This very charming apartment is located at first floor (one flight of stairs to climb) of a building dating back to 1700, once belonging to the Cardinals,
You will be at true 50 yards from S. Peter's square.

Absolutely no need of elevator.

The apartment consists in a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace which is great for your outdoor aperitivos, dinner or lunch.
Internet connection, Samsung Smart Tv, WIFI in all rooms even terrace, Jacuzzi tub, shower, absolutely quiet,
Air conditioning in all rooms (just installed in May 2021)
Miele top quality washer and dryer, induction cooktop in the kitchen, microwave oven and traditional oven.

Comfort and class, with functionality. Comfortable beds, sofas, soft lights, Jacuzzi tub, top quality linens. All of the crockery, cutlery, glasses etc that you could need.
Smoking indoor is not permitted , but you may smoke in the terrace.

It was the perfect spot with the cutest patisserie right next door which was our first stop of the day. Alberto was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location very close to St. Peter's and fantastic places to eat within a block. Metro was 800 meters away and bus stop even closer. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. The owner was great with arranging transportation to and from the airport as well.

Fabulous!!!

The ambiance is lovely, peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood has everything a person could want or need. The people are friendly, and we felt completely at home. We will stay here again when we visit next year.

Great location. Lots of great restaurants to try! Very close to Vatican. Clean. Would suggest stocking apartment with heavier duty kitchen towels and dish cloths. The sponges under the sink were quite dirty. Also could use more extra toilet paper. The bed pillows were very flat and hard. It would be nice to update them. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Rome.

Excellent location in Rome near the Vatican, nice neighborhood. This apartment has a lot of space and a working washer and dryer which was exceptional based on other rentals in Italy. Most only have washers. This was very helpful for our extended stay in Italy. The host provided perfect instructions and was responsive, however, the shower head holder was broken and it was difficult to use the shower. We reported this to to the host...another guest had reported the shower issue several weeks before our arrival.

Great location. Great internet with smart tv for streaming. 4 adults and we never had issues with hot water. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cleaning from the previous guests but it was immediately handled. Kitchen is tiny for only 1 person but well stocked. The main bathroom had lots of soap and shampoo. It could use some cosmetic maintenance. There is so much right out your door. Mini markets, restaurants, and a great pickup location for a taxi or uber around the corner. Alberto

Absolutely beautiful and homey space. Two excellent bathroom spaces! Everything was clean and spacious. We loved the quiet location within walking distance of the Vatican and across the street from a delicious restaurant. Great communication from the owner.
