Situate on the first floor of an historical building, on a dead end road with limited traffic, adiacent famouse gourmet restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri (3 michelin stars)
It has three large window wich provide natural light, all double glazed, with noise reduction treatment and mosquito screens.
Grocers, supermaket and a large range of typical Tuscan restaurants are all just stone through away.
Double bedroom Sitting/dining room with extra sofabed, bathroom with shower,
kitchenette with oven, microwave, eletric kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
Washing machine.
No damage deposit.
Final Cleaning Euro 50 to be paid on location.
Tourist tax Euro 6 per day per person older than 12

Garage just opposite the apartment, to be booked in advance Prices from 30 Euro per day depending on car size.
