New apartment in the middle of town perfect for a vacation.
Walk to all the restaurants, the beach, shopping, and all Nantucket has to offer. No need to bring your car over! Bicycle racks are right outside.
Master bedrooms has en suite bathroom; 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids (up to 4 kids or 2 adults on the bottom bunk), a third queen size bedroom, and even a pull out couch. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 4 children.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

This was our second Thanksgiving at C Breeze. It is the perfect location and cozy place for our family to stay. We hope to be back again next year!

Another great week at C Breeze

Holiday Stroll

This is the absolute best place to stay for Stroll weekend, our group of 4 - 6 has stayed there 2 times now and it is so much fun! The location makes it super easy to get to all events and resturants and it also gives those who might not want to partake in all events the option to "hang at home" for a few hours. This year, sadly for the businesses there was a big black out, we were very happy to have our own kitchen and bar ! ( our lights were on but most resturants and bars were closed ) Highly recommend

In town gem

This is the perfect location in town. You can walk from the ferry, to all the bars/restaurants and Jetties beach! Very clean, spacious and the hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location right downtown. The property was brand new, and easily fit our group with two queen beds and another room with two bunk beds.

Great place

You can’t beat this location! Apartment was beautiful- had everything we needed for our 3 generation family vacation. Communication with the property manager and the other staff at the store downstairs was perfect.

Location Location Location

We had a wonderful stay at C Breeze! The location was amazing. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, two eleven year olds and my mother. We didn’t need a car and easily met-up with our island family for shopping, coffee and meals. The property manager was extremely responsive. We already booked again for next year!

Family Wedding

Our visit to Nantucket was from Thursday to Monday. We were delayed at the airport and arrived late Thursday to find Kathleen, our very accommodating contact, waiting with a smile. The place is beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for our needs. If you get an opportunity to visit Nantucket this is a place I would recommend for a wonderful trip.

Owner a nightmare to deal with

Our stay was fine. However, after we left the owner sent us a scathing email because we hadn’t washed the sheets and because the TV was unplugged. She proceeded to send us pictures of the laundry which we had placed in a neat pile, and 3 unopened sodas in the refrigerator. We had paid for 5 hours of cleaning and this was nowhere near 5 hours of cleaning. Despite this, she did not refund any of our security deposit. She stated this was primarily because the tv was broken. Now mind you, we are talking about 24 inch old tv (still has vhs) here and even if it had broken, you could argue we had done her a favor. The point remains though that tv was in perfect condition and left as found and Patricia still took our entire security deposit. Keep this in mind when renting from this individual.

Girls trip

4 gals from Cincinnati enjoyed a lovely 3 day trip to visit Nantucket. The apartment was FABULOUS! It was centrally located in town, with easy access to the entire island. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. The coastal decor was darling and cozy! Kathy was a kind and attentive manager! it was a perfect visit. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Dreamy!

What a beautiful apartment! We absolutely loved our stay. Great communication, PERFECT location, beautiful space. We loved being able to pop across the street for coffee in the mornings, or go for a quiet walk around town before the ferry comes in. Patricia and her team are so easy to work with, and so kind! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Main Street Location

We really enjoyed C-Breeze for Stroll weekend and would stay here again for stroll or even a summer visit! Patricia was very communicative before our visit and Kathie was the perfect host on Island. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

Ideal Location

Stayed here with my wife and 2 other couples for a wedding. Location was perfect right in the middle of town, walking distance to the ferry and all weekend events. The property manager Kathie was very accommodating and always responded immediately to our questions and requests. Will certainly stay here again if we make it back to the island.

Awesome location, great property, and great property manager!

Awesome property to rent in downtown Nantucket! Fully updated, great air conditioning, and plenty of space! It’s in the perfect location downtown with the ability to walk easily to anywhere downtown. The property manager is also great and very helpful. We already booked the same property for next year before we had even left this year!!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful week staying at C Breeze. We especially love the location being right on Main Street has its perks. Kathleen was amazing whenever we needed something. Patricia was also very responsive with all of our questions prior to arriving to the unit. We highly recommend this place and would come back over and over again.

Perfect Combination

This property is the perfect combination between location and accommodations. The property itself is exactly as advertised nice, clean, and well equipped it could not have been nicer. If you want to be near town the location is perfect. Near the marina and restaurants, it is walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful place!

Nantucket Breeze is beautiful! We stayed with two families - 4 adults and 5 kids under age 7 - for four nights in mid-April and were very comfortable. The bunk room was great for the kids and the open concept kitchen to living room area with the high ceilings was beautiful. Very clean and stocked kitchen with anything we needed. It’s a great location - right downtown above a retail shop and across the street from many coffee shops and restaurants. We didn’t bring a car and walked everywhere easily - and used public transportation to Cisco! The manager, Kathie, is lovely and walked us personally through the space when we arrived. Patricia the owner is quick to respond and so nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first time on the island!
