Pasito Blanco has a sports dock, a yacht club with catering service, a paradise beach and large sponsored areas for recreation and sports.
This exclusive villa is located in the Los Cabosos urbanization, which has two outdoor swimming pools, solarium and 24 hour private security.
The villa has two floors and a basement of 150m2 of housing and another 50m2 of outdoor space (garden, porch and outdoor dining room). Private access from the street or through the urbanization.

Perfect!

We spent two weeks in the house, beginning of november, with two children (age 1 and 3). The house is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Gardens and pool area are very clean and well maintained. The beach is at walking distance, and is very nice and quiet. We had a lovely time!

Excellent holiday

Just back from a week at this lovely villa with my husband and 6 year old son. The villa has everything you require for a quiet holiday however only minutes away from the main buzz of the surrounding towns. The owners were quick to respond and always available for any questions. The villa was immaculate and homely, garden was great and we got the sun all day. They have a communal pool, though too cold at this time of year, however we went to the nearby beach which was only a few minutes away which was great, lovely and secluded. There is a Spar which has all you need and a lovely Yacht Club if you require a bar and restaurant nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen auf drei Etagen mit kleinem Gartenbereich uns Grillplatz im Eingangsbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine. Strandtücher, diverse Spielsachen und Boogie-Board sind auch vorhanden. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er im Dezember/Januar recht kalt war weil nicht beheizt. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia zum Check-In lief sehr gut, auch wurde schnell jemand geschickt für eine Reparatur. Wir lieben Pasito wegen seiner ruhigen und entspannten Atmosphäre und des schönen Strandes. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Vacances en famille.

Habitation tres confortable et agréable dans une residence sécurisée et très bien entretenue. Nous sommes partis à 4 adultes et 2 enfants, la maison est grande et les espaces bien reparties. Bien située, non loin des activites a faire. Il y a le port, la plage et le spar accessible à pieds. Pas de restaurants/bar a proximite il faut prendre la voiture.

Super Haus an bester Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lies. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host sehr schnell und effektiv. Pasito Blanco - Die Lage ist perfekt. Sonst sehr schnell zu allen anderen Destiantionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De villa voldoet aan alle eisen!

Wat hebben we genoten in de villa van Patricia! We verbleven op een fantastisch plekje vlakbij de haven, strand op loopafstand evenals een kleine spar supermarkt. Het ontbrak ons aan niets en we komen heel graag nog een keertje terug! Ook de communicatie was goed. Bedankt Patricia en tot de volgende keer!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort, ich mit einer Freundin und ihren Kindern (18-12). Die Hausgröße passte, mir persönlich gefiel die Klimaanlage in meinem Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung war gut, einziger negativer Punkt war, dass zwar jede Menge Löffel und Gabeln da waren, aber nur (ich glaube) 6 Messer. Wir hatten 2-3 Unklarheiten (z.B. Bedienung der Spülmaschine), die schnell mit der Vermieterin geklärt werden konnten. Die Lage war gut, die 2 Pools habe ich gar nicht benutzt, da der Strand nur 2-3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt war. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel konnte man im Minimarkt vor Ort kaufen, der Mercadona (wenige Autominuten entfernt) bot alles weitere. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Schranke am Ortseingang, ansonsten gab es vor Ort neben dem Supermarkt noch ein Abends geöffnetes Restaurant, d.h. wenn man sich nicht ausschließlich auf Wasseraktivitäten konzentrieren will, benötigt man schon ein Transportmittel, dafür hat man ein ruhiges Umfeld. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

A very nice stay

Really nice house. We have rented plus 20 houses around Europé during the last 10 years. This house was a pleasant surprice and probably the best so far. It was well cleaned, well equipped, high quality on all furniture, quality beds and comfortable linen. Surrounds was calm and quiet as we prefer it. 3 minutes walk to a nice beach, 2 minutes to the local Spar and 30 seconds to the pool area. For us as golfers it was 4 minutes by car to Meloneras. 14 minutes to Anfi Tauro and 12 to Salobre. Please note that Salobre old is nice, Salobre new is no good at all. The restaurant at the pier was good service and good food. Big supermarket Mercadona close and within ten minutes you have the beaches at the Lopesan resorts. You need a car, parking is no problem. Gated community so it’s safe. We would love to be back Susan and Dan

Ruime woning maar mist comfort

Pluspunten zijn de tuinen voor en achter, ruimte in de woning, de mooie haven en het strand. Minpunten zijn kwaliteit van de bedden en het keukengerei. Vandaar 3 sterren.

Tolle Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber

Wir haben mit 3 Generationen zwei Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Es war wundervoll! Das ganze Haus war super sauber und überhaupt nich verwohnt. Im Gegenteil, die Bäder sind recht neu renoviert. Es gibt ordentliche Betten und genügend Schränke. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr hübsch und bequem. der Garten hinter dem Haus und die Terrasse vor dem Haus sind sehr gepflegt und auch der Gemeinschaftspool der Häuser ist sicher und auch sehr gepflegt. Die Villa liegt in einem gewagten Bereich in der Nähe eines Yachthafen und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht. Der schöne Strand ist fussläufig bequem erreichbar. Alles in Allem wirklich toll. Gerne wieder.....

Lovely villa in Pasito Blanco

This is a lovely villa with plenty of outside space to enjoy the sun all day long. Patricia is a very responsive host even when we are coping with the calima and Coronavirus. There is access to two swimming pools and a beach is just a short walk. Pasito Blanco is a lovely peaceful complex which is immaculately maintained. There is a well stocked Spar for all essentials. The reason for my overall four star rating is that I think the villa is getting to a point where it needs some redecorating. That being said it’s very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Christmas New Year break

Lovely house in quiet, gated community of Pasito Blanco. Comfortably furnished in great location, with access to swimming pools, beach, small but well stocked Spar shop, and yacht club. Patricia was an excellent host. We never got a chance to meet but she responded to all our queries very quickly and provided very clear instructions on how to find the property and access it. We had a two week break over Christmas and New Year with family and friends. We came with bicycles and our friends rented some from FreeMotion (recommended). Pasito Blanco is in a great location for riding the best routes in Gran Canaria. We had a hire car too so also drove up into the mountains to walk. Driving from and to the Airport to Pasito Blanco is very easy and straight forward. Pasito Blanco is very quiet but it doesn't take long to get to Maspalomas, Melonaras and Playa del Ingles if you want to go out to restaurants, bars, shops etc A great place to relax and feel at home, we would happily return to this house again.

Wonderful and peaceful holiday

This house is simply lovely. Spacious and well equipped with lots of lovely features. It doesn't feel like a holiday house but a proper home with lovely decor and style. We have four older children and were very comfortable. The WiFi just about coped with social media and YouTube if you were in the lounge but Netflix might have been a challenge! There are two pools you can use and we barely saw anyone else in either of them. The Spar on site is tiny but surprisingly well stocked and reasonably priced. The beach is nice (walk along the cliffs to see lizards and crabs) and barely a five minute walk away. The resort is very quiet which is wonderful if you want to relax. We didn't hire a car but used the number 1 bus (about ten minutes walk) or taxis to explore a little. Taxis are definitely better value if there are more than three of you and you're not going far (e.g to Maspalomas). Patricia was wonderful - very quick to respond to queries, make recommendations and ensure our holiday went smoothly.

Zeer verzorgd en compleet

Prachtige villa waar het je aan niets ontbreekt. Overal aan gedacht en welkome ontvangst met fles wijn en lekkers voor de kinderen. Zwembad, supermarkt en strand op loopafstand. Een aanrader!

Very nice villa in a perfect location, pool and beach close by.

Visited Pasito Blanco and this great villa in February for 10 days, family of 5 (kids 5, 9 and 11 years) and there was plenty of room for us. The villa has everything you need, did not miss anything. Cooked many meals and bought fresh bread every day in the store close by, 4 min walk. The pool is beautiful and we had it for ourself. A bit cold but no problem for us, used it many days. The beach is great and just 5 min walk away. Since it is a closed area there are no crowds on the beach, always plenty of space and great water and fun for the whole family. A beautiful and clean area and if you like boats there are plenty to watch in the marina. We went running in the mornings, found a nice 6 km route up the hills to the golf club near by and and back. Parking is no problem. Weather was perfect. We had a rental car, a must have, and took tours across the island almost every day, there is plenty to see. Botanical garden and the volcano crater was two highlights. If you want restaurants just go to Meloneras, 10 min by car. Everything worked perfect when renting the villa, Patricia answered fast and gave us all information needed in time. I really hope we will get the chance to get back and we warmly recommend renting this villa from Patricia.

Gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet

Unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (4 und 1,5 Jahre alt) wurden gut erfüllt: Platz in der großen Wohnküche, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Babybett, Kinderstuhl und ein umzäunter, sicherer Garten mit Terasse. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Pools sind umzäunt (kindersicher) und der Strand ( nach unserer Einschätzung der schönste im Süden) wird täglich geglättet. Ein Supermarkt und ein Hafen-Restaurant runden den Familien-urlaub ab. Sicher werden wir zurückkehren

Tolles Haus

Wir haben dieses Haus für 1 Woche mit 5 Personen gebucht. Es war perfekt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man hat einen kleinen halbprivaten Strand, der sehr gepflegt ist. Das Haus ist schön geräumig. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch die Küchenausstattung ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht und würden immer wieder gerne kommen.
