Elm Tree Farm luxury self catering cottages are located in the heart of the English countryside. Situated on edge of the Cotswolds, on the border of Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Elm Tree Farm is the perfect retreat for a holiday or short break at any time of the year. With excellent wifi, Apple TV, space to work and peaceful surroundings, it is also the ideal location for both leisure and business travellers.

The interiors boast modern, comfortable décor. All cottages have essentials such as tea and coffee, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival.

Hoeysuckle Cottage overlooks the central courtyard and farmyard. With two bedrooms and a futon in the mezzanine it will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed with pocket sprung mattress, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, which is adjacent to the family bathroom, has 3ft twin beds which can be made into a 6ft super king size bed. There is also a built-in wardrobe and a black out blind. The fantastic spiral staircase leads to our fun mezzanine level overlooking the open plan living area. The mezzanine has comfy bean bags and a smart TV, the perfect den for the children to hang out or third bedroom for parties of more than 4 guests.

The kitchen has modern kitchen units, solid corian work surfaces, brushed chrome appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher.

The lounge has two super comfy sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and the dining area comfortably sits 6 people.

Located on a real working farm, the cottages overlook the farmyard and are surrounded by wonderful walks and plenty of wildlife. There is an abundance of things to see and do nearby. Satisfy the racing driver in you with an exhilarating visit to Silverstone race circuit, explore Oxford, the city of dreaming spires, enjoy the grandeur of Blenheim Palace, visit the historic towns of Stratford upon Avon and Warwick or satisfy your shopping habit with a trip to Bicester Village. Alternatively come and meet some of the many animals that live here with us on the farm.
