Mini Loft with mezzanine in the heart of the historic center of Florence.

Mini loft located in the heart of the historic center of Florence in a very quiet street. On the fourth and last floor without elevator, with comfortable stairs, the apartment has been completely and recently renovated a few months and is equipped with many comforts including air conditioning for cold and hot air, bathroom with shower cabin, kitchenette, microwave, toaster , Nespresso coffee machine, moka coffee maker, kettle, crockery, pots, cutlery and various utensils, as well as free wi-fi. In the mezzanine, reached by a comfortable staircase, there is a double bed and a velux window with a panoramic view of the Basilica of Santa Croce, while in the living area there is a sofa bed for one and a half square and a flat screen TV.
The loft has two large double glazed windows and is very bright. Ideal for a couple with a child or a couple of friends.
