Big Finca with beautiful views

We didn’t need the aircondition as it was not that hot anymore in October but I can guess in summer you really miss the aircon in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft for us but that might be personal taste. Otherwise the livingroom was very cozy as well as the big terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and Montuïri. We enjoyed most the terrace and the pool area which was also very clean and well kept.

Schöne Finca mit phantastischem Ausblick für Naturliebhaber

Wir haben unseren Traum von einem Winter auf Mallorca verwirklicht und fünf Monate auf dieser wunderschönen Finca von November bis Ende März verbracht! Mitentscheidend waren für uns die Zentralheizung, der Kamin und natürlich die Lage in der Inselmitte. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der erste Eindruck ist der wundervoll anrangierte Garten, der keine Wünsche offen lässt! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben wir auch nach Monaten immer noch neue Kleinigkeiten entdeckt.Der untere Bereich des Grundstückes besteht aus einem Obst-und Gemüsegarten. Was für ein Luxus sich seine Clementinen, Orangen und Zitronen selber pflücken zu können!Der Pool wurde sehr geschmackvoll erhöht integriert. Im März habe ich mich hineingetraut. Dann die Finca, mit ihrer großen Terrasse. Der Ausblick auf den Klosterberg Randa ist allein schon eine Reise hierhin wert.. Insgesamt gibt es drei Möglichkeiten sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Da wir viel Wind hatten, hatten wir öfter gewechselt, und wussten das sehr zu schätzen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns zu zweit mehr als ausreichend, obwohl wir nicht jeden Tag draussen verbringen konnten. Das offen gestaltete Wohnzimmer mit den sehr gemütlichen Sofas und dem Kamin waren abends immer wieder wunderbar bequem. Die Küche ist eher klein, hat uns aber ausgereicht. Zum ambitionierten Kochen ist sie allerdings nicht geeignet.Die beiden Bäder sind funktional und auch als wir Besuch bekamen hat das warme Wasser ausgereicht.Die drei Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten in Ordnung.Während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir überall neue Kunsstofffenster, die die Wohnqualität noch einmal deutlich steigerten. Wirklich perfekt wurde unser Aufenthalt aber erst durch die Vermieter.Rafa und seine Familie kümmern sich rührend um die Finca . Jeden Sonnabend kamen sie vor bei und pflegten den Garten, nahmen unseren Müll mit oder schnitten Holz für uns für den Kamin.Da wir mit mehreren Umzugskisten, drei Fahrrädern, einem Surfbrett sowie einem Oldtimer anreisten, überlies er uns einen Teil seiner Garage. Die Schwiegermutter Maria Antonia hat sämtliche Bilder im in der Finca selbst gemalt. Gerne haben wir uns mit ihr darüber unterhalten, als unser Spanisch langsam besser wurde. Die Finca liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig nur ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Manchmal war die Straße nach Porreres etwas laut, aber am Pool war davon nichts zu hören. Wer ehrliche Finca abseits der Touristenströme sucht, der wird sich hier superwohl fühlen.

Très belle maison et environnement

La maison et le cadre sont magiques et au calme, on n'entend que le chant des cigales et grillons. C'est très bien entretenu et les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avions mis une table et des chaises sur la pelouse côté jardin près de la piscine car plus frais que la terrasse le soir, mais du coup prévoir bougies car manque d'éclairage et nécessite quelques A/R vers la cuisine qui est de l'autre côté, donc demande d'optimiser les déplacements. Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques.
