We are ready to take reservations for Memorial Day weekend, July 4 weekend, and August through Labor Day, 2026. This extraordinary property in the cool Springs area of East Hampton looks out over Accabonac Harbor. You are surrounded by beautiful open land: fields, trees, water. Up to six guests sleep comfortably in house and guest house. Beautiful, open, airy. Nature trails around Accabonac Harbor for hikes. Ocean ten minutes away. Bay beaches all around. The house is light filled, with beamed cathedral ceiling, and four private bedrooms each with sitting area and en suite bath. Everything: sheets, towels, cooking equipment is highest end. Top of the line appliances (Wolf, Sub Zero), friendly open kitchen, dining, living room for entertaining. Beautiful pool, outdoor shower, two outdoor terraces, vegetable and flower garden for your use. Two houses in one! The guest house has two bed/baths, laundry room, kitchenette. Great for families; parents, grown children, 5 years and up, grandchildren. Smart TV in each bedroom. Price includes Suffolk County Hotel Tax.

We had a great time!

We were a big group, 6, and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, well equipped and the external area was were we spend most of the time: at the pool and using the grill. Watch out for the mosquitos, make sure you have a lot of repellent for bugs. Overall we had a great time!

Wow

Amazing property! My group of 6 just spent a long weekend as this home and we had so much fun. The yard is perfect for games (football, wiffle ball etc). We enjoyed the bbq grill, fire pit, pool. And you are 100% surrounded by nature. Great running trails and not far from town. We will be back!

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful two weeks of vacation with our family. The home and property exceeded our expectations. We even had a family photo shoot in the yard and will be able to remember this vacation for years to come. Barbara was available at all times to answer questions and was friendly, responsive and welcoming! The beach car was an incredible bonus and we enjoyed many walks along the ocean beach! In short, you cannot go wrong with this vacation property!!!

Warm and inviting family getaway

The house was the perfect size and filled with wonderful amenities and an excellent kitchen. Everything about it was thoughtful. The yard and gardens were expansive and the hiking trails were perfect and offered amazing views. The hosts were responsive and it’s obvious how much they love their home and surroundings. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a short but very enjoyable stay at Barbara and Geoff’s place- beautiful, peaceful property in perfect location. The layout made it possible for our extended family to maintain some amount of social distancing while visiting. We went to the beach and explored a bit but really could have stayed on site the whole weekend- the home , pool , and grounds are so inviting. A minor maintenance issue ( which turned out to be our fault- flipped the wrong switch) was handled immediately and overall communication was excellent. We will definitely try to stay here again.

A Little Gem!

This home is an absolute treasure. My family stayed here for 5 days in August and our only complaint was that we wish we could've stayed longer. (Had my stepson not had pre-season sports the following week we would've tried to extend our time!) The expansive property is situated in quiet and remote Springs (just a short drive to beaches and towns of East Hampton and Amagansett). The property included a nice sized pool, a huge lawn for running and playing, a firepit (!) and a full garden with giant cucumbers, eggplants, lettuce, kale, rainbow chard, herbs and the most divine cherry tomatoes. We were encouraged to pick as much as we wanted - which we did! We enjoyed fresh salads from the garden on several occasions. Such a treat! The house itself is even more charming in person and extremely spacious and accommodating for a family of four. My parents even came out to stay in the guest cottage for two of the nights and loved being able to have the privacy of their own little bungalow but just a few steps away to the main house living spaces, kitchen etc. We truly enjoyed our time there as a family and have nothing but positive things to say about the house and it's owners - all of it lovely. We're ready to plan our next trip back!

We have lived in the Hamptons area for over 40 years. We find it spectacularly beautiful year round: beaches, hiking, wild life, an ideally lovely place all four seasons. We live and work here and enjoy every day. Every day we look out the window, dawn to nighttime and marvel at the beauty of this place!

Why they chose this property

We want others to enjoy the beauty of the East End of Long Island. We look out over a huge field, with fields on either side. A short walk to the bay surrounded by hiking trails. The Atlantic Ocean is a ten minute drive. We feel so lucky to live here because it is so lovely. Our house is supremely comfortable in every way. We love the idea of someone experiencing our property while we go travel and experience other places.

What makes this property unique

Springs, East Hampton is the go-to area for artists since the 19th century because the light here is uniquely beautiful. Our property is spectacular, the sun rises right in front of us, and the moon does too! The ocean is so close, and a treat to go to all year round. We have a water view through the trees, with hiking trails all around. Yet, towns and shopping are 10-15 minutes away. Our area is full of outdoor activities for everyone!
