The Nispo3 apartment is located within a private, fenced property, 50 meters from the sea in the small bay of Nisportino, where unspoiled nature and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is nestled in a valley with lush vegetation, while the surrounding mountains ensure a pleasant temperature, never muggy, even in the hottest months.
The crystal-clear sea and the pebble-sand beach provide a prelude to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is recently built and includes a parking space on the property, which can be accessed through an electric gate (remote control is provided).

The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two staggered single beds (pull-out beds), a bathroom with shower, and a panoramic sea-view terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, satellite Wi-Fi, a remote-controlled electric gate, and one private parking space.

*The apartment is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal zu Gast bei Cristiano und Sonia, das erste mal im Nispo 4, nun im Nispo 3, und wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen! Cristiano und Sonia sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die ganze Anlage ist ruhig und sehr sauber und bietet genügend Platz. Die Außendusche ist ein großes Plus nach einem Tag am Meer, und dank des neuen WLAN-Repeaters hatten wir dieses Jahr auch sehr guten, störungsfreien WLAN-Empfang. Vielen Dank dafür! :-) Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Un angolo di paradiso

Io e mia moglie siamo stati per la prima volta sull'isola d'Elba. Ad accoglierci c'erano Cristiano e Sonia che sono due persone simpaticissime, sempre disponibili, sorridenti e cordiali. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio ( anzi è molto, molto più bello ) la vista mare e collina sono impagabili. All'interno l'appartamento ( pulitissimo ) è ben arredato, funzionale e fornito di tutto, lavastoviglie, zanzariere, e lavatrice. La nostra vacanza è stata improntata alla scoperta dell'isola, quindi ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa per poi tornare nel tardo pomeriggio alla "base" dove ad attenderci c'erano il cinguettio dei passeri e la risacca del mare. Conserveremo un bel ricordo di questa vacanza Super rilassante.

Schönes Strandquartier

Das perfekt saubere, ansprechend möblierte Appartement mit der wunderbaren Terrasse mit Meerblick ist fast direkt am Strand gelegen. Cristiano und Sonia sind unglaublich nette und bemühte Gastgeber, Die Bucht an sich ist nicht so besonders groß, aber hübsch, am Strand ist es nicht allzu voll. Man braucht aber unbedingt Wasserschuhe wegen der Kieselsteine und größerer Steine im Wasser. Die Wasserqualität war während des Aufenthaltes wechselhaft, zuerst glasklar, dann kam mit der Strömung komischer Schaum und auch vereinzelt Quallen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Was aber wirklich schade war, war, dass das Restaurant direkt in der Bucht absolut nichts getaugt hat. Wir wären gerne öfter Essen gegangen, aber es blieb bei einem einzigen Mal, weil die Qualität mittelmäßig, die Preise unverhältnismäßig und der Service unfassbar unfreundlich war. Aber dafür können das wunderbare Appartement und die lieben Gastgeber ja nichts! Alles in allem eine ganz tolle Ferienunterkunft für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub!

Super Appartment

Der Aufenthalt in Nisportino bei Christiano war Ehr schön. Appartment war toll. Super Terrasse mit Blick aus Meer. Konnten jeden Abend die Wellen hören. Strand fußläufig innerhalb von max 2 Min zu erreichen. Das Appartment und die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen. Christiano ist sehr nett. Nisportino ist sehr ruhig. Das Lokal am Strand ist ok und sehr nettes Personal. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und abends (bis auf das Lokal) nix los. Nächster Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 15 Min weg (über den Pass nach Rio Nell Elba), daher gut planen. Mal schnell zu Fuß etwas holen geht nicht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Über eine kurvige Straße zu erreichen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Strand ein Lokal. Sehr schöner Meerblick. Die Wohning ist tatsächlich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank auch für die Anreisebeschreibung. Cristian und Sonja sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ottima esperienza

La nostra vacanza è stata molto piacevole e rilassante. L'appartamento è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Nisportino da cui si godono bellissimi tramonti ed è molto tranquilla e meno frequentata di altre spiagge dell'isola d' Elba. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, con un terrazzo vista mare, tutto ancora più bello e curato che nelle fotografie. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta per bisogni o semplici consigli. La morfologia della località, con i monti alle spalle, rende talvolta difficili le comunicazioni telefoniche, ma non dalla dalla spiaggia dove il telefono prende bene. È un luogo perfetto per staccare e godersi pienamente le proprie vacanze.

Gastfreundliche ruhige Wohnung

Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und komplett eingerichtet angetroffen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Bucht mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in einer Minute erreichbar. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Objektbeschreibung sagt schon alles: Gut eingerichtetes Appartement , Betten mit guten Matratzen, herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. In der Nachsaison ruhiger Strand. Liebenswerte Gastgeber, Sonia und Cristiano.

Perfekte Familienferien

In der wunderschönen Bucht von Nisportino haben wir in der Ferienwohnung von Cristiano und Sonia einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern (14, 12 und 9) abseits des Massentourismus erlebt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, der Blick aufs Meer herrlich und die Vermieter sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert! Das Meer ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und das klare Wasser perfekt zum Schnorcheln und Baden. Die Strandbar und das dazugehörige Restaurant sind zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Our most favourite place to relax

If you are looking for sunsets, a quiet, clean beach with a pizza parlor, and a lovely apartment overlooking all that, Nisportino is the perfect choice for you. If you need entertainment, shopping possibilities or night clubs, stay away! We hope you fall into the second category, because Christiano and Sonia are wonderful hosts and we intend to come back very often without having you stay in our apartment with the perfect view over the beach...

Relax vero nell'Elba più selvaggia

Tornati quest'anno per la terza volta (seconda presso gli alloggi di Cristiano e Sonia) per una settimana (ahinoi...), ma questa volta abbiamo optato per i piani alti... l'appartamento Nispo3, con bel terrazzo vista mare. L'interno è sobrio e curato, ben ventilato e dotato di tutto il necessario anche per chi, come noi, ama cucinare; gli spazi comuni, ben tenuti, offrono doccia esterna e barbecue per gli instancabili della griglia, oltre al parcheggio interno ad uso esclusivo, indispensabile nei giorni in cui la spiaggia è più frequentata. Luogo consigliatissimo per chi cerca il relax vero, fatto di mare, sole e semplicità: oltre alla spiaggia, libera per tutta la sua lunghezza ma con possibilità di attrezzatura a poco prezzo, e ad un bar/ristorante (un grazie ai simpaticissimi Silvia e Luigi!), non c'è altro: per spesa e quant'altro occorre il mezzo ed un minimo di organizzazione per equipaggiare la cucina all'arrivo. I proprietari sono persone sorridenti, presenti ma discrete, sempre disponibili per ogni consiglio od esigenza... non per niente qui siam tornati, ripromettendoci di rifarlo appena possibile!! Grazie Cris e Sonia!!

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i confort

Vacanza trascorsa all'insegna del relax. Siamo tornati per la seconda volta a Nisportino, due anni fa ci avevamo lasciato il cuore. Abbiamo scelto il solito appartamento per il confort e le comodità. E' dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, molto utili per godersi ancora di più la vacanza. Bellissima e ampia terrazza dalla quale ci siamo goduti il favoloso panorama della baia e svariati pranzi e cene. Si scendeva di casa e si era subito in spiaggia, dotata di un comodissimo servizio di noleggio ombrelloni e lettini, il mare splendido e cristallino. Inoltre sulla battigia è presente un Bar/Ristorante Pizzeria che quotidianamente ci ha proposto i più svariati e deliziosi piatti. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente molto presto....

Bellissimo

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo pernottato è veramnete bello, ha tutte le comodità, pulitito, ed un eccezionale terrazzo vista mare che abbimo sfruttato molto. Cristiano e Sonio sono disponibilissimi, molto gentili e soprattutto hanno sempre un sorriso coinvolgente che fa già "vacanza" !! L'appartamento si trova in una delle zone meno abitate dell'isola, per questo poca confusione, spiaggia non affollata. La stessa si trova in un baia molto affascinante. E' presente anche sulla stessa un ristorante dove abbimo mangiato benissimo piu' volte, e con una vista ai tramonti piu' unica che rara. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini, sopratutto per chi ama la tranquillita'. Punto di partenza per fare molte gite sull'intera isola d'Elba. Grazie la vancanza è stata bellissima.

vacanza a Nisportino

Questo è il 5° anno consecutivo che io e mia moglie facciamo le nostre vacanze in questo luogo di pace e tranquillità, dove i proprietari Cristiano e Sonia sono delle persone squisite e gioviali, mettono le persone a proprio agio e sembra di essere in famiglia. In questi anni abbiamo trovato sempre pulizia e tutto l'occorrente per un perfetto soggiorno. Le bellissime colazioni sul terrazzo con vista mare, le piante intorno a noi, rendono tutto romantico. Non vediamo l'ora che arrivi la prossima estate per rivivere nuovamente tutto questo!

Meravigliosa Casa Vacanza

Vacanza da ripetere assolutamente. Meravigliosa accoglienza dei proprietari al nostro arrivo. Appartamento bellissimo, immerso nella natura selvaggia tipica dell'Isola, dotato di tutti confort necessari per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza all'insegna del completo relax. Ciò che ci è piaciuto tantissimo è stata la romantica terrazza, con vista panoramica sul golfo, dove vi abbiamo pranzato e cenato. Bastava fare pochi passi per raggiungere il mare, fantastico, d'acqua cristallina, con spiaggia di sassi multi colori, dotata di noleggio lettini e ombrelloni a buon prezzo che ci ha permesso di evitare anche la fatica di portarci dietro tutta l'attrezzatura personale. Che dire, a presto Nisportino............ ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore!
