About Molly James
I grew up in Homewood Al. I moved to Nashville for work 7 years ago, but have kept my home there. I love the area and all that it has to offer.
Molly James purchased this House in 2006
Why Molly James chose Redmont Park
My home is the perfect location to experience so much of what Birmingham has to offer. Located just minutes away from downtown Homewood, English Village, Mountain Brook Village, Downtown Birmingham, Vulcan, the Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Charming, comfortable, all the amenities needed for a family get together! Great location cation!!!
We definitely want to stay here for our future Birmingham visits!
Thank you so much Molly for letting us enjoy your house! Perfect space for our huge family get together and incredible location. We will definitely stay again.
Great location & well decorated - could have been cleaner
The house was great for us while visit family in Birmingham... spacious common areas for the kids to play and kitchen had everything we needed. plenty of clean towels and very comfortable bedding - the only thing that would have made it better would be if the house was cleaner - an easy fix for future guests!
Loved this cottage!
We stayed at the cute cottage over the weekend while we were visiting our daughter in Bham. The house was wonderful, easy to use and the kitchen was great for serving our family. Nice yard ... a bit interesting for parking but easy to find parking on the street! Loved the house and plan to stay there again when we are back in Bham.
A friend and I rented this house to play golf and enjoy the amenities of Birmingham, and it was better than described. Yes, it was a cute cottage within walking distance to English Village. But, it also seemed to be an eight to fifteen minute drive from just about everything else in Birmingham -- restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, etc. In fact, at one point we wondered whether our GPS was broken, because no matter our destination, it seemed to be fifteen minutes or less. The neighborhood was quiet and the house very clean, extremely comfortable, and plenty spacious, with a separate bedroom and full bath for each of us. And Molly was a pleasure to deal with. If the house is available when I next travel to Birmingham, that's where you'll find me (when I'm not at Chez Fonfon or El Barrio or Bottega or Woodlawn Cycle Cafe).
We so enjoyed the quaint property and loved its charming characteristics.
It was so important for us to have a "home" environment while visiting our daughter at Samford. We live the location of the property to campus, the grocery, and other activities. We look forward to our stay in February.
Located minutes away from Downtown Birmingham, UAB, Homewood's downtown area and walking distance to English Village. Local restaurants, shopping and family friendly activities like the Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens less than a mile away.
