Cute, comfortable and all around great

This was our first time in Madrid but not our first time in Spain. Alma was waiting for us when we arrived and made the check in process very simple. She showed us the features of the apartment, offered advice on things to do/sights to see/places to eat and was an extremely friendly and welcoming person. The apartment offered all the amenities we needed, was very comfortable, and was walking distance to everything we wanted to do on this trip. The only time we took a taxi was from the airport to the apartment...from that point on we were able to walk to museums, restaurants, various attractions (Puerta del Sol etc.) and even the train station to continue on to the second part of our trip. The apartment is perfect for a couple or possibly even three people (or a couple plus a child)- but really I think it’s optimal for a couple. The price is right, the furnishings are very nice and the overall vibe is very peaceful...exactly what we were looking for during our time in Madrid. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to further explore the city. Muchas gracias Alma for having us!

Madrid's best kept secret!

A delightful and spectacular studio apartment in an ideal location. Our hosts could not have been more charming or helpful with local knowledge - before, during and after our stay! We will unquestionably stay here in future.

Emplacement génial

Petit appartement mais très bien situé à distance de marche de tous les points d'intérêts importants, plaza Mayor, Prado, Palacio Real, Musée Thyssen, parc du Retiro. Un peu bruyant le soir de weekend mais pas au point d'empêcher le sommeil à moins d'être hyper sensible au bruit. Plusieurs petites terrasses et de bons restaurants et bars à proximité. Marta est très dévouée et se préoccupe de notre bien-être. L'appartement est très propre et moderne, bien équippé et très fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Fabulous!

Everything was wonderful. The decor divine just like in the pictures. Alma's husband was there to show us the apartment that had provisions to get us going on the first days. Everything was so clean and fresh. The street outside is full of life and noise and yet the apartment is very silent since it faces the inner part of the building. Lots of groceries and fruit shops and restaurants just stepping out of the apartment. the Prado Museum is a short 7 min. walk as are all the other Madrid's attractions. It has a modern elevator and estate of the art appliances from heater to air conditioner. A true gem. Highly recommended!
