Lovely, clean villa with excellent facilities.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and can not fault it. Close to bars and restaurants, lovely pool (but must pay for heating - too cold without!) Close to all amenities in a lovely area. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lovely lady greeted us upon arrival and was available by text if needed during the week.

avoid!!

We arrived to the property and couldnt find the property entrance for ages as it wasnt made clear and the hosts took ages to answer messages, this wasnt an issue as was soon sorted out so not a problem. We were burgled TWICE whilst here, somebody crept in whilst we were aslesp and stole all our money, first time we assumed we just lost the money (300) so carried on and tried to enjoy our holiday, then the last night we woke up to find over 1000 stolen from our wallet, everything else was left. So clearly people who know what they are doing and know the property. hosts werent helping whatsoever. The apartment was cleaned sparsely also and dirty in many places. I stay in tenerife regularly and this has completely put me off returning now and havent beencomtacted since with any form of apology etc . Do not stay here if you value your safety , holiday was completely ruined and the service we recieved throughout this ordeal was shocking

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf in deze vakantiewoning. Alles was kraaknet bij aankomst en in de nabijheid veel leuke restaurants, bakkers, ... Leuke vakantie gehad.

Apartment was nice

Easy to rent, we had some issues to get keys but when we got those, the rest was nice. Very nice and clean apartment.

Villa 83

Alles war gut! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert! Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt! Ausstattung im Haus war für den Zweck ausreichend vorhanden! Die Kaffeemaschine hätte größer sein können, damit man nicht so oft aufschütten muss für eine Familie, die viel Kaffee trinken! Im großen Bad hatten wir ab und zu mal Ameisen rum krabbeln, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört! Wir würden das Haus definitiv beim nächsten nochmal nehmen! Der Weg zur Badebucht war kurz und alle nötigen kleinen Geschäfte für den kleinen schnellen Einkauf schnell erreichbar! Zu empfehlen der französische Bäcker und Metzger daneben am Kreisverkehr neben dem Restaurant Nebula!

October 2021 Vacation

Villa was superb and the owner communication before and during our stay was outstanding. Had a fantastic holiday only spoilt by the last few days by jack hammers and diggers presumably installing a pool next door. ( peacefulness of the location and Villa ruined) Otherwise highly recommend and will be booking again.

Sehr saubere ruhige Fewo schön aufgeteilt mit schönem Pool mit 5 Min. Gehweg zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Für uns Läufer und Wanderer perfekt inkl. Mietwagen. Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen! 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent.

Great place to stay. Very quiet area but just a very short walk to anywhere in town. Property manager and his staff could not have been better and made it very easy to book and find the property once there. Impressive car hire service with no waiting at rental desks. Had an issue with a window and they sent maintenance man immediately. Will use them and probably this property again.

Lovely villa in quiet peaceful area. All you need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

Villa was very clean and had plenty of space for our visit (2 couples). Pool was a real bonus and well worth the extra cost to have it heated. The courtesy car is a great asset particularly for shopping and sightseeing although the area is very nice for walking. There were no problems with parking in the street outside the villa. The villa is very conveniently located for bars and restaurants which are literally less than a 5 minute stroll away. The villa So quiet and peaceful at night. We had a couple of very minor issues on our arrival which were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Camilla. Thank you all for a great holiday. We would certainly recommend this villa for a holiday venue.

December break

Quiet neighbourhood within a few mins walk of beach, cafes, bars and a good supermarket. We'll be back to explore more of Tenerife, especially the forest walks in the mountains.

Great stay

Had a lovely stay at Villa 83, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good location as 2 mins to supermarkets and restaurants. We had great food, with El Taller being our favourite. The only slight negative is getting the hire car took 1.5 hours from Pluscar, as they were busy and a bit disorganised, however top marks for the villa😃

nice little place

A nice little place very clean and tidy, you are only a 5 minute walk away from all the restaurant’s and supermarket. We had the pool heated and it came in handy for the late little dip, all in all I would go back again.

Perfect for a quiet family holiday

As usual everything was perfect, nice and clean and everything that we could need provided. It was late on a Sunday night when we arrived and as we had been before the villa keys were left with the car hire people. They waited just for us as our flight was delayed by 2 1/2 hours. Everything was just as expected when we got to the villa. We had a lovely week with perfect weather and just enjoyed the pool and local restaurants. (we particularly reccomend the Prince which is a cut above the rest)

Ravis de notre séjour

Accueillis par la charmante Mme Larraitz qui a gentiment répondu à nos demandes lors de notre séjour. La villa est très jolie (piscine et Wifi pour nos ados; pour être parfaite il manque juste le lave-vaisselle) et située dans un lotissement calme. Nous avons rajouté 70euros pour chauffer la piscine qui est très agréable et propre. Nous avons également rajouté 67euros pour avoir une voiture plus grande (skoda fabia combi, nous sommes une famille de 5 (enfants 17, 15 et 11ans), location Autos Plus Car très bien également. Une semaine très bien situés pour visiter le sud, l'ouest et le centre de l'île, nous avons après migré au nord pour une deuxième semaine. Monsieur Galindo je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre location auprès de mes connaissances. Je vous remercie et remercie à nouveau Mme Larraitz.

Séjour mitigé

Bonjour, A notre arrivée : La personne nous a fait une visite du logement très sympathique. Serviette de bain en bonne quantité. Cuisine pratique et fonctionnelle. Les lieux très propres, terrasse agréable et piscine sans vis à vie au top. Ce que nous ignorions : le climat à cette période de l’année est propice aux cafards Présent partout sur l’ile jusqu'à dans une chambre, dans la cuisine et une salle de bain. Ce qui nous à obliger à condamner celle-ci et à la désinfecter. (Piège à cafards et bombe présente dans la maison) Piscine très propre les 4 premiers jours du séjour mais sans doute mal nettoyer car, après le passage de la société, apparition d’algue. Dommage que la voiture de location ne soit pas adapté pour le type montagneux de ‘ile et ne soit pas équipé d’un GPS. (FIAT DOBLO ou QUBO à éviter) Bref dans l’ensemble, nous avons été dessus par ces désagréments.

Great holiday.

The villa was exactly like it was described, WiFi was great for two teenagers as it had been updated. Lovely and quiet location with shops and bars a short walk away. Pool was great and nice temp, recommend you pay to get it heated. Everyone had had great time. Thanks

Brilliant villa

Villa is well presented and very close to restaurants and small shops. Only one downside was very poor wi-fi which is not property issue but supplier of the service. Overall would recommend this property!

Very nice holiday in Tenerife - villa 83

The property is as in the pictures: spacious and clean. The location in excellent - 3 min to the beach and to the restaurants/shops in Calla Salvajo. The car rented was also very good. We enjoined the stay here and we kindly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at villa 83. Pool was great , lovely villa. Quiet area but there are buses to take you to Las Americas or Los Christianos. Sopresa steak house is a must. Enjoyable stay.

The perfect villa

5 adults stayed in the villa for a week in March and it was perfect. Everything from collecting the hire car, meeting Larraitz at the villa and exploring the area couldn’t have been easier. The pool was heated and definitely worth the extra money. Inside and outside the villa was spotlessly clean, beds and sun loungers were comfortable. The local area has a lot to offer, no more than a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is not far to walk either. We got taxis to and from Las Americas and Costa adeje a few times, usually about €20 but easy to get. There is nothing any of us would have changed, already want to book our next stay here!

Relaxing, sun filled week at villa 83

24th Nov for one week , 4 adults We thoroughly enjoy our weeks stay at villa 83, Larraitz was there as usual to greet us, lovely touch.The villa was immaculate, very comfy, plenty crockery, utensils etc. We ate all meals outside, the weather was gorgeous we BBQ'd a few times as well. We paid to get the pool heated it was a treat well worth the extra. We stayed next door at villa 84 last year which is just as nice unfortunately it was booked for our week this year. We would definitely recommend both villas, we are intending to visit again.
