Situate on the first floor of an historical building, on a dead end road with limited traffic, adiacent famouse gourmet restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri (3 michelin stars)
It has three large window wich provide natural light, all double glazed, with noise reduction treatment and mosquito screens.
Grocers, supermaket and a large range of typical Tuscan restaurants are all just stone through away.

This apartment is ideally located very close to one of the oldest and most beautiful piazzas in Florence and is within a 10/15 min. walk to the city center. The apartment is delightful, well-kept and equipped with everything you can need for a short or medium stay, as was my case. I absolutely fell in love with the silence and comfort of the place. The assistance provided by the host was valuable and punctual and the owners were always gracious to suggest restaurants and special places to visit. I hope to come back soon and to enjoy this gem of a place. I absolutely recommend it.

Cutest little apartment that is close to all the best museums and incredible restaurants. Taxi stand, only steps into the square, makes transportation easy. Host very accommodating and helpful with directions if needed. Exceptionally clean with nice accommodations.

The location is perfect! We were able to walk to the Uffizi, the Duomo, Accademia, and more. The room was clean and comfortable and the hosts relatives who greeted us were very kind and welcoming. We loved Florence so much and this apartment was perfect for us.

We highly enjoyed our stay in Florence at this apartment that was just a stones throw from Piazza di Sante Croce. Great location and so many fantastic restaurants just minutes from the front door. Check in was a breeze. I was met at the apartment and the appliances were explained to us. Cozy apartment close to everything. Only used the Uber to arrive and to get to the train station. Manager stayed in constant communication before and during the entire stay.I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is right on the Piazza Santa Croce, which is where we stayed two years ago in another nearby apartment. This flat is very spacious, with a private entrance and a good heating system. The water heats up quickly and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bed is large and firm, which was very comfortable, and there is also a pull-out bed in the couch. This location is great for first time tourists who want proximity to everything in historic Florence, and is also an excellent stay for returning tourists who want to dig a bit deeper without having to hike miles to get to niche places like restaurants etc.
