Spacious 4 bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms, on landscaped acre with shallow, in ground, salt water, heated pool with large patio, outdoor grill and garden. Large kitchen with all amenities, sun room overlooks pool, dining room, living room/TV, library/TV room. Finished basement with gym, pool table TV, dart board, ping pong and full bar. Downstairs ensuite bedroom with queen bed and TV. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including Master bedroom with king bed, a bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with queen bed (2 additional twin beds available). Located in secluded Dune Alpin close to Red Horse market and CVS, access to two hard surface tennis courts and a short drive to the village or 5 minute drive or less to the beach. Bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella in garage. House trained pets are welcome.

Fantastic stay in East Hampton!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend - lots of comfortable beds and bathrooms for all! The pool was great, and close to town to enjoy all of the cute shops and restaurants!

We enjoyed this home. There were 7 of us, and the home fit us perfectly, the location was good, and the pool area was great. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. We used the kitchen very little, as we were in town for a wedding, and we had most meals planned out; however, there was everything there you would need.

Lovely House and Stay

Alex was a communicative and easy host to work with. We had a great time at the house. It’s spacious, well manicured, had an amazing backyard, and game room. The neighborhood was also beautiful and tranquil with a great park located just a short walk down the road. I’d definitely book again.

Wonderful property with great amenities in prime location

This East Hampton property has everything one needs to spend a wonderful time with family and friends, including a heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, roomy indoor and outdoor living spaces, a game room and more. The house itself is charming and is located in a very picturesque neighborhood. It’s also only a short drive away from the beach and from some of the county’s best vinyards. Home Away from Home

Layout was wonderful with each bedroom having essentially an en suite bathroom. Although we did not use, plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels, bikes, chairs etc. At the end of the street there is a lovely path through the woods. Large gathering places combined with cozy intimate areas and a wonderful entertainment area downstairs.

Comfortable, beautiful house and pool

Two families with four kids between us ranging from ages 1-8 had a wonderful reunion weekend here. The pool is clean and heated (and shallow! Perfect for the kids) bedrooms are spacious, the house has everything you need to enjoy a summer weekend in East Hampton. The game room was an amazing bonus. Fabulous Family get away!!

What a privilege to stay in this gorgeous well maintained family home with 3 private wings with their own baths. It was immaculate and spacious with everything you could need and the best part your cherished fur babies can vacation with you. Our host was extremely gracious and accommodating and attentive! We were thrilled, and enjoyed bike rides and hikes and family game time in the great room. We made so many memories and will definitely be back. thank you so much Alex!! Judy

The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for four adult couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. There were also plenty of unique and comfortable common areas where people could either congregate or do their own thing. We especially enjoyed the sun room and the basement game room (ping pong, pool, darts, gym with padded floor and full-length mirror). The location is a great -- there's a .55 mile walking trail loop (situated next to the two tennis courts and a frisbee golf park!) just at the end of the cul-de-sac that we enjoyed. The house was very well stocked. Alex was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent communication and comfort

We rented as a family of 8 for our son’s wedding reception nearby. Alex answered all questions promptly. This home is perfectly described. Ample kitchen and rooms with private bathrooms. Incredibly stocked with plenty of beach towels and bikes. Pool area is nicely landscaped and good internet allows for remote work poolside. We were thrilled to find it and sorry to leave it. Enjoy!

Fabulous long weekend!

We were looking for a lovely place to stay for a long holiday weekend and were delighted by this house. It was exactly as advertised, in great condition and perfectly situated for our needs. Alex, the owner, was an excellent communicator and left very clear and reasonable instructions. We rode bikes, swam, and just loved the neighborhood. Great getaway for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Alex's home! Alex was very responsive and was a great host (he provided a bottle of wine to welcome us!). It was a sweet home, conveniently located to all the great shopping and retail. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and all the girls slept well in the house. We also appreciated that the house was welcome to dogs, too. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The house is located just off Route 27 in East Hampton village in the Dune Alpin Farm property association. Close to Red Horse market, CVS, Morrell wine store, Naturopathica health and beauty spa and Flywheel Sports. Just 2 miles to Main Beach and Georgica Beach in East Hampton, NY. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella available in garage. Bicycles for guest use in neighborhood and nearby. Access to 2 hard surface tennis courts.
