Calonge villa

My wife and I had a superb 3week stay at Dominic’s very comfortable villa . All the appliances appeared new and everything worked perfectly . Would repeat !

House is outdated and the host will charge you for costs if items will break due to neglected maintenance. Communication is also slow, or none existing. Would not come here again.

We are sorry to read this review, particularly the comments regarding communication and cleanliness. Regarding communication, it is worth noting that the guests noticed the pool problem during their stay but did not inform us or the agency before leaving, and attempted to intervene themselves despite our house rules and instructions. We were also surprised to see cleanliness listed among the negative points, given the condition in which the property was left and the considerable additional cleaning required afterwards. The amount retained from the deposit was deliberately kept to a minimum, thanks to our being able to intervene immediately after their departure and limit the consequences of the issues discovered. It’s a good thing we were the next occupants and not a tenant. We always strive to be fair and responsive to our guests, and we believe our many positive reviews provide a more representative picture of the experience we offer.

Wir waren im August in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es war alles da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ruhe war toll und der Weg in die Stadt war auch nicht weit. Ok man muss mit dem Auto fahren. Alles im Allem war es ein Traumhafter Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war mega. Man bekam sehr Zeitnah eine Antwort. Einfach Super.Auch die Kommunikation mit den Verwalter war Spitze. Wenn Fragen da waren auch da hat man sehr Zeitnah eine Antwort bekommen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt.Wir (5 Personen) waren sehr Traurig als der Urlaub zu Ende war, wären gerne noch ein paar Tage dort geblieben. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen weil alles gepasst hat.

A wonderful stay that my whole family enjoyed. A beautiful house in a stunning location.The pool is a huge plus. There are also lovely coves at the nearby beaches.Thanks to the agency staff for their help, and thanks to the owners for this beautiful house.

Tolles Haus mit einem tollen Pool

Das Haus können wir empfehlen. Wenn noch die Stuhlauflagen (teilweise dreckig und verschlissen ) und der Duschvorhang erneuert werden würden, wäre es noch besser. Der Pool ist klasse und eine herrliche Erfrischung bei den hohen Temperaturen.

bijzonder aangename vakantiewoning

We kunnen niets anders zeggen dan perfect, bijzonder rustig op het einde van een doodlopende straat dus absoluut geen doorgaand verkeer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een zeer fijn in de zon liggend zwembad van zo'n 3,50 op 8,50 meter een fors zwembad dus, kortom heerlijk. We hebben zelf de eigenaren nog even ontmoet en gesproken en hebben dit als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Het uitzicht is prachtig, en we hadden het weer ook nog eens mee dus hebben we een fantastische vakantie gehad en verlieten we Calonge met een weemoedig gevoel. We keren zeker nog eens terug. Gebruik van linnen zowel als beddengoed hebben we ook als zeer prettig ervaren, daar dit veel bagage scheelt als je met het vliegtuig komt een 10+ enigste kanttekening is dat het niet geschikt is voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn, maar dat is dan ook het enigste !!
