Kastellakia Executive Villa

The villa is located in the homonymous area of Kastellakia on the outskirts of Rethymno city. Placed in an isolated neighborhood but only three-minute drive away from the city center and the beach, the villa offers tranquility and a variety of facilities Kastellakia Executive Villa is situated into a hilltop, overlooking the Cretan Sea, only 2,6 km from the historic and commercial center of Rethymno.

Kastellakia Executive Villa was built in 2015, at Crete Island and started to operate during the same year as a furnished tourist residence. The two-storey villa can accommodate up to 10 guests (8 people in beds and 2 in truckle beds). Due to the equipment, the facilities and the location, the villa can be rented throughout the year.

The idea behind the fitting of the premises is the capacity to accommodate large families or group of friends, while simultaneously offering privacy; for this purpose, the villa has its own private entrance and parking lot.

The exterior space of the villa, the perfect ambiance for get-together moments, has a large dining table and a BBQ available for your meals, a large private heated - the heating option up to 27C is upon request with supplement charge of 100 Euro per day (minimum charge of 3 days)- pool and plunge pool, umbrellas, a hammock and sunbeds to relax.

The interior of the villa is separated into two levels. On the ground floor, a spacious living room to accommodate your sharing moments and relax on the comfortable sofas with an available office space to get organized throughout your stay. You will also find an open plan kitchen with a cozy dining area to enjoy your home-made meals. A bedroom, ideal for people with mobility problems, is found on the same level, with an attached private bathroom.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms in total. One of them is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are sharing a bathroom. On the same level, it is found a fully equipped gym corner with a hot tub to keep you fit and relaxed. While using the treadmill, gaze the peaceful nature and the sea view through the large windows. Laundry room is also available with a washing and tumble dryer machine.
On the lowest level, explore your inner child, by playing with your friends and family.

Games of all ages, board games to pool table and console PS5 are available to our modern and fully equipped playroom.

Stepping out of the villa a 600 sqm outdoor area is private and complemented by a glistening 36 sqm private swimming pool for adults and a 13 sqm paddling pool. A shared kiosk beside the pool can host your everyday meals prepared at the private BBQ using fresh Cretan ingredients.
While the sun sets, relax at the hammock or at the sunbeds by drinking a glass of local wine and enjoy oregano and thyme smells which are growing in our beautiful lawn garden.
