Vista Waikoloa Condo w/ Mountain Views - Walk to Beach!

This two bedroom, two bathroom unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. It can accommodate six guests with one king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room is furnished in rattan pieces and has a sofa bed and entertainment center with TV, DVD and CD stereo system.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, complimentary WIFI access, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property.

This condo is in the heart of Waikola Beach area, between a Hilton and a Marriott. It's not brand new, but was comfortable quiet and perfectly located.

We stayed on Vista Waikoloa ( family with 3 kids) for 10 days. It's great place to spend your vacation. We loved that condo had everything that we needed. Kids enjoyed swimming in a pool. The beautiful sand beach just 2 mins drive ( can walk), and great shopping center is around the corner.. I would recommended that place to everyone!!

Wonderful Week in Waikoloa

This was a wonderful property for our group of 5 adults. Everything was as described, very comfortable beds, the property was clean, there was great water pressure and an incredible patio that we spent a lot of time at. I'm hopeful the property will be available the next time we travel to the Big Island! Thank you!

The place is outdated. The carpet needs replacing. The furniture needs cleaning. The chairs on the Lanai need the pads replaced (worn/tears). The kitchen need modernized (microwave/oven/stove). Will not return to this unit.

Outdated but beautiful

Much of the decor could use some updating - it kind of reminded me of my grandparents old house (even had a VHS) - but I won't deduct any points for that, it is a beautiful place. There are some shops and restaurants in the complex and even a movie theater (if anyone comes to Hawaii to go to the movies.) There is a beach there too. Water isn't too clear, but it was clear enough on the far end to do some snorkeling, I saw some fish and a sea turtle there. It wasn't too crowded (in early Nov) and there were plenty of complementary lounge chairs on the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby. We tried to go to the beach at the nearby Mauna Kea resort (I read it was the best beach around) but couldn't get in - get there before 8 if you go because there is very limited public parking.
