THE HOUSE se encuentra a menos de dos minutos a pie del metro 'Metro A', en el céntrico distrito Appio-Latino.
Llegará fácilmente a la cercana Basílica de San Giovanni in Laterano (4 paradas, 8 minutos), la colina Esquilina (cerca del Coliseo, 5 paradas, 10 minutos), y luego la estación de Termini, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana de Trevi, el Panteón, San Pedro, los Museos Vaticanos y la Línea B para el Foro Romano y el Circo Máximo.
Experimentarás Roma desde una posición privilegiada.

LA CASA, de 65 metros cuadrados, dos balcones, se encuentra en el 3er piso (con ascensor) y tiene capacidad para hasta 5 personas. El mobiliario se estudia en detalle. Entrada, cocina bien equipada, baño (ducha), sala de estar (con sofá cama doble), amplio dormitorio (con cama doble y sillón cama), balcón con vistas al parque Appia Antica, balcón en el patio. Aire acondicionado tanto en el dormitorio como en el salón. TV, parquet.

El Appio-Latino es un distrito central, vivo y auténtico, porque habitado y vivido por los romanos. Ofrece todos los servicios y es particularmente apreciado por los romanos y los turistas que aman caminar entre los escaparates.
Cerca de la casa hay muchos restaurantes, típicas trattorias, pizzerías y restaurantes de comida rápida. Te mostraremos los mejores lugares.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Check-in was very professional, welcoming and flawless. The apartment is light and airy. The neighborhood is quiet (which is a welcome change from the historical district), but has lots of restaurants and markets, and is convenient to busses and metro. We are already planning our next stay!

Overall Excellent Stay

Spacious and very clean apartment in a great location. Easy access to metro and buses to quickly get to sites, yet also surrounded by non-touristy restaurants to escape the crowds. Fernando and Davide were excellent hosts, providing so much information, help and recommendations that made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. A very warm welcome from Fernando and as it was our first visit to Rome he gave us lots of information about the area, travel tips and the overall handover was very thorough and thoughtful. Good selection of supermarkets and shops nearby and a really lovely cafe downstairs. Bus at the end of the road which takes you to all the main sightseeing areas and is much easier and nicer than taking the metro (which is also a short walk away for those who prefer something a little quicker). So nice to be able to sit in the balcony and watch the world go by!

The unit was just right for the two of us. The unit was clean and Aleesha provided excellent checkin and explanation of unit. Metro was close by and walkable. Very nice convenience store below building. Excellent Aperol spritz in the hot afternoon sun. Very few tourists in the area where building was located, would definitely recommend the unit for others.

Everything was great at this place. It was clean, local close to everything close to train stations, bus station. There is a park nearby so the kids could play. The host was really nice and helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.!!!

Great apartment in a great location

Everything was great from the beginning to end. The apartment has everything we needed for our week's stay. It was clean and tidy. There is a metro and bus stops close by. The surrounding neighborhood is also a really nice place to go for a walk, have a gelato, get some dinner. All in all I would highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was fantasticIt was clean, cool and situated in a great location. The apartment is a short walk from the metro which gets you to most places. The neighbourhood was nice, quiet and had nearby amenities The host was lovely - they were very accommodating after our flight was delayed by several hours. They also provided a binder with various useful information, such as local restaurants, transport links and when they stop running. Their communication was great from the date of the booking to when we arrived at the apartmentWe will happily stay at this apartment again when we next visit Rome

Roma Romance and Sightseeing

this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao.

Great location and host

This apartment was lovely - clean, bright and airy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Close to the metro (line A) which meant it was easy to get to all the sights. There is a lovely cafe underneath the apartment, it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the morning to watch the world go by and overlook Parco Appia Antica. Our host,

Can’t ask for a better place and location !

Close to Appia park, easy access, minutes from Appia Nuova street, minutes from subway, minutes from Rome historic sites, free parking, nice Roman very safe neighborhood and above all, a modern, clean apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay,.. and a wonderful host (Fernando)..and the list goes on.. we were really impressed!!! Cosy & Comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning and the location was so convenient - a cafe downstairs, and supermarkets, restaurants, and the Metro within a very short walking distance. Fernando and his daughter Chiara were very welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. We couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Rome. 😊

Property was as described. Large and spacious and great for 3 adults. Owner was very friendly and helpful- he son met us for check-in and he was also lovely. Elevator was handy for getting bags up and down 3 floors but mostly we took stairs as it was a very cozy space inside elevator. Location was great. We used metro and found it easy to get around. We took taxi from airport (FCO) - get white one as regulated. Cost 55 tip and train to Termini station was going to be about 15 each so felt it made sense. We really didn’t spend much time in apartment as so much to do and sites located elsewhere so didn’t suit us to come back to apartment and go out for most part. One night we did go out to dinner locally to Grazia& Graziella and it was fantastic (right out entrance gate). Locals spot and very friendly. Only issue was shower but we didn’t let it slow us down and I doubt plumbing anywhere in Rome is great! . Overall a very positive experience and great value.

Outstanding choice for visiting Rome

The property was very clean. The location was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included napkins and paper towels, just like home. There is so much positive about this place. I read the reviews before I booked and all the favorable reviews are accurate with how amazing this place is. The host was very kind and spoke very good English. The map of Rome and recommendations for groceries, restaurants, etc. were perfect. If you are going to Rome, this is the place to book! Very close to Metro and busses that will take you all over the city.

Perfect Rome Apartment with the best host EVER!! My daughter and I do an annual mother/daughter vacation and we were 100% satisfied with this pick! Fernando was fabulous! He was communicative, met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage, gave us a full tour of the apartment, he provided helpful information about the metro and the bus, gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, also provided a Great Wall map of Rome. This apartment has absolutely everything we needed! We shopped for groceries in the neighborhood, cooked meals and ate out on the cute little terrace! There aren’t enough words to truly express how lovely this apartment is, how charming the neighborhood is and how easy it is to get around on the metro or bus. We honestly didn’t want to leave!!
