Hyde Park rental

Very cute, clean,quiet and comfortable rental in an incredible area. Easy, quick walk to fantastic restaurants, cheese shop, parks. Lovely neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable cute rental in historic neighborhood. Close to many amenities withinn walking distance. Nina was available for any questions, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and cozy

Lovely neighborhood with nearby Cafe and restaurants. Also close to bus stop for downtown so need to drive was eliminated. Also appreciated the low contact check-in and check-out process.

Great neighborhood

The property is located very conveniently to downtown Austin but a little off the beaten path so more affordable. But yet a fun hood to explore and get to know while being convenient.

Perfect Location

Was in town to visit my son who lives in an apartment just 2 blocks away. A perfect location with a very old school Austin neighborhood (Hyde Park) shopping & dining just a 5 minute walk away. Will be on my rotation when in town for now on.

Convenient location in Austin

We came to Texas for the eclipse event and Austin to see that area. We really liked that neighborhood with beautiful homes and lovely landscaping. It was great to be able to walk to several restaurants, a nice local market and even a museum. The area was so quiet, you would not know you're in a big city. The view from the deck of the incredible lighting storm was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit to Austin and this place was lovely!

Location location!

Rented for the weekend with adult sixty plus siblings. Everything was great. There were four of us which made for a stretch because what I thought said two futons was actually a put together sofa that turned into a double bed with creases in the wrong spots for us oldies. So maybe too small for us four, Bit otherwise clean, convenient and nicely done. Called for some assistance and thanks to hosts received a visit. Great stay! Thank you!

Great place/location

We got caught in a bind last week heading to Austin, as our original VRBO was cancelled the night before our arrival. We reserved this place at the last minute and Nina was the most accommodating VRBO host I've encountered. She had the place ready to go for us by the next morning so we were able to check in and not have to worry about carrying our bags around town. The place itself is perfect for 2-3 people and is conveniently located to just about anything you want to do in Austin. It was very clean, well organized, and we had everything we needed. If you reserve this, be sure to check out Quack's bakery just down the street. Amazing pastries and great coffee. Highly recommended this VRBO.

Comfortable accommodations

We were in town for the Grand Prix and this was a quiet little comfortable place to come back to after long days at the track. Communication with the owners was flawless easy check in and check out. Can't beat this apartment for the price. And it sits in the middle of a charming little neighborhood. When we go back to Austin we will definitely come here.

Perfect location!

The unit itself is well-maintained, quiet, and private. Towels, extra linens, travel items you may have forgotten at home, and dishes were plentiful! The cherry on top however, it the location! Not only is it walkable to a handful of restaurants & small businesses, it is also SUPER convenient to everything in and around Austin.

Perfect Location

Our visit in Austin, Tx is memorable. My husband is into BBQ and it has been in his bucket list to try the famous BBQ places in Austin. We stayed at Nina’s apartment which was a perfect location! The property is also close to some restaurants which made our stay so convenient. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The apartment is cozy and it has everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Austin. Thank you, Nina for allowing us to stay in your apartment!

Great location

We would rent this place again. Wish it didn't have stairs to get to the apartment. But we managed as seniors. Loved how close restaurants and stores I. The area.

Super chill apartment

Loved this place. Neighborhood was quiet with several great eats nearby. The apartment was nicer than we expected. Nice, basic kitchen. Balcony seating for morning coffee. Comfy bed. And I slept well on the firm (which I prefer!) sofa bed. No complaints.

Great experience

The location was great for going to the UT game and close to downtown, etc. The listing was extremely clean and the owner was great as well. She was communicated very well and we would stay in this listing again in a heart beat!

Awesome property. Super cool/ kind neighbors. Walking distance to grocery & restaurants. $10-13 Uber to go out. The space was super clean & had everything you could need!
