Great vacation and nice house

We very much enjoyed our stay in this nice house, which has everything we needed for our vacation, including the nice swimming pool and a lot of space.

Lovely place to stay

Spotlessly clean with amazing sea views from the balcony. A delight to wake up to every morning. Sun on garden all day with lovely heated pool to cool you down. 2 minute walk to the town with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Almost don’t want to give a good review so we can keep it to ourselves! Will be back soon!

the property was clean and as described, the pool was lovely and warm

We had a lovely stay we picked up the car at the airport which we did struggle with this a bit as we wasn't sure where to pick up the car but after phoning Asael we soon sorted this out. We then got to the villa where everything wad as expected and lovely and clean. A man came once a week to clean the pool. The house was not cleaned during the weeks stay so we had to clean ourselves which was fine we just wasn't sure I we were expected to do this such ad emptying bins etc. So we just bought some bags and emptied ourselves. Everything we could possibly need was provided for in the kitchen which was great. We would definitely stay again. The only criticism which really isn't an issue was it would have been useful if they would have provided a road map as it was quite difficult finding you way out of the streets back on to the motorway, but we managed.

Good family Vila

The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We hired a car from the airport, organised by the villa management. This was an easy process but I must say the car hire company were unprofessional and unorganised. We had to wait the best part of an hour for our car and they kept telling us “5 minimum”. They also operate from a bench in the car park. The villa has all you need and is clean but also well maintained. The only thing I would add is to take nappy sacks for toilet paper, as this can’t go down the pan. We were unaware of the local drainage and this took a bit of getting used to. The local shops don’t sell nappy sacks and we felt that using swing bin liners every time was a bit extreme. Putting that minor thing as side, the holiday and villa was awesome. The property management looked after us well. If I book a villa again I would definitely book with them.

De belles vacances !

Location fonctionnelle et quel plaisir d'avoir une piscine dans le jardin ! Très bien située : à pied du centre où on peut faire des courses, aller au resto... A 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Deux inconvénients néanmoins : le ramassage des ordures quotidien à 3h00 du matin (les containers sont installés en face de la chambre des enfants) et les seules chaînes françaises disponibles sont celles d'information (ce qui n'est pas très fun quand on a des ados !). Camila, chargée de nous accueillir sur place, est charmante et disponible si besoin. Nous aurons de très bons souvenirs de vacances quand nous repenserobs à cet été !

Lovely property to stay At

An excellent place to stay me and the whole family enjoyed it thoroughly close to shops bars and restaurants but quiet at the same time.about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach all in all a very lovely property to stay at

Burgled while we slept!

Despite being burgled we did enjoy our stay. So the villa is not luxurious it does have everything you need apart from the dishwasher. Good pool and garden furniture. Excellent area full of local amenities. However area does attract burglars who only seem to target holiday properties. The police not interested ! We were lucky we had most of our valuables locked in the safe and the thieves only wanted money leaving satnav and other electrical goods on the table. Fortunately they did not come upstairs where we were sleeping. If we were assured that security was tightened we would return. Great support from the lady who managed the property, warm, helpful and friendly. She met us at the villa, gave us keys and the tour etc. When we called her about being burgled she immediately came round. Acted as interpreter with the police and couldn’t have been more helpful.

As always.......a perfect relaxing winter break

We have stayed at this wonderful property many times now, and certainly intend to keep visiting in the future. The Duplex apartment is ideally located, only a very short walk to all of the attractions that Calloa Salvage has to offer. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and the garden with private heated swimming pool is bathed in sunshine all day long. The hire car included in the package is great and a nice touch. Galindo, Camila & Lala are all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with........Cheers

Fab location, near to all the bars and restaurants. Very helpful people, car included that was great. The property was exactly as advertised, 2 good bedrooms each with showers, one with bath as well. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa inside and pool great - shame about some aspects

Larraitz,our contact, was really helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. In the main the villa was nice but a few aspects were disappointing. I can now understand why there are no pictures of the front of the villa, because it's in a run down area of Callao Salveje. Some of the crockery and cutlery were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them. The villa is advertised to prospective English holiday makers and advertises availability of UK satellite tv. On arrival we were told there was only one channel and we couldn't even find that. The car hire, included in the price of the villa was great because you needed it to get to Adeje or Las Americas. Whilst it was a nice holiday we wouldn't return to the villa because we like to be closer to the main tourist areas, but that is no fault of the villa owner.

Funktionellt och proffsigt bemötande

Vi trivdes i huset, bemötandet före och vid ankomst var toppen. Dock var bilen liten så vi fick åka två gånger med packningen från TFS.Men bilens storlek en Twingo, resten av veckan räckte den utmärkt för oss fyra vuxna. Vi missförstod om uppgraderingen innan vi tog emot bilen och hur det skulle gå till. Huset har vi rekomonderat redan till vänner och släkt som ett utmärkt alternativ.

Genau das was wir brauchten ( wonderful)

Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Wir überlegen auch schon wann wir wieder eines der Häuser mieten wollen und werden. Man hat seine ruhe und einen tollen pool welcher nicht unnötig stark gechlort ist sonder mot unserer freude einen Salzwasseranteil hat welches uns sehr gefreut und gefallen hat. Man sieht zwar hier und da ein paar Gebrauch Spuren aber das ist ja normal Im großen und ganzen macht das Haus einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne :)

Fantastic. Great value for money.

We stayed here for 8 nights in July. The property is everything you need. The addition of the car in the price was an added bonus. The car was small but we managed to get 4 of us and our luggage in. It was great to be able to go exploring everyday too. The pool was ideal - a real treat to have our own private pool. Would definitely go back The only things that would have been useful additions would be a chopping board and more than one tea towel.

A lovely quiet property not to far from other amenities,ideally with the car a great holiday home.

We first arrived as always with slight confusion at the airport picking up the hire car which was included in the prices,we then met the lovely lady who was taking us to the villa ,when we arrived she should us all around explaining details of importantance and signed paperwork,then with an adios left us to our own devices.The villa has peace it has quiet,it's got privacy it's got the lot,what a little gem,from the amenities everything worked as it should of and more,the pool and external area was ideal for a small family of four,six maybe pushing it for space ,but overall thoroughly impressed and yes I know we will definitely be booking again very soon ,thanks Larr for a great stay the Kelly's xx

Great location and facilities

We were looking for somewhere warm to escape to for the Easter break. From the start of the process everything ran smoothly. We collected the car (included in the price) without any issues whatsoever and the vehicle was perfect for the needs of our family of four. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The hob could be a little temperamental to make work at times but we always managed. The first day we arrived the internet was not working (two teenagers in our family!!!). We were able to hook up to next doors (the same owners) although a bit slow it was OK. This was fixed the next day by the internet provider. Larraitz was absolutely fantastic both before we arrived and during - she always responded almost immediately! I have seen the beds mentioned in a previous review but we had absolutely no problems with them - they are fine. The location is great, less than a 2 minute walk into the little town with as many bars and restaurants as you would need with a good variety of choices. There is a nice Italian which we went to a couple of times just on the right hand side at the bottom of the steps going into the village - actually the closest one to the house! The hotel just after here is the most 'high end' dining if you go to their outside area. It is separate restaurant from main hotel so don't get it mixed up with the actual hotel one. You may have to book for a table by the edge for an uninterrupted view of the sea but the views from anywhere there are superb. The food was the best we experienced during our stay. There are two reasons we only went once though; It is approx. 70% more expensive than anywhere else we went (although just about worth it). The staff; unfortunately they seemed to think that they were in the Four Seasons rather than a hotel in Tenerife (no disrespect to Tenerife at all) but they were overly snooty (sorry English slang) and very cold in their attitude. There is a very good restaurant at the far end of the street (walk as far down as you can go) which is a steak and fish restaurant which also overlooks the sea - only a very few (3 I think) tables outside so best to book - I think the owner was called Julie. The local supermarkets are fine - slightly more expensive than Lidel but you can walk to them, plus as we live in Switzerland it all seemed cheap!!. Location is quiet (until a French family of six arrived next door for the last three days!!) We would definitely recommend this property.

AMAZING HOLIDAYS!!

We spend an amazing time at this apartment!!!! The house is what we expected. Perfect location, parking in front of the house and the car included was a plus!! The house was perfect, well maintained, clean and well equipped with all you could need. The pool area was the best, the kids were playing every time, they loved it a lot. We definitely we will come again. Thank you very much for the attention!!!!!

Slightly disappointing

Unfortunately the cutlery was dirty and so were some of the cups, the double bed was more like a put u up,and it creaked every time you moved plus the mattress was too big for the bed,on our last day, in the middle of the night the wooden headboard screwed to the wall fell off ! We never used the bbq,it was very dirty and the tongs still had bits of food on them. I would suggest this accommodation had a good spring clean! By the way if you want the pool heated you will be charged a daily rate. Also we had noWiFi upstairs( take note teenagers) there is 1 DVD to watch,and the only tv in English we could find was the news.On the plus side it was quiet, and was in a really good location,there were buses nearby and also supermarkets,bars and restaurants, the best one we thought was the fish&steak one called El Delphin (or similar) get there for 6pm for a brilliant table overlooking the sea and watch the sunset.

Great property in good location

All facilities as described, clean and tidy, only fault would be the quality of the beds, not proper beds, not very comfortable, more like camp beds, why not spend some money on decent beds ? otherwise everything was great.
