The villa Bahia Meloneras 127, which is situated in San Bartolome de Tirajana, overlooks the nearby sea. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning as well as a TV.

Lovely break in a great area. Some really good restaurants a short walk away on the beach and a large supermarket in walking distance too. Great communication from the owner.

Lovely relaxing holiday

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed and everything worked perfectly. The villa was fully air conditioned. Also the whole area was nice and peaceful.

Great Location

It had a well appointed kitchen and the washing machine was welcomed. It was nice to have games to choose from. The upstairs bathroom was nice and large, but there were not enough towels. The outdoor living space was pretty. It was an easy walk to restaurants!

An amazing holiday

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space and also providing extras like shopping bags and food tubs for days out. The extendable shade on the downstairs patio came in handy too. Pablo was great and organised our transfers to and from the airport plus we had a dedicated car park space when we did hire a car for a few days. Definitely recommend.

school holiday family break

A Perfect Family Getaway! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I can confidently say it was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The house itself was immaculately clean and beautifully presented, with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The living area was cosy, with large sofa and TV. There was an abundance of storage in the bedrooms (complete with plenty of hangers) for us to unpack for 10 days, which was very useful. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it simple to prepare meals. We took advantage of the Tupperware! It was so useful to pack up a lunch to takeaway with us to the beach or on a trip out. We also made use of the washing machine, and airers. The home had a lovely outdoor space and a patio, with comfortable sun loungers & outside seating which we enjoyed for an evening meal and to play card games. The location was ideal, the house is situated close to the shared pool (up 2/3 flights of stairs) and the car parking space is on site and only a very short walk. The area was peaceful, allowing for a relaxing retreat after busy days. The host was incredibly responsive and provided us with information as and when we needed it. Overall, this holiday rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved every moment of our stay.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem großen Pool und ruhig gelegen

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage und traumhaftem Pool, sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber Küche leider ohne Spülmaschine und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war wenig los, aber teilweise Baulärm im benachbarten Hotel H10 und diversen Renovierungsarbeiten an Häusern in der Anlage…sehr gepflegte, niveauvolle Anlage am Rande des Massentourismus-Gebiet - ideal für Familien, die Ruhe suchen…

Goed appartement op n rustig complex

Het verblijf was prima. Jammer dat er niets te doen was en niet s te krijgen was bij t zwembad . Meloneras playa had goede eetgelegenheden, jammer van alle leegstand. De verwijzing van een vaatwasser moet ook uit de beschrijving.. het contact met Pablo was prima 👍

Geräumiges Haus und tolle Poollandschaft

Pros: Freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, klimatisiertes und sauberes Haus mit Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, bequeme Betten und ein sehr großer Gemeinschaftspool mit kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Cons: Ein Ausblick auf die Berge oder das Meer wären perfekt gewesen.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir haben unsere eine Woche Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten vor dem Haus ist gemütlich. Zum wunderschönen Pool muss man nur ein paar Treppenstufen hoch, zum nicht überlaufenen Strand mit Restaurants sind es 5 min. zu Fuß. Wichtig für den Strand vor Ort: Viele Steine im Wasser, Badeschuhe sind erforderlich! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
