This barn conversion offers the best of both worlds - rural charm with modern amenities and a countryside setting close to quaint villages and towns including Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington and Henley in Arden.

Oak Tree Lodge is all on one level and accommodates 4 people. The living space is open plan with a lounge seating 5 people and a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 plus a table and 4 chairs. The main double bedroom has a King size bed and is spacious and has ample wardrobe space, chest of drawers and a dressing table and mirror, off the bedroom is an ensuite shower room with a large shower, basin unit, toilet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds and has ample wardrobe space and a dressing table and chair. The main large shower room also has basin and toilet and bench style seating. Amenities include : Electric central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small chest freezer, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, toaster, TV with freeview, Radio, Wifi, hairdryer and travel cot and highchair. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and also tea towels and kitchen towels are provided.. Please note we do not provided any bedding or bed linen for the travel cot.

Outside is a patio area with furniture, a barbeque and ample parking for two cars.

The property is non smoking and sorry no pets allowed. Minimum 3 nights stay.

Lovely weekend stay

Accommodation is in beautiful setting, surrounded by horse fields, with stables on site. The lodge was very nice, with all amenities you could need. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

The converted barn is an excellent base for exploring the Warwick area. I have no negatives to mention, but plenty of positives - the accommodation itself, well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating and beds, to name just a few. I would recommend a stay here.

Oak Tree Lodge

This is a spacious, very clean and very well equipped barn in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is not far from Warwick and Henley on Thames, and there is a selection of places to eat out nearby. A very enjoyable stay.

This is a lovely spacious place to stay with everything you might need. We stayed as our son's wedding reception was in the local village hall and the cottage was a peaceful place to return to.

Oak Tree Lodge Warwickshire

Great location close to Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. Quiet location but good access to major roads. The property itself is modern and spacious with good amenities for four people. Overall, if we were to need to stay in this area again it would be an automatic pick for us.

Relaxing accessible cottage

The owners have created a space where everybody can feel comfortable. People with mobility problems will find the cottage easy to move around. The cottage is well placed to visit the Cotswolds, Warwick , Stratford and many other attractions.

Lovely little home

Oak Tree Lodge is lovely. Peaceful setting and our neighhhhh-bors in the actual barn next door were a treat. Waking up to horses in the pasture behind the lodge was definitely a new experience :). As for the actual lodge, beds and furniture are comfy, appliances work well and WiFi was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent holiday property

Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing September week at this spacious and well-equipped holiday cottage set in ample private and quiet grounds. A delight to look out of the window at the horses grazing in the adjacent field. Always a pleasure to return to the cottage after outings and walks from the doorstep on local lanes, footpaths and the Stratford-Upon-Avon canal. We walked every day and never did the same walk twice.

Relaxing stay

This is the most perfect place for getting away to unwind. For those wanting peace and quiet, but not far to travel, visiting historical towns and picturesque villages. Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Oak Tree Lodge!

This house is tucked away on a single-lane road on a quiet country estate. Everything was as advertised, including the horses in the field next to the house, and the bottle of wine! The hosts were very helpful before our trip, so we felt very much at home. The quaint village of Henley-on-Arden is a few minutes away and Stratford-upon-Avon less than a half hour. If you want a quiet and safe place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle, this is it!

Fabulous Accommodation

Loved the accommodation, nice quiet location and great communication both pre and on arrival with owners. Had most things we needed, the only niggle was there was only one third of a roll of toilet tissue in the main bathroom. Not enough for three nights. Quiet country house, very comfortable

We had business that took us to Birmingham most days. It was a very reasonable drive to and from the city, and it was lovely to return each night to the quiet countryside. The house is very clean and comfortable, and had all that we needed to cook our own meals. My husband and I would book here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Short break over half term with the kids.

It was wonderful being in a secluded property, waking up to horses in the field and the calmness of the area. The children loved the open plan area as well as the bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had a really peaceful and restful sleep on the comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom had a great shower. Thank you for the welcome pack and giving us a wonderful experience.

What a lovely place!

My husband and I were meeting up with friends for a long weekend and this property was perfect for us. The Lodge was easy to find and is in a lovely peaceful location. Inside everything was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need including a much appreciated welcome pack. The main bedroom and en-suite was very spacious with lots of storage space, 2nd bedroom was also a good size. Beds were very comfy and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of coat hangers (small detail but often overlooked). Lounge area sofas were comfy and the kitchen area was well laid out with plenty of cleaning products provided. Outside space is well kept and very pretty. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very kind to us so we didn’t make use of the outside seating or BBQ. Steven popped over to make sure we were okay with the heating not long after we arrived as it had got much cooler - a really thoughtful host! The area is beautiful with lots of pubs and restaurants within striking distance. We had a lovely meal at the Red Lion but didn’t walk as we weren’t comfortable using some of the smaller roads on foot. Also ate at the Crabmill which was just as good. Would definitely recommend this property and want to say a big thank you to Tina and Steven who have obviously put in a lot of work to ensure their guests are comfortable and safe. The attention to detail really shows and our friends who have stayed in lots of self catering properties said it was one of the best they had seen. Hope to visit again in the future.

Wow what can I say fantastic cottage very spacious and everything you need. Would definitely recommend very peaceful too which is what we loved. Beds very comfy. Loved the place. Two great pubs in village too.
