Terraced house of 80m2 on two floors. Ground floor: dining-kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace and private garden. First floor: double room, bedroom with trundle bed, full bathroom with bathtub, balcony with views. Community area with garden and pool. With all appliances and all amenities. 8 minutes from the beach walking. In a very quiet town. 5 minutes by car from Platja d'aro with lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Great central location
We spent a month here. Two teenagers myself and my husband. The house is exactly as described well equipped and very near the beach. The pool and gardens are very well kept. The area has a lot to offer to all generations. I would recommend this house to families as the complex is quiet. The road is a bit busy but we got used to it.
