The kitchen is well-appointed with a microwave and small appliances, and a washer/dryer is at your disposal. Beach equipment is also provided for your convenience. Enjoy the BBQ, fishpond, and soothing waterfall on the property.

this house is located very conveniently to waimea canyon and the beaches on the west side. debra was very responsive to any requests. beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. check in and check are were a breeze. lots of roosters in the early mornings hours- like most country setting in hawaii- so earplugs can help mitigate that if it bothers you. neighborhood was quiet and safe, would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Kauai getawayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is comfortable and very cozy. The house was built after WWII so it had tons of charm. So nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and just relax to the sound of the waves, birds, roosters and the pond in the backyard. The house had everything we needed from the stocked kitchen, grill and beach stuff. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The house was easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was nice to not be caught up with all the tourists. Exploring is part of the fun so just driving and stopping at the little towns was great. Anywhere you drive is so beautiful from the ocean, the flora, fauna, Waimea Canyon and the relaxing vibe of the small towns. Debra was very welcoming and a great host. We enjoyed visiting with her and Liko. Hoku, the dog was so sweet and we loved our visits from him.Highly recommend this property!!

Location was ideal for our vacation needs, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach; no bright city lights to block out seeing the stars at night! The amenities made it "our home away from home" -- laundry needs, kitchen needs, linens, even beach towels. The hosts are very gracious and kind, and nearby to help if needed. We enjoyed he impromptu visits of very friendly Hoku! No doubt my family and I will return here on our next visit to Kauai.

What a wonderful place! Girlfriend trip. 4 women. The house was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable, spacious and excellent location. We couldn't be happier. This part of the island has so much to explore and everything was right there. It was so quiet and peaceful and Debra was a wonderful host. She even popped by on our way out to make sure we got to see the monk seal sleeping on the beach a block away! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.... we hope to come visit again.

Debra’s home is as pictured, very comfortable though quite warm at times! The master has AC and the other rooms cool down well enough at night but all windows will need to be open. Close to the beach, beautiful star gazing well supplied with all your beach needs like chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment! Debra was friendly and responsive.

Great Spot for West Shore Adventures

I LOVED this beautifully restored historic cottage and wish I could’ve stayed longer! It’s in short walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach where the sunset is amazing and the water is crystal clear over black sand. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The bed was soft and luxurious. I will be bringing my family here next time I come because there’s plenty of room for my two grown kids and their friends. I actually cancelled my morning plans to relax in the lovely living room and listen to the fountain sounds while reading. I couldn’t have asked for a better home base for a quick inter-island trip. Kekaha home

Found this home near my relatives. Very convenient to be near family. Property was clean and had a lovely pond in the backyard. The owner lives in a house behind the rental. She was very communicative and personable. We also had a warm welcome from their doggy.
