The apartment has two versatile bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
You will find a main room with a double bed or 2 single beds and another with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed that provides flexibility for different group configurations.
The common area is a clear and functional space with a fully equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The living area features a cosy sofa and relaxation zones that invite unwinding after a day of adventures.
One of the great advantages of this apartment is its incredible location. Situated just 800 metres from the famous Levante Beach, you can enjoy the sand and sea with total ease. Moreover, you have close access to public transport and essential services such as supermarkets.
The exterior offers charming common spaces with garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying sea views, swimming pool and gardens.
The shared swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days, especially if you are travelling with children.

We have several two-bedroom apartments at different heights (second bedroom in a glazed side terrace), with a maximum capacity for 6 people in their 62 m².

Each apartment is delivered with sheets and towels for the occupants, if they need an iron they can request it at our office, WiFi (extra paid service), heating electric radiators or heat pump if there is air conditioning.
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
It is located 15 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 900 m from the sandy beach "Playa Levante", 2 km from the bus station "Estacion de autobuses", 2 km from the water park "Acualandia", 5 km from the Golf course, 8 km from the rocky beach "El Albir", 38 km from the "Alicante" train station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport and is located in a residential area and in the urban centre.
