Placed on the ground floor of a newly built house, La Meloria is located in Diano Castello, a famous Ligurian village two kilometers from the sea.
The apartment offers hospitality for up to four people and has a double bedroom with a desk, a bathroom with a large shower and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The furnishings and furniture are of the latest generation and give La Meloria a fresh and welcoming look.

The large terrace with barbecue and the garden with sea view are the perfect place to relax and have meals enjoying the magnificent rural setting of our territory.

There is also a private parking for two cars for the exclusive use of the apartment, located a few meters from the front door.
If you bring your mountain bikes or other holiday equipment with you, you are in the right place: the accommodation has a practical lockable room.

Great little apartment

We had a great stay at this accomodation . It's very typical for the area, small but clean and well equipped. Perfect with the parking spot right in front of the house (which is not typical for the area). The host is very nice and quick at replying to any questions.

Wir durften 3 tolle Wochen in der Wohnung La Meloria verbringen.Bei der Ankunft war alles super sauber und ordentlich und die Wohnung und entsprach sowohl den Bildern, als auch der Beschreibung.Toll ist, dass die Wohnung am Ende einer kleine Straße liegt und es somit eine ruhige Umgebung ist. Die Züge und den nahegelegenen Bahnhof hört man gut, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat.Fabio war zudem ein sehr netter, unaufdringlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber, der unzählige tolle Tipps für uns hatte und immer gut erreichbar war.Wir „müssen leider“ wiederkommen, um noch mehr Ligurien erleben zu können

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana e l'esperienza è stata eccellente. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante l'alloggio è accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. La posizione è ideale in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal mare. L'host è stato eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questa casa per una vacanza senza stress.

Die Villa La Meloria haben wir in einem top gereinigten Zustand übernehmen können. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, war vorhanden. Die guten Tipps sind sehr von Nutzen, die Hausüber- und abgabe hat bestens geklappt und war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit Fabio hat uns überzeugt. Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt. Durch Fabio's Tipps haben wir wunderschöne Orte gesehen. Man hört zwar die Kirchenglocken und die Bahn, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Proprietà come da descrizione e foto, Immersa nel verde di Diano Castello. A 3 minuti effettivi di macchina dalla costa. Location semplice e molto pulita, provvista di tutto in necessario! Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in due con i nostri due cani ( anche loro molto felici e sereni ). Fabio è un host molto gentile e scrupoloso, che si mette a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente!

sehr gut

wir waren 10 tage in diesem Objekt verbracht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles notwendige war vorhanden ,wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub, .das einzige was evtl. gestört hat ist das man den zug etwas zu sehr hört aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen . wir kommen gerne wieder

Dear Reiner, thank you very much for share here your comments and holiday impressions. We're happy that La Meloria and our territory were important elements for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Yes, we confirm the train is not so far, considering the crow flies. In any case this is the only sound that sometimes is possible to hear during the night: La Meloria is 2 Kms far from the center of Diano Marina, and then, all the 'town sounds' are strongly reduced. In summer, it's helpful to keep close the windows (with double glass) and keep on the air conditioning: it help to reduce the sound. Thank you for everything, we hope to host you again. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in Diano Marina. Diano Marina und Alassio sind bezaubernden Ortschaften. Jeweils eine Tages Reise nach Nizza und Monaco waren super

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung

Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.In wenigen Minuten erreicht man, mit dem Auto den Strand von Diano Marina. Den wunderschönen Ort Diano Castello, erreicht man auch zu Fuß. Fabio ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und ich kann la Meloria nur empfehlen.

Alles super!

Es war alles genauso wie erwartet. Wir waren bereits das 2. Jahr in diesem Appartement weil es für uns mit Hund und Kleinkind optimal ist. Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist etwas beschwerlich zu Fuß, da oft kein Gehsteig vorhanden ist. Aber mit dem Auto ist das alles kein Problem. Auch der Vermieter Fabio ist äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder.
