Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with Large Terrace on 2nd Floor. The apartment is well fitted out with modern furniture and new kitchen just fitted. Air con, washing machine, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. Wifi,TV and DVD player. The Main bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed and the other bedroom also hasvery comfortable bunk beds. Apartment is accessible by lift and is wheelchair friendly.
Large Bathroom with Shower. 2 Hairdryiers and safe. The Terrace has a Patio Table, 6 chairs, Parasol, Barbecue and 4 Sun loungers. Terrace has just been re-tiled.
Heated Swimming Pool is on the 2nd floor with sun loungers and Parasols. Also wheelchair friendly and safe for children.


GOLF: Golf is available less than 20 minutes away by car.

Mirador Apartments: The complex consists of 16 Apartments all with Terraces. This apartment gets the most sunshine from mid morning to sunset. You can avail of the beautiful evening sunshine on the Terrace and watch the sun going down.
There is Car Parking on the Street.
For the comfort and pleasure of all our guests we operate a no smoking policy in our Apartment.
We do not accept any responsibility for flight cancellations, loss or damage to personal belongings or for any accident or injury whilst staying in our Apartment. Therefore we suggest you take out holiday insurance.

Great apartment

Great apartment with everything we needed, huge balcony and lovely pool in excellent location, few minutes walk to restaurants, marina, shops. Great communication with host. Easy on street parking.

Gem in Mogan

This is an amazing property to stay at, well maintained and perfect location for the beach and an abundance of fantastic local restaurants. This is our 3rd stay at this apartment, the last visit being 11 years ago. Despite our children being teenagers now it fulfilled our needs as a family. Great pool and fabulous host - thanks again Yvonne, we had a fantastic stay!

Pure gold

We struck gold with this apartment. Everything about it was perfect from location (literally close to everything) to the terrace, the pool, the amenities..everything! Yvonne was a fabulous host and got back to us quickly with every question. We had the best holiday and will definitely be back!

It's the apartment we would buy

Excellent feom start to finish. Wonderful welcome. Very clean, open and air conditioned apartment a few minutes walk from the beach and the various restaurants and shops. Immaculately presented. Kitchen has every gadget and tool imaginable. Huge patio with sun awnings. TV lovely. Everything just great!

A gem of an apartment

This was one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed at. It is a wonderful apartment, fabulous location, great pool, great balcony stunning kitchen and a great gas bbq which we used often. The bed is very comfy and air con was essential in the extreme heat. Yvonne was such a helpful host and communication was excellent. Puerto Mogan is our happy place and we have been coming to it for about 20 years and this apartment was the jewel in the crown. We so hope to get back again asap.

Lovely apartment in great location with fantastic terrace.

Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Just had new kitchen put in. Double bed very comfortable and my friend who slept in the bunk said it was comfy too. Terrace is big and gets the sun from mid morning all day long. Very short walk to beach. Communication with the host good. Highly recommend.

Immaculate apartment in quiet location. Owner really efficient and great communication

Yvonne made booking easy and arranged transfers. Great pre holiday communication. Welcomed at airport by arranged taxi. Our flight was delayed nearly 2 hours but after letting Yvonne know everything ran smoothly. Welcomed at apartment and shown around including pool even though late at night. Apartment very comfortable and immaculately clean. Lovely quiet location with distant sea view with very large corner terrace. We will look forward to returning next year. Thanks to Yvonne and Iain.

Perfect stay at Mirador 4

We spent 3 weeks in Yvonnes apartment in Oct./Nov. 2016. The well eqipped apartment is situated in the best residential area of Puerto de Mogan, centrally located , nevertheless very quiet situated and the huge terrace provides a lot of pleasure too. Yvonne was a perfect host and we were very pleased about the wonderful surprise in the refrigerator on our arrival. The contact to Yvonne was also very good, during the time before arrival and during our stay. Payment processing and answering questions: perfect. Our personal conclusion: absolutely recommendable. We enjoyed the time and hope to come back – to Yvonnes apartment and to the most beautiful place on Gran Canaria

Puerto de morgan

Great location as only a few minutes from the beach and the best thing about the apartment was the large balcony and the view of the opposite side of the town Puerto de mogan is a very pretty and smaller more authentic resort. Local people all very friendly and helpful. Bus system easy to get around although need to know timetables and going inland need taxis or book toursxx

Perfect stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Puerto de Mogan and the apartment was in a great position, just a short walk away from a good choice of eating places in a couple of directions, especially around the harbour area. It was very clean (thanks Kathy and Tony) and really well equipped. Sunshine from early on until the end of the day on the terrace and a pool area upstairs that was quiet if not empty whenever we wanted to use it. Perfect for a relaxing time and 100% recommended ! Thanks for letting us stay Yvonne.

A wonderful apartment in a magical place

I had never been to Gran Canaria before but read up a lot about the different areas and time and time again Puerta de Mogan kept jumping out to us. Area decided, the next step was to find the ideal place for my family. I wanted a pool, beach, shops, restaurants, bars but also quiet enough to enjoy our own time. After a lot of research I chose Mirador 4 as it really did seem to tick all the boxes. We arrived late on a Saturday and immediately walked in with a wow! The apartment was lovely and cosy and we could already imagine that we would have a great week here. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was actually more comfortable than our own bed at home! Every morning we woke to the beautiful view of the blue skies and mountain in the background. Most of our mornings were spent drinking coffee on the incredibly large sunny deck, reading and just hanging out. It’s the perfect spot for all day sunbathing. You really do get the early morning & late evening sun. There’s a great pool in the block that was never very busy. It really is close to absolutely everything, you do not need a car here if you are happy to stay in the area. There are tons of bars, restaurants, shops, a supermarket all in walking distance. All in all we had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Quiet, relaxing with all mod cons, a smart tv, we could watch our Netflix etc; a real home from home. The second bedroom is quite small with bunk beds, perfect for small children but not so for my seventeen year old son but we were able to make it work & we did know it was a smaller bedroom before we left. Any issues I did have, Yvonne was always really helpful and answered straight away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Perfect apartment

If I could have given this place more that 5 stars, I would have. Beautiful apartment just a very short walk to the beach and shops. Yvonne was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the check in process and organising of airport transfers were made effortless thanks to her. I'd highly highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Good location, great terrace

Stayed in Puerto Mogan a few times but this time we decided go self catering and wasn't dissappointed. The cosy appartment has a great terrace with sun from 10am till dusk, its 5 minutes walk to the small beach, restaurants and the supermarket, 10 minutes to the small marina, with its restaurants. I love this small quiet place. Lets hope it stays that way.

Great location, fantastic balcony

We arrived at El Mirador 4 apartment for 1 weeks holiday 18 February 2018. The apartment was everything we expected. It's located on the first floor accessible by lift or a flight of stairs. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay whether it be 1 week or a long stay. El Mirador is in a great position in Puerto Mogan, a short walking distance from the Spar supermarket & the same from the bars/restaurants. The El Mirador 4 balcony is very impressive, 4 sunbathing loungers, a dining table that will seat 6 & sun from 10am until 6pm. We just loved it! The pool area is incredible, on the 2nd floor , lovely pool area with sun beds & again great for sun bathing with sun from 9am!

Home from home but in the sun.

Yvonne is an excellent and responsive host. The apartment is in a quiet but convenient location for all the amenities of Mogan. It is clean and well maintained and has everything you will need. It is furnished and equipped as you would your own home rather that as a holiday apartment. We are going back so that speaks for itself.

Back for another trip

We have had another fabulous stay at Mirador. The apartment could not be in a better position, just far enough away from the shops and harbour but close enough for an evening stroll after a good dinner. The apartment is very spacious and so well equipped you need not step outside, but of course you would miss out on the private pool for the block. The pool is kept clean and we have nearly always had it to ourselves, being able to go out of the school holidays. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Mogan. This was our 6 time to Mogan and the second visit to the Mirador apartment and we would not stay anywhere else now.

Perfect apartment and perfect location

we have never used home owners direct before so we were a little apprehensive. We had nothing to worry about, yvonne communicated really well and gave us all the information we needed regarding the apartment and how to get there. What a perfect apartment it was, the boys had bunk beds and we had a lovely double room with French doors on to the terrace. The terrace was HUGE and even had a BBQ which we made use of. All mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine wifi. The swimming pool is upstairs, not a huge area but absolutely perfect. The apartment itself is literally a 2 minute walk to the sea shops and restaurants. We hired a car and there is a lot of onstreet parking outside but this is also popular during the day with people visiting. I would highly recommend the apartment and the area
