L'appartement est situĂ© dans le quartier central ‘Appio-Latino’, quartier authentique, bien situĂ©.
Il est prĂšs du centre historique (3 arrĂȘts de mĂ©tro). Par le “Metro A” (la gare est situĂ©e Ă  2-3 minutes Ă  pieds), vous arriverez trĂšs rapidement Ă  tous les lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt touristique (ColisĂ©e, Vatican, Saint Jean de Latran, Fontaine de Trevi, Villa BorghĂšse, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Circo Massimo, Terme di Caracalla...).

Le célÚbre parc archéologique de 'Appia Antica', avec ses catacombes et le vestiges de l'ancien Rome, est situé à une courte distance de marche.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Check-in was very professional, welcoming and flawless. The apartment is light and airy. The neighborhood is quiet (which is a welcome change from the historical district), but has lots of restaurants and markets, and is convenient to busses and metro. We are already planning our next stay!

Unser Aufenthalt in Rom war wunderbar und wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und Fernandos Tipps waren super. Die von ihm empfohlenen Restaurants waren alle hervorragend. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet reichlich Platz und war sehr sauber! In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich BĂ€ckereien, CafĂ©s und SupermĂ€rkte, falls man sich selbst verpflegen möchte. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (wir haben auch öfter mal den Bus genommen), ist man schnell im Zentrum der Stadt und kann alle bekannten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten leicht erreichen. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung und wenn es die Zeit zulĂ€sst, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Property was as described. Large and spacious and great for 3 adults. Owner was very friendly and helpful- he son met us for check-in and he was also lovely. Elevator was handy for getting bags up and down 3 floors but mostly we took stairs as it was a very cozy space inside elevator. Location was great. We used metro and found it easy to get around. We took taxi from airport (FCO) - get white one as regulated. Cost 55 tip and train to Termini station was going to be about 15 each so felt it made sense. We really didn’t spend much time in apartment as so much to do and sites located elsewhere so didn’t suit us to come back to apartment and go out for most part. One night we did go out to dinner locally to Grazia& Graziella and it was fantastic (right out entrance gate). Locals spot and very friendly. Only issue was shower but we didn’t let it slow us down and I doubt plumbing anywhere in Rome is great! . Overall a very positive experience and great value.

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. A very warm welcome from Fernando and as it was our first visit to Rome he gave us lots of information about the area, travel tips and the overall handover was very thorough and thoughtful. Good selection of supermarkets and shops nearby and a really lovely cafe downstairs. Bus at the end of the road which takes you to all the main sightseeing areas and is much easier and nicer than taking the metro (which is also a short walk away for those who prefer something a little quicker). So nice to be able to sit in the balcony and watch the world go by!

We were in Rome for a week and this is a great place to stay. Good location with easy transport links to all the centre and major areas of Rome. Being outside the centre it's a lovely place to come back to after the hustle and bustle in the city. The apartment has everything you need for a home-from-home stay and there are good shops and restaurants nearby. Morning coffee and croissant at the cafe on the corner is a must. Fernando gave us a great introduction to the apartment and the area - he gave us a very useful guide to the Metro that really helped orientate us. One thing - the shower is a bit idiosyncratic. You sometimes have to run the kitchen tap to get the hot water to pull through, and we found using the handheld attachment was best. But once we'd mastered it, it was ok and didn't diminish our stay in any way. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but they wouldn't add anything because the photos on the listing are true to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome.

The unit was just right for the two of us. The unit was clean and Aleesha provided excellent checkin and explanation of unit. Metro was close by and walkable. Very nice convenience store below building. Excellent Aperol spritz in the hot afternoon sun. Very few tourists in the area where building was located, would definitely recommend the unit for others.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was fantasticIt was clean, cool and situated in a great location. The apartment is a short walk from the metro which gets you to most places. The neighbourhood was nice, quiet and had nearby amenities The host was lovely - they were very accommodating after our flight was delayed by several hours. They also provided a binder with various useful information, such as local restaurants, transport links and when they stop running. Overall Excellent Stay

Spacious and very clean apartment in a great location. Easy access to metro and buses to quickly get to sites, yet also surrounded by non-touristy restaurants to escape the crowds. Perfect Rome Apartment with the best host EVER!! My daughter and I do an annual mother/daughter vacation and we were 100% satisfied with this pick! Fernando was fabulous! He was communicative, met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage, gave us a full tour of the apartment, he provided helpful information about the metro and the bus, gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat, also provided a Great Wall map of Rome. This apartment has absolutely everything we needed! We shopped for groceries in the neighborhood, cooked meals and ate out on the cute little terrace! There aren’t enough words to truly express how lovely this apartment is, how charming the neighborhood is and how easy it is to get around on the metro or bus. We honestly didn’t want to leave!!

Appartement idéal pour découvrir Rome

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine en famille Ă  Rome. Un grand merci Ă  Fernando et son fils Davide pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur flexibilitĂ© quant Ă  notre horaire d’arrivĂ©e er leurs prĂ©cieux conseils. Un plus trĂšs apprĂ©ciable: les lits Ă©taient faits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. L’appartement est parfait: dans un quartier animĂ©, en dehors du centre, mais tout prĂšs du mĂ©tro. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais nous avons privilĂ©giĂ© les repas Ă  l’extĂ©rieur - la pizzeria Fina Fina Ă  2 pas de l’appartement est excellente.En rĂ©sumĂ©: nous recommandons grandement ce logement!

Licht und Schatten beim Rom-Aufenthalt

Eines vorweg, Fernando hat uns super unterstĂŒtzt, sowohl wĂ€hrend des Check-Ins als auch bei Fragen und kurzfristigen Reparaturmaßnahmen wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes von 9 NĂ€chten in der Ferienwohnung. Aufgrund der NĂ€he zur U-Bahn ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten innerhalb der Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zu finden.Warum dann nur 3-Sterne. Wir hatten ein paar MĂ€ngel wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung feststellen mĂŒssen, die wir auch Fernando mitgeteilt haben und er redlich bemĂŒht war, diese zu beheben. Leider hat das Bettgestell seine besten Tage hinter sich und quietschte seit unserer Nacht bei jeder Umdrehung. Eine zeitnahe Reparatur half nur fĂŒr eine Nacht. Beim Duschen wurde das Wasser zwischendurch immer wieder kalt und am 3.Tag hatten wir einen Stromaussetzer in der KĂŒche. Was aber angemerkt werden muss und hier sollte unseres Erachtens auch die Beschreibung angepasst werden. Die Straße ist keineswegs als ruhig zu beschreiben. Es ist ein dauerhafter Verkehrsstrom inkl. Bus und direkt unterhalb der Ferienwohnung befinden sich die MĂŒlltonnen. Wir waren weit weg von einer „quiet area“. Ich konnte nur halbwegs mit Ohropax schlafen und dabei hatten wir uns genau aufgrund der Beschreibung „ruhige Lage“ fĂŒr die FeWo entschieden.

Roma Romance and Sightseeing

this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao.

Great apartment in a great location

Everything was great from the beginning to end. The apartment has everything we needed for our week's stay. It was clean and tidy. There is a metro and bus stops close by. The surrounding neighborhood is also a really nice place to go for a walk, have a gelato, get some dinner. All in all I would highly recommend.

SĂ©jour de 5 nuits

TrĂšs bel appartement, lumineux, fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il est bien situĂ© dans un quartier vivant comprenant beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Sa situation gĂ©ographique nous a permis de profiter pleinement des trĂ©sors de Rome (Le bus 87 qui passe au pied de l'immeuble et le mĂ©tro A qui se situe Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de l'appartement permettent de se rendre rapidement dans le centre historique de Rome). Notre hĂŽte Fernando a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillant et bienveillant. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler de cette bonne adresse autour de nous. Et peut-ĂȘtre qu'un jour, nous aurons le plaisir de sĂ©journer de nouveau dans votre appartement !

Can’t ask for a better place and location !

Close to Appia park, easy access, minutes from Appia Nuova street, minutes from subway, minutes from Rome historic sites, free parking, nice Roman very safe neighborhood and above all, a modern, clean apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay,.. and a wonderful host (Fernando)..and the list goes on.. we were really impressed!!! We are definitely going back.
