen wunderbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche in der Villa Maria.

Para unas vacaciones tranquilas

En general muy bien. Zona tranquila y bien situada. Lastima de la estación transformadora que está justo enfrente si bien no ocasiona molestias ni ruidos. La otra incidencia es que la mesa de ping-pong anunciada estaba retirada por estar sin tablero.

Lo mejor la barbacoa!!!

La casa tiene mucha humedad menos mal que la chimenea y los aires funcionaban muy bien. La barbacoa es estupenda pero por encima de la casa pasan los cables de una central eléctrica..... El paisaje y tranquilidad es ideal.
