This was a perfect spot to stay in for our trip to Florence. The apartment is right across the river from the historical center of Florence and walking distance to all the attractions. Also, lots of restaurants options just steps from the building, and a grocery store that is no more than a 10 minute walk down the road. Annalisa was very responsive, and quick to reply over text with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and had so much charm, we really loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Florence again.

Ideal location on a very quiet street, within 10 minutes walk of the Ponte Vecchio and the old town. Annalisa was very helpful and communicative. The steps to the third floor (4th floor for us Americans) could be a challenge for some, and a challenge for heavy baggage, but we knew that when we booked. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing should specify that there are 8 flights of stairs up to the unit. No comfortable seating except bed. Very noisy late at night.

Fabulous Firenze

My 2 teenagers and I stayed at this perfectly located apartment. Steps from the sites: Uffizi, Michelangelo Palzzo, ponte vecchio. We felt very safe, our street was quiet w a number of restaurants steps away.

My husband, son and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great! The street is quiet and is walking distance to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was clean and had enough space for the three of us. Annalisa was very responsive. Would recommend! Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. :)
