Casa Don is a beautiful luxurious villa that sleeps 18-20 and is situated in a quiet tranquil residential area of Javea. The Casa is built on a 2000 meter plot and has 360 degree views of all the amazing scenery Javea has to offer. The plot is south facing and has the benefit of continuous sun the whole day through.
Casa Don is approximately 10 minutes from the blue flag Arenal beach. Here you can enjoy the amazing sandy beach, clear refreshing sea water and countless top quality restaurants, bars, night clubs and coffee shops.
Decorated in a modern tasteful decoration, Casa Don has all the mod cons making it the perfect place for a great family holiday. The villa is a 3 floor property with large driveway (space for 4 cars) and plenty of outside areas to accomodate for large groups of people. The grounds are fully fenced with gated access ensuring complete privacy. This villas covered and uncovered terraces provide an excellent setting for al fresco dining. Guests will enjoy the large private pool with optional pool heating available for the cooler months. Relax in style on the many sun loungers or in the covered Bali house for those who want a bit of shade from the sun.
The living room is an open plan design incorporating the dining room and kitchen area. Large patio doors surround the living area allowing for amazing views of the Montgo mountain and the Mediterranean sea. The patio's open onto the large wrap around balcony on the ground floor of the property which truly allows guests to enjoy the outdoor living space. The living room is equipped with 60 inch flat screen television and a comfortable 3 piece suite and armchairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large fan assisted oven and microwaves. We have also supplied a Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
Casa Don has 7 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suites, 2 main bathrooms and 1 toilet room. The bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with super king size beds ( 1 of which is en-suite), 2 rooms with king size beds (both en-suite) which open on to a large private balcony, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each and a large room with 2 sets of triple bunks in (perfect for children or family wanting to stay together).
The crowning feature of this property is the huge games room situated in the basement. This is equipped with a snooker/pool table, computer gaming area and darts board. There is a bar area which has a large refridgerator for cooling bottles and drinks for around the pool area. At the bar area there is a 55 inch television with all the sports channels so guests can really enjoy relaxing whilst keeping up to date with all the latest sporting events.
All bedrooms, lounge, dining area and games room have air conditioning (additional charge applies) Wi-Fi throughout the property, English and Spanish television and optional heated pool (additional charge applies).

Lovely villa

What a lovely villa to look at , but unfortunately nothing worked , no hot water 14 in our family including babies had to have freezing showers for our 2 week stay, waste pipes coming out of the ground in the pool area , no way of locking the doors untill we went out to buy them , the smell of sewage in the bathrooms upstairs were terrible the list goes on and on The owners were lovely they tried very hard to sort things out , but I think it’s all to with the property manager , cleaner and maintance

Beautiful Villa with stunning views. Amazing large pool.All the facilities you would need. Quiet area you do need a car. Plenty of room various different spaces didnt feel crowded with 18 of us being there. Lesley the owner was very helpful. If i may make a recommendation a gate at the top abd bottom of the steps keading to the pool would be useful it was hard stopping the little people going up and down them. No complaints from anyone.

We had 18 people stay in the Villa and it was perfect! There a quite a few steps so if you struggle it may not be for you but my 75 nan got on great. The local beach was beautiful but it is about 12 mins in the car. Car hire is a must. I had most of my contact with Lesley and she was nothing short of fantastic. She sent great restaurant recommendations and supported us in whatever we asked (we didn’t as for much as it was all already thought of) I would highly recommend this villa!

We have had a lovely stay here as a family of 17. The villa is perfect. We had kids aged 1yr-16yrs and they all enjoyed it. The games room with pool table,Xbox and darts board was a great addition. The adults loves the poolside bar with drinks cooler too. The pool is a great size with ample shade. Plenty dining and relaxing space both in the sun and shade. The owners really have thought on everything. You need a car to get the beach and the shops. However there is a taxi service so definitely wouldn't put me off.

We hadden geboekt voor 19 personen, er waren maar 16 bedden. Drie personen hebben op een campingbedje met bijzonder slechte matrassen moeten slapen. De rest van de bedden bevatten allemaal doorgelegen matrassen. Iedereen heeft daardoor slecht kunnen slapen. De pomp van de douche moet continue gereset worden, anders geen druk op de waterleiding. Douchen is daardaar eerder een straf dan een feestje. Voor de enorme prijs die we voor een week betaald hebben was dit een hele slechte ervaring. De locatie is prachtig, maar het geld niet waard vanwege de slechte omstandigheden. Jammer, heeeeeel jammer...

Lovely property but expected a little more

Owners were incredibly helpful and we have stayed in one of their other properties before. Bedroom space and bathrooms amazing, but we felt like we had to keep contacting them for kitchen supplies, water and heating for water. More could be made of round the pool, possibly cabana or outdoor kitchen and table but a lovely property non the less. Thank you for the stay.

We absolutely the villa. It was comfortable for 18 people and everyone loved it so much. The facilities were brilliant, the kitchen and bathrooms were all great. The air con was very good throughout the villa too! The pool and outdoor area was the biggest hit and we all spent most of our time out there! The owners were so easy to communicate with and if we need another villa for a large group again we would contact Lesley and Jamie before anyone! The vill is about 15 mins drive from the Arenal but we found it easy to locate and there is a supermarket 5 minutes away (google the Masymas near the villa in Benitatxell) which was so convenient for everyone needing to pop out for food etc. Loved it and we wish we could go back!

Super villa

Perfect for our large family gathering. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was great. We didn't meet Lesley (though she did arrange for someone to meet us) , but communication with her was easy and quick. The villa is not walking distance from any facilities, but the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away and the beach another 5 minutes. We all had a great time and were very happy to have chosen this villa.

Stunning, relaxing and spacious villa - we loved everything about it !!

We have just returned from this stunning villa, where we went to for our parent's 40th wedding anniversary. The villa is very spacious, has lots of chill out areas to relax and have some private time. The pool is massive and the games room is excellent for entertaining everybody. The villas was perfect for us, in total there were 16 of us and it was extremely spacious. I had to contact the owner on a few occasions to ask her for advice, and nothing was too much trouble from booking restaurants to organising transport to and from the restaurant for us. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday in a spacious villa. Javea is a beautiful part of Alicante and the restaurants on the sea front are also beautiful. Make sure you read the Welcome Pack as there are some instructions in the pack that i wasn't aware of - like make sure the BBQ is left in a clean state. There is a chill out area at the front of the villa where you can sit with amazing scenery and views ahead of you - just perfect :) Overall experience of Javea and the villa - FANTASTIC

This is still a lovely house. As before, the outstanding feature is the heated pool.

Last year we were disappointed with the lounge seating, but four extra armchairs have made all the difference. The whole family were able to sit together comfortably in the evenings.

Villa is amazing, very comfortable lovely crockery and glasses. Fittings and fixtures are top quality. We were a party of 16, 9 adults and 7 children, everyone enjoyed it and with so much space there was always somewhere. quite to escape to. Fabulous pool and the games room was a great success with adults and children alike. The owner Lesley and her husband were very helpful with some minor probs we had and things were put right very quickly. It was a social occasion as it was my 70th Birthday so the whole family got together and it was the most perfect place to celebrate.

Absolutely fantastic villa

Above and beyond what i thought ,our children loved the facilities and the rooms were all very spacious and well thought out. 13 members of our family stayed and there was plenty room for more. The only thing we had to get was food and the local supermarkets only 10 mins away. The beach was only 10 minutes away by car and not over run by tourist.The morning views were just amazing and we hope to return.Thank you to the owners for a memorable family holiday.

The Property is absolutely stunning and even with 20 of us it had plenty of space.

The villa has everything you need. It is in a great position, with fantastic views and is perfect for families or large groups. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely pool, large bedrooms, games rooms and more. The owners were also extremely helpful and were extremely quick and efficient in helping us in anyway we needed. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

What can I say, WOW. The most stunning villa I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, I've rented villa's in Ibiza, Turkey and Italy and this beats them all hands down. Owners greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property, couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating of all of our needs. The villa is huge, the pictures do not do it justice, fantastic bedrooms, huge living room, dining area and kitchen and the pool area is second to none. BBQ's around the pool in he sun, what else could you want...! We loved it so much we didn't leave the place for the first two days. Arenal beach is a short drive or taxi journey and it's an absolute hidden gem, bars, restaurants and activities to cater for everyone. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone and everyone and will hopefully come back myself to stay. If you want spacious luxury, then this is the place for you. 5 stars and 10 out of 10 to Casa Don.

Good family experience

The house accommodated our family of fifteen really well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all of a high standard. The real WOW! Factor is the beautiful, heated pool with really generous space around, furnished with very many good quality sun loungers. The weather was fantastic and we made several trips to the lovely beach area at Arenal where there is an excellent range of good cafes and restaurants with lots of climbing frames etc on the beach for the littler ones in the group. Our only criticism of the house is that it was not easy to seat the whole family together for a meal or just to relax together in the evenings. A few changes to the dining and lounge furniture would easily take care of that. For instance, the dining table only seats six which is inadequate for a property sleeping up to 20. Also, the lounge area has 3 very bulky sofas which only seat about 7 adults, but there is space for much more seating if a mixture of more streamlined sofas and armchairs was used. When the ground around the house has been planted up a bit and when the development of the area around has settled down this will be a fabulous holiday destination. Pat Esslmont, Edinburgh

We booked this villa for my mother's 60th birthday and what can I say it was pure luxury from start to finish upon on arriving were was met by a lovely lady who showed us to the property and explained and showed us around this beatiful villa this villa is pure luxury spacious beautifully furnished heated pool,bar, pool table, darts it had everything you could of wished for and more it had sky tv internet connection the bed rooms were beutifully furnished beds were comfy all had ensuites I really look forward to coming and staying again and will be recommending this villa to my friends and family thanks for our special stay Mr Maloney . Truely luxurious

We stayed in this beautiful big villa recently and we was blown away for the quality of it , we have rented many villas all over the world and have done for years and we can say nothing has come close to the quality and comfort that this villa brings. It is equipped with 7 huge bedrooms 6 bathrooms , 3 of which are ensuites to the bedrooms adding a lot more privacy. There is a games room on the lover level which leads onto the pool area . The games room is equipped with a bar area with Moroccan style decor which is outstanding a great feature , in the bar area there is a huge fridge for cooling bottles a sink allot of storage for glasses and bottles . Above the bar area there is a big television covering the whole wall area with all the different Channels sports etc . There is another television at the other side of the games room for gaming Xbox , there is a pool table and a dart board area . The games area is very spacious and as I explained leads out on to the pool area which is a really big private space which is not looked on at all , and because it is south facing you have the sun the whole day on the pool area . There is a Bali house type seating area which is shaded from the sun for relaxing , reading and entertaining . There are 2 or 3 other terraces leading from the living room , kitchen area and bedrooms with allot of seating for dinning , relaxing , sunbathing or sitting back with a glass of wine and taking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea or the surrounding mountains truely breathtaking and a really quiet location . There is a huge garden area grassed in front of the property and at the back of the property is great area for the children to play football and other games or say hello to the horses and donkeys housed next to this property the children loved them . The location of this property is perfect as there is no passing traffic and is really quiet . The drive to the main Arenal beach area is 10 minuets tops same to the port area . There is secured gated parking at the property for up to 5 cars . The house itself is supper modern everything inside is brand new and well equipped . I must say even describing this villa does not do it justice to truely appreciate it one must be there , such a special beautiful property . congratulations to the owners for there high standards and for being so welcoming and helpful towards us with all our needs . We will be visiting this property again many times in the future.

Stunning villa with stunning views

Spent 3 weeks of the summer holiday in this gorgeous modern spacious villa. There was 7 adults and 4 kids and so much space it was unreal. The villa could sleep over double of the amount of us and even then there would be plenty of room. This villa would be perfect for large families/ groups wanting to share or even a small group like us wanting the extra space. It's got all the amenities that you would have back home which is a good thing as it means not having to go overboard with the packing. Can just use the washing machine and drier. Rooms are spacious with fabulous views of the sea, mongo mountain and surrounding areas. Bedrooms also spacious and some of the rooms have outside chilling space again with great views. The villa is set out over 3 levels with the pool being on the lower level. My 3 boys loved this as when they'd had to much sun they would go into the games/bar area also on the lower level to play pool, darts and x box all of which is provided including sky tv. The outside space is just unreal my boys made use of the lawn playing football, bowls and other activities they decided on. They loved the horse and donkey in the property behind which they saw daily. Owners are really nice and can't do enough for you. Really can't put into words just how amazing this villa is and its only a 10 minute drive to the front and beach area. Will be visiting again in the near future.
