Not far from the house and within easy walking distance there is also a Minimarket, Restaurant, Pizzeria and Bar.

Apartment number 2 is a studio apartment for 2/3 beds: located on the first floor and composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large covered terrace.
Apartments 1 and 2, through a communicating door on the terrace, can be joined.
