緑に囲まれたエレガントな公園内のアパートメントで、イスキア中心部の戦略的な立地にあります。 公園内からは、有名なカリーゼ・ディ・イスキア（Calise di Ischia）に位置する近くのPiazza degli Eroiと、I Giardiniの最も重要な温泉公園としての島のすべての場所にアクセスできるバス停に直接アクセスすることができますポセイドンエリアフォーリオ、ネゴンボ・ディ・ラッコ・アメーノの温泉公園、そして島のすべてのビーチがあります。アパートがある公園の専用ツアーでは、伝説の小さな広場に直接アクセスできます。また、ローマ経由のショッピング街やコルソコロンナ、夜の通りやプンタモリノのビーチ!!!
アパートは公園内にある自転車/自転車駐輪場、子供用遊び場の緑色のスペースにつながっています。

Bel soggiorno

Location molto tranquilla e adatta a famiglie anche con animali domestici, situata in un bel parco fresco a 10 minuti a piedi dall'inizio di Via Roma. Casa perfetta in ogni sua sfumatura , pulita, accogliente , con i colori tipici dell'estate. L'unica cosa che ha creato disturbo sono stati i vicini un po' tanto rumorosi .... ! abbiamo chiamato in seguito il proprietario di casa che gentilmente ha provveduto a contattare i vicini di casa che hanno smesso di fare caos.

Sono molto contento che ha aprezzato la mia casa e la location in cui è situata , sono stato molto felice di aver ospitato Cecilia e la sua famiglia, per i vicini nessun problema sono una coppia giovane e capita a volte di fare rumore . L'importatne che ha trascorso un pò di giorni in pieno relax e gustato i piaceri della nostra isola !

Bellissima vacanza

Appartamento molto ben organizzato con tutto quello che serve e anche più, posizione ottima per il centro e le spiaggie del paese. Capolinea del bus a 10 min a piedi per girare tutta l’isola senza auto. Consigliato

loud apartment

Small three room apartment. In a nice area, but the neighbors don't stop talking. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear every word they said, loud and clear, all day and night. It was hard to sleep or even, simply, listen to the tv. Overall, the location was ideal and near nightlife, but the neighbors of the apartment were very loud and inconsiderate.

dear daniella, I'm glad you liked my apartment and the location in which it is located , I hope you also appreciated the care of the services at your disposal that you found in the apartment, as regards the noise I'm sorry, but they are days that can happen in every apartment the walls are structural elements that I can not change, my neighbours are a couple of young people with guys like many in every part of the world there are days that do not even hear a sound and others where you get up a bit the volume, I'm sorry it happened and that disturbed you, next time warn me so I could intervene on them! greetings Alex

Small but perfectly formed central apartment, ideal for 4 aduIts or a family. Immaculate throughout

We are 4 adults and have just enjoyed a few days in this lovely apartment. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are perfectly comfortable for grown ups as well as children! It was great to have 2 bathrooms and there was plenty of linen provided. The kitchen area is very small but well equipped and the living area is very comfortable. The owner, whilst not on site, responded immediately to any messages and was extremely welcoming. We have been coming to Ischia for over 40 years and will certainly use the apartment again. Highly recommended!

Immerso nel verde

Appartamento molto pulito, buoni spazi per una famiglia con due bambini/ragazzi, bagni nuovissimi, gentilezza del proprietario che ha lasciato acqua e succhi di frutta a disposizione molto graditi, buona posizione rispetto alla via principale
