Furnished in a Provencal style, charming, quiet apartment, served by 2 beautiful terraces. Ideal for 4 people and also equipped with outdoor shower with hot water. Tolles Haus /Wohnung. Könnte aufgefrischt werden. Vieles, dass alt ist und/oder zerfällt. Wenn man selber kochen möchte, fehlt es an Utensilien. Die WC-Bürsten sind alt und unbrauchbar.Tischtücher waren ungewaschen in der Kommode. Bei den Mietpreisen, wäre eine Investition möglich.

L'Isola d'Elba a portata di mano.

La casa è molto comoda, spaziosa, ben divisa, arredata con gusto e ben attrezzata. È tranquilla e si trova in una posizione ottima. La spiaggia di Spartaia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. La bella terrazza panoramica ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Chiara è stata una host perfetta: disponibile, tempestiva, cortese. Siamo stati molto bene!

Vom ersten Moment der Kontaktaufnahme war alles prima. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, die Privatsphäre und den freundlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll, hochwertig, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, die vordere Terrasse ist ein Traum (ab mittags gibt es Schatten, sie ist wirklich gross und die Lounge lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben oft draussen gegessen und die Aussicht genossen). Das Briefing zur Wohnung fand leider nur in italienisch statt. Aber bei Fragen stand die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail zur Verfügung. Die warme Aussendusche war am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig - schon am zweiten Tag fanden wir es toll, unter freiem Himmel zu duschen. Es führen viele Stufen zur Wohnung - also nicht geeignet für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind. Zu Fuss erreicht man über ein steiles Strässchen den kleinen Strand neben Procchio. Procchio selbst kann man gut mit dem Bus oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Petra, Thomas, Thea, Elia

Terrazzo e vista bellissimi

Consigliabile. Note positive : terrazzo grande comodo e vista bellissima. Appartamento al piano superiore di villetta indipendente con parcheggio auto e motorino comodo sicuro e indipendente. Molto tranquillo senza nessun disturbo. Casa ampia con bei local, comossomi gli elettrodomestici, ben attrezzata. Solo un poco umida. Doccia calda esterna. A me sarebbe piaciuta la doccia calda anche interna (C'è una vasca con doccino). A poche curve dopo Procchio. Location molto comoda per girare l'isola. Nel complesso la consiglierei.
