Villa on three levels located a few steps from the beach of Cornino, beautiful view of the Cornino bay and Monte Cofano.
STRATEGIC PLACE: 15 minutes from SAN VITO LO CAPO, 20 minutes from ERICE, CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO, SCOPELLO and 15 minutes from TRAPANI, 45 minutes from Marsala, 40 minutes from the Segesta temples, 1 hour from Palermo; 45 minutes from Trapani airport, 50 minutes from Palermo airport.
In Villa Zefiro, on request (without obligation), if you want, with an "additional cost to be paid at home", you can use the Jacuzzi SPA (heated by a wood stove) with whirlpool, chromotherapy (even for a day or evening): you can spend moments of full RELAX even on winter evenings with the heated Jacuzzi with wood burning stove

The accommodation has a garden, a barbecue area, with a wood oven, stove, covered by a roof. The internal kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, hob. exceptional property

The place was beautiful inside and out. Lovely cooking area outdoors. Everything you need is supplied, very clean and host was exceptional in providing info on the area.Definitely a great choice for a wonderful holiday. Location is very central for many area's you must see.

Caterina was available for any questions and met my party at the property. Property was just as in picture and absolutely beautiful. Caterina provided little extras and was awesome in her knowledge of the area and helped with vehicle hire. Mr Vario and his family were amazing. It was necessary to hire car and My Vario delivered and transported my group from Palermo airport. What a wonderful experience. Caterina was always available for questions and quick responses.

Beautiful and Artistic Home

Caterina and Francesco have created a wonderful vacation oasis for their guests. It is clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Spectacular

We were looking for a spot to stay a few days close-to but not in San Vito Lo capo and found this gem! Super clean and comfortable house, perfect for some nice relax evenings after a day of exploring the area (the outdoor kitchen always a hit!) . The view of the mountains from the house beats San Vito’s hands down ;) We regret not spending more time as there is so much to visit in the area . Catherina was warm and welcoming and provided a lot of information to make sure our stay was enjoyable. she gave us a lot of good references for various food and local attractions. Definitely recommend!

Trip to Northwest Sicilia

The host Caterina was very hospitable! She greeted us with fresh pastries and left a bottle of red wine at the house for us! The location was good for our visits to Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Marsala and Trapani.

If i could give this a 10 star rating I would! Caterina and her husband were incredible hosts. They were beyond accomdating and helped us in many ways to navigate our trip in Sicily. I would highly recommend this property and stay there again! Grazie mille Caterina and Francesco!!

The best part of our stay was the attentiveness of our host, Catarina who did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The house was well equipped for cooking meals but we also had access to good restaurants. We found people that we met very helpful. We could walk to a local beach but others were available by car. Lots of tourist sites nearby.

A beautiful home from home with a lovely outdoor space

Catarina met us at the property and showed us around the house. Communication before and throughout our stay was fantastic, she was quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is positioned at elevation overlooking the beach of Cornino and the mountains that surround it. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the terrace and from one of the bars along the shore front. Can recommend Arte pizza for a great selection of pizzas and some pasta dishes. Tribe bar for sunset views over the beach. We loved the outdoor space so much and spent much of our time there when we were at home. The house is very comfortable, a real home from home with everything you would need (and more) for your stay, and air conditioning units in every room which was much needed! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would happily stay again if we return to the area.

Fantastic Villa and Host

We were so fortunate with our choice of villa. Caterina is the most welcoming of all hosts we have met. Not only did she meet us at the villa but also brought a variety of sweet and savoury delights with her for when we arrived. Caterina had also supplied us with a raft of information prior to our arrival to help plan our visit. The villa is in an excellent location for visiting the west side of Sicily with easy access for Trapani, Segesta, Erice, the local nature reserve and Capo San Vito. The villa is very well equipped and the garden is beautifully maintained. As it was very hot when we visited the afternoon dip in the outside cold tub was a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We would highly recommend the villa and would stay again if we returned to this area of Sicily.

Outstanding Property and Outstanding Host

The villa is located at the edge of the town of Custonaci close to Mount Cofano. The surrounding area is outstanding with the sea close at hand (great beaches), the nature reserve of Mount Cofano and easy access to Trapini and Erice. The villa is ideally located to visit Castellemare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo, the temple of Segesta, Trapini, Erice and Marsala. The Villa is very modern and comfortable. The kitchen and living room are on the main floor and the bedrooms are down one flight of stairs. The patio and yard are nicer than the pictures and a great place to relax after a day of touring. However as good as all of that is, the best part are the hosts, Caterina and Franscesco. Caterina will do anything to help make your stay at the Villa and the area as good as it can be. She is a wealth of knowledge and is eager to help guide you to the destinations, shopping and restaurants. We have stayed at many great VRBO's over the years and Caterina is the best host we have had the pleasure to know. We came as honored guests and left as friends. We hope to be back.

Caterina ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation mit Caterina war völlig unkompliziert und direkt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön und man kann super entspannen. Besonders im Whirlpool! Die Aussenküche ist sensationell und wir haben jeden Abend frischen Fisch von lokalen Fischhändler oder ein saftiges Steak gegrillt. Zum schönen Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann schöne Wanderungen von Haus aus unternehmen oder nach Trapani/Salzgewinnung fahren. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir haben oben auf dem ausklappbaren Sofa geschlafen weil wir unbedingt aus dem Bett die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Monte Cofano haben wollten. Im Sommer sind die Schlafzimmer im Keller aber bestimmt angenehm kühl. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hat uns mit sizilianischen Spezialitäten begrüßt. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles Caterina!

Une très belle location

La location correspond tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce et aux photos . Une villa superbe avec un extérieur magnifique , très bien entretenu et propre avec tous le neccessaire pour passer d'agréable vacances.Que dire de l'accueil de Caterina et Francesco tellement ils sont gentils, accueillants, bien veillants et aux petits soins pour les locataires. Le 1er jour nous sommes arrivés très tard ( 22h30) car notre ferry avait du retard, ils nous avaient prévu un repas (des spécialités délicieuses) et des boissons. Grace à tous leurs renseignements nous avons visiter la région, manger dans des endroits sympa et même fait une journée en bateau privé. Caterina répondait tout de suite à nos demandes et faisait même le traducteur lorsque nous avions des difficultés à nous faire comprendre. Un grand merci à tous les deux et au plaisir de revenir chez vous

Bei Sonnenschein ideal, bei Kälte und Regen Wohnbereich zu klein und Schlafzimmer im Souterain sehr kühl, aber Heizung vorhanden. Weit ab vom Schuss!

Très belle maison avec un super accueil.

La maison a été préparée avec beaucoup de goût. Notre hôte est aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Une adresse à ne pas manquer. On aurait aimé rester plus.

Wonderful house on Quiet Bay

Lovely house with all creature comforts in Cornino - about 1 hr west of Palermo. Beautiful outdoor cooking set up & entertainment areas under covered patio. Grounds, garden area very nice. Inside two large bedrooms on lower level plus kids bunk room & bath room. Upper level has another bath/shower, complete kitchen and steps up to loft with hide-a-bed. House nicely decorated throughout. TV set on main level (Italian Chanel’s mostly). Heating,, which we used since we stayed in off season, and AC too. Overall, Villa Zefiro a wonderful vacation property away from more touristy areas in N/W Sicily.Great base from which to explore island. Best part of experience was owners Caterina & Francesco. Response immediate on questions, problems. They were also an excellent source of information on shopping, dining, travel, recipes. culture, history. Very warm, generous people who helped make our stay exceptional experience.

Super séjour dans une superbe propriété et des hôtes adorables

Tout est dit dans mon titre . Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette magnifique propriété. Caterina et Francesco sont des hôtes extrêmement disponibles , à l'écoute et toujours prêts à rendre service . Nous avions pris l'option jaccusi sur tout le séjour et grâce à Francesco qui venait tous les soirs pour le mettre à chauffer nous en avons profité à 100% !!!!! Le coin détente extérieur est parfait pour se relaxer. Tout est bien pensé et bien conçu pour des vacances merveilleuses. Bises à Caterina et Francesco

Awesome property in NW Sicily

Caterina was an awesome host. Frequent communications, a beautiful home with an absolutely amazing outdoor space for relaxing and dining. She even had dinner prepared for us the first night, which was a great help to us, as we had been driving all day. The property is very well furnished - especially the kitchen. Beach umbrellas and towels were available. We took advantage of the hot tub one night, and though we thought it was a little pricey, it was worth the experience. In general, the property is ideally located to many, many sites and experiences in Sicily, however, there isn't much nearby, so you will need a car (unless you only plan on going to the beach, which is easily walkable). I would not hesitate to rent this property again if travelling to Sicily. Thanks for a great vacation, Caterina!
