This Seabright Beach House is the place to be for a fantastic Santa Cruz vacation, and across the street from the Beach and just a short walk to the Beach entrance, Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Yacht Harbor, Natural History Museum & popular Seabright restaurants.

Well appointed, fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BTH Craftsman with all the comforts of home: cable TV, two TV's, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, private patio, and on-site parking. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Wake up to the generous Ocean view from the spacious master suite with kitchenette and roof top balcony, plus Ocean views from the Living and Dining rooms. The rental includes boogie boards, five bicycles, and beach gear. Don’t miss the classic front porch! The one car garage is perfect for storing your toys. . . kayaks, bikes, surfboards, etc.

Visit the Main Beach area with competitive Beach Volleyball, pier fishing, kayak rentals and consistent surf breaks. National Marine Sanctuary Center, scenic West Cliff Dr., and Downtown Santa Cruz should not be missed. Other area attractions include: Big Trees Railroad, Big Basin State Park, Ken Wormhoudt Skate Park, Pacific Edge Climbing Gym, Santa Cruz Whale Watching, and The Mystery Spot.

This was really a wonderful place! The upstairs suite with kitchen, sleeping area and living area was so nice to have as an escape. Being SO CLOSE to the beach was magical. We really loved this place, even though its a bit pricey but worth it. Kitchen was very nice equipped with quality products.

The house was nice and clean. The upstairs master suite is by far the best part of the house, so big and bright. The downstairs is dark and doesn't feel like it belongs near the beach, but it's clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach, access to the garage to store our bikes and the outside shower (with both hot and cold water) to rinse off the sand after a day the beach. What we didn't like was the traffic on the street, constant people walking and cars parking in front of the house.

This is a very walkable location. Restaurants nearby. Walked to the beach, walked to the boardwalk, walked to the lookout point. I loved sitting on the porch with the ocean view and people watching. The home was very beachy and comfortable.

Wonderful family friendly beach house for 4th of July

We loved this house. We have spent the last 6 years at different rentals for 4th of July in Capitola, Aptos and Seabright. This was by far our favorite home. Great street near everything but quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay- excellent location all around, we had great views with the beach 2 houses away, and access to walk the beach very close. There was plenty to walk to, restaurants, boardwalk, and more. The house was comfortable and as described, would stay there again for sure!
