Maison lumineuse familiale avec piscine, à 1 mile de la baie et de la plage de Maidstone

Maison lumineuse et aérée avec un mobilier moderne. Grande cuisine avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Moulures couronnées récemment installées partout et nouveaux appareils tels que des ventilateurs de plafond et des prises de sécurité pour enfants installés en 2015.

Sièges de salle à manger complets 6. Salon confortable avec foyer pendant les mois les plus froids. Les puits de lumière offrent beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

La maison s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec piscine et barbecue au propane à 3 brûleurs avec plusieurs surfaces de cuisson disponibles. Chaises longues, canapés et hamac offrent de nombreuses possibilités pour se détendre et profiter du plein air.

Télévision par câble dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Internet sans fil haut débit dans toute la maison. Air et chauffage central.

Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles.

Vous aurez accès à toute notre maison, y compris la piscine, le patio et le barbecue. Accès aux vélos inclus! Les équipements standard incluent des serviettes, des draps et des produits en papier. Les clients sont invités à utiliser tous les équipements supplémentaires ou articles de toilette qui sont présents.

Situé à Springs of East Hampton, notre maison est à 15 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Maidstone (1 mile). Three Mile Harbor est à la fin du bloc et est parfait pour le kayak et la navigation de plaisance. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité et un marché à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons.

A 10 minutes en voiture des restaurants, des boutiques, des marchés et des aires de jeux du village d'East Hampton. Les vignobles de South Fork, les marchés de producteurs multiples, les théâtres et les musées d'art se trouvent également à proximité.

Il existe d'innombrables opportunités pour profiter des plages, de l'eau et du plein air!

La gare d'East Hampton est à 10 minutes en voiture.

Nous sommes en famille! Nous avons un lit pliant, un siège d'auto pour bébé Graco (acheté en 2013), une chaise haute, un siège d'appoint et une variété de flotteurs de piscine, de chaises de plage et d'autres jouets / livres pour enfants disponibles pour votre usage.

La cuisine est remplie de beaucoup de casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, gril intérieur, vaisselle et verres. Nous proposons également des appareils de cuisine de base, tels qu'une cafetière, un grille-pain, un gaufrier, une plaque chauffante et un mixeur.

Serviettes (plage et bain), draps et sèche-cheveux sont fournis. Deux vélos de montagne sont également disponibles pour votre plaisir.

Beautiful property, amazing pool, great week!

The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. We loved all the pool toys for kids and adults and the rooms were nicely sized. Everyone on the vacation enjoyed their stay at the house and we would definitely rent again. The owners were very fast to respond to our questions and gave us lots of recommendations for beaches and places to eat.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was clean and cozy and the pool and large porch were a great spot to enjoy a relaxing evening. The house was in a central location but on a quiet street off the main road so it was easy to get everywhere. Abby and David were great hosts and easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. Early visit to East Hampton

We were the first of the season this year- and this property was perfect. The home was exactly as listed, and well equipped for all of our needs. Open layout of the home but with enough private spaces for all. Perfect sunset viewing at the end of the block, short drive to East Hampton. Perfect for family or a girls vacation. This property has it all.

Bliss!

Pictures did not do justice. The home was comfortable and spacious. Stocked kitchen even had spices. The expansive deck, hot tub and pool will make you not want to go anywhere. We enjoyed local vineyards and restaurants. David was attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend, return.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Abby and David’s home, and they could not be any more accommodating. Communication with the owners was effortless and they provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. No pool use for us as was not the season to swim, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. I also spent more time than anticipated reading on the hammock. Neighborhood was quiet, and house was down the block from the harbor. It was also great having use of the 2 bicycles. Would certainly recommend this home!

We stayed a few days at this property for a family getaway to The Hamptons. My son loved hanging out on the deck with his cars and playing with all of the toys available in the house. Everything was immaculate and communication with the hosts was fantastic if we needed anything. Everything is so clean and kept nicely. We LOVED having a pool that mom & dad could use during nap time. The house was also well-stocked so we were able to cook and grill. Everything is close and the coffee shop 2 streets over is a major plus. All around fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Perfect house for our Family

We absolutely loved celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family in this lovely East Hampton home. The location is within a short walk to the bay. The pool is stunning with hydrangeas lining the pool deck. The yard and everything about David and Abby's home was perfect and organized. They responded with any questions quickly and we loved their open hospitality which made it seem like our own home for the week. We especially loved taking a short walk in the morning and using their conveniently located kayaks. Thank you Abby and David....you both were gracious and helpful and we will certainly return to your home.

Delightful Weekend

We had a great weekend at this house. The hosts were extremely responsive, and helpful with directions for things like the grill and the pool heater. The pool heated up quickly, even on a chilly weekend. Our 21-month-old had a great time floating on the inflatable pool stuff! Our dogs also went crazy running around in the fenced-in back yard, and there were more than enough pillows for me and my wife to be comfortable. Very convenient having laundry in the house, and the kitchen had every tool we could have hoped for. Convenient to an excellent fish place (chowder house), and easy to get around. short hop to a sound-side beach, not too far to the ocean side beaches. Really great choice for our weekend away.

Springs Get Away

We had a lovely time at the house even though the weather was stormy, sadly we were not able to enjoy the wonderful back yard. The bedroom and bath on the ground floor worked nicely for us “Grandparents” our daughter and adult granddaughter on the second floor. We hope to stay here again in the future

Really nice stay

Our family had a really nice time. The backyard pool hot tub combo was very relaxing, and the landscaping made it feel very private and calm. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need, especially if you have kids under 12. Very easy to get to the town of east Hampton and Bostwick’s on the Harbor is walking distance. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would vacation here again 100%.

David and Abby are excellent hosts. We really appreciated their hospitality and thorough communication. We reached out to them multiple times and they were always available and provided great advice on places to eat and shop. Their backyard is amazing!!! Definitely coming back in 2023!!!!!

Wonderful clean home with spacious bedrooms. Comfortable living room and multiple entertainment options. Kitchen is stocked and will equipped and the outdoor grill is outstanding. Tons of games for the family and a wonderful pool and hot tub to keep everyone entertained. Short drive to numerous beaches and food options. We would recommend this home!

Great property

We had a great stay! It was 3 couples and each of our infants. Rooms were perfect and quite private- we didn’t even hear each other’s babies crying in the middle of the night! Perfect set up! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. As advertised & great property.
