Deze omgebouwde schuur biedt het beste van twee werelden - landelijke charme met moderne voorzieningen en een landelijke omgeving in de buurt van schilderachtige dorpen en steden zoals Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington en Henley in Arden.

Oak Tree Lodge is helemaal gelijkvloers en biedt plaats aan 4 personen. De woonruimte is open met een lounge voor 5 personen en een keuken met ontbijtbar voor 4 personen. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en is ruim en heeft voldoende kastruimte, commode en een kaptafel en spiegel, naast de slaapkamer is een ensuite douchekamer met een grote douche, wastafel, toilet en een verwarmd handdoekenrek. De tweede slaapkamer is een tweeling met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en heeft voldoende kastruimte. De grote grote doucheruimte heeft ook een wastafel en toilet en zitbanken. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere: elektrische centrale verwarming, elektrische oven en kookplaat, magnetron, koelkast, kleine diepvrieskist, vaatwasser, wasmachine / droger, broodrooster, tv met Freeview, radio, wifi, haardroger en reiswieg en kinderstoel. Beddengoed, handdoeken en badlakens en ook theedoeken en theedoeken zijn aanwezig .. Let op: we bieden geen beddengoed of beddengoed voor het reisbedje.

Buiten is een patio met meubels, een barbecue en voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto's.

Excellent holiday property

Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing September week at this spacious and well-equipped holiday cottage set in ample private and quiet grounds. A delight to look out of the window at the horses grazing in the adjacent field. Always a pleasure to return to the cottage after outings and walks from the doorstep on local lanes, footpaths and the Stratford-Upon-Avon canal. We walked every day and never did the same walk twice.

We loved our stay at Oak Tree Lodge!

This house is tucked away on a single-lane road on a quiet country estate. Everything was as advertised, including the horses in the field next to the house, and the bottle of wine! The hosts were very helpful before our trip, so we felt very much at home. The quaint village of Henley-on-Arden is a few minutes away and Stratford-upon-Avon less than a half hour. If you want a quiet and safe place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle, this is it!

Relaxing stay

This is the most perfect place for getting away to unwind. For those wanting peace and quiet, but not far to travel, visiting historical towns and picturesque villages. Lots of nice pubs for food and drink. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spotless. It is everything you see in the photos. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Oak Tree Lodge

This is a spacious, very clean and very well equipped barn in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is not far from Warwick and Henley on Thames, and there is a selection of places to eat out nearby. A very enjoyable stay.

Lovely little home

Oak Tree Lodge is lovely. Peaceful setting and our neighhhhh-bors in the actual barn next door were a treat. Waking up to horses in the pasture behind the lodge was definitely a new experience :). As for the actual lodge, beds and furniture are comfy, appliances work well and WiFi was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

The converted barn is an excellent base for exploring the Warwick area. I have no negatives to mention, but plenty of positives - the accommodation itself, well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating and beds, to name just a few. I would recommend a stay here.

Fabulous Accommodation

Loved the accommodation, nice quiet location and great communication both pre and on arrival with owners. Had most things we needed, the only niggle was there was only one third of a roll of toilet tissue in the main bathroom. Not enough for three nights. Really enjoyed the stay and would love to stay again. Thank you

Relaxing accessible cottage

The owners have created a space where everybody can feel comfortable. People with mobility problems will find the cottage easy to move around. The cottage is well placed to visit the Cotswolds, Warwick , Stratford and many other attractions.

Quiet country house, very comfortable

We had business that took us to Birmingham most days. It was a very reasonable drive to and from the city, and it was lovely to return each night to the quiet countryside. The house is very clean and comfortable, and had all that we needed to cook our own meals. My husband and I would book here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Great location close to Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. Quiet location but good access to major roads. The property itself is modern and spacious with good amenities for four people. Overall, if we were to need to stay in this area again it would be an automatic pick for us.

Short break over half term with the kids.

It was wonderful being in a secluded property, waking up to horses in the field and the calmness of the area. The children loved the open plan area as well as the bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We had a really peaceful and restful sleep on the comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom had a great shower. Thank you for the welcome pack and giving us a wonderful experience.

Wow what can I say fantastic cottage very spacious and everything you need. Would definitely recommend very peaceful too which is what we loved. Beds very comfy. Loved the place. Two great pubs in village too.

Quiet autumn half term country break

We really enjoyed our stay at Oak Tree Lodge, which is set in a lovely rural location. It’s great if you like horses as you will find some in the fields abutting the property, whose entrance is shared with stables and an equine centre (not that you would notice as it is an unbelievably quiet location - we hardly saw, let alone heard, a soul). The place is well looked after, both outside and in, and is nicely presented. Check in was also very straightforward with ample instructions provided by the property owner. The open plan kitchen/diner/living space is well suited to families and gives the lodge a spacious feel. This main living area has either lino (in the entrance /kitchen area) or laminate flooring (diner/living room), which is also family friendly, particularly if you have younger children. It was also nice and clean on arrival and was easy to keep clean during our stay. Both bedrooms are a good size too, particularly the master, and have plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom, have decent sized showers. The kitchen is easy to work in and has a washer/dryer, a small fridge and dishwasher, microwave and a small freezer (we only used the dishwasher and fridge but everything looked straightforward enough to use and instructions were provided). The kitchen has an electric hob (not sure if it was halogen or induction), which takes a little bit of getting used to (we use gas at home) but it was easy to wipe clean and was fine as long as you keep an eye on it and adjust the settings until you’re happy. Overall, Oak Tree Lodge is a lovely place in a quiet country location, well suited to families or couples, which is clean and well equipped, with no shortage of things to do in the surrounding area. We would happily come again.

The safety of our guests is very important to us. To avoid contact keys are located in a safe by the door and placed back when you leave. You can contact us any time if needed by phone or email. Our cleaning is now more intense. We are using a room fogger atmospheric sanitiser and Deodoriser that elimintes Covid 19 and other viruses, bacteria and mould from the atmosphere and all surfaces as per the recommended government guidelines.
