Front Row is a new construction beachfront home with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 2532sqft two-story modern home features a wonderful open living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a large island with extra seating and features new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. There is a large dining table inside and a picnic table on the deck to enjoy meal time with the family.
This incredible home has lots of natural light that make it bright and airy inside. You'll be soaking up the sun in no time on the large open deck with great beach views. The beach is just steps away for hours of family fun. Downstairs is a private outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going inside.
Front Row is a great option for a large family or multiple families wanting to stay in the same home. The master bedroom is on the first floor with access to the deck. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each painted it's own bright and fun color, and also a second living room with TV, DVD and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
This home welcomes dogs with an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet. There is a weight limit of 50lbs and a max of two (2) dogs allowed at one time.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Outdoor Shower with both Hot & Cold water
Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room; large dining table and kitchen island with additional seating. Master Bedroom has a King bed with full bath, TV and deck access.
Second Level: Additional living area/den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV and access to second level deck; Bedroom 2 (the turquoise room) features a Pyramid Bunk and regular Bunk Bed; Bedrooms 3 (the green room) has a Queen bed and TV; there is a shared hall bath between Bedroom 2 & 3 off the Den area; Bedroom 4 (the coral room) feature a Queen bed, TV and access to the second level deck; Bedroom 5 (the purple room) also features a Queen bed and TV; there is a hollywood bathroom shared between Bedroom 4 & 5.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. Location: 16 mile drive to 61st Street; 19.5 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 15.5 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: This property rents by the week only in the summer months from Monday to Monday. Front Row will also work together with The Beach House located directly next door and with The Perky Pelican, which is located behind The Beach House.

Spacious and perfect for large families!
We choose this property because it looked like it had enough space for 8 of us-5 adults 3 kids. We got so much more!! It is a new property-2015-that is nicely decorated and so well equipped. Great kitchen with everything you need, plenty of outdoor chairs, grill and of course a great beach!! The owners were gracious enough to provide a Christmas tree for us!
This property does not disappoint-we are looking forward to our next visit!!!

Great place for family vacation
Absolute wonderful property. The amenities are up to date (wonderful washer and dryer) great decorate but still kid friendly. No problems with Cable, WIFI and internet worked throughout the stay with added bonus was the ability to connect to Netflix for family movie night as well as Gary Greene vacations allows you to rent two free movie added bonus. The direct beach access was great with outdoor shower and we really enjoyed not being super close to the neighbors. This is a great property and we are looking forward to our return next year. Thank Front Row for a great vacation retreat!!
This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is clean and well stocked. The location is fabulous-no crowds, clean, quiet beach. I would recommend to others!
A Perfect Family Beachfront Retreat
Front Row was perfect for our 3 family vacation including our dogs. (We were told this owner is pet friendly and we so appreciated being able to bring the dogs to the beach. They loved it! It is very difficult to find a really nice beachfront property that will allow pets. Thank you!) The house was ready on time and immaculate when we arrived. It is a lovely new home and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are all very nice size and roomy with comfortable beds and the bath rooms are so nice. The two living spaces (one downstairs, one upstairs) allowed for separate entertainment if needed. We were very impressed with the kitchen...lovely to look at and extremely well stocked...plenty of dishes, glasses, and almost every type of cooking utensil you might need. We even discovered lots of beach toys, baby equipment and games galore! Our favorite space had to be the great deck with plenty of chairs and immediate access to the private beach area (no cars for several hundred yards on either side of the house). The private outdoor shower also was extremely appreciated...hot and cold water...as well as a hose hookup to rinse the doggies. If there is a down side to this house, it would have to be all the stairs...but that's a fact of life on the beach. The home would be absolutely perfect if it had an elevator or at least an outdoor lift...especially for arriving and departing with all "the loot"! The only other thing that we all seemed to miss was nightstand lamps in the bedrooms...they would be nice to have at bedtime. We would also like to say this home is very convenient to a couple of grocery stores, a bait shop and two very good restaurants. Over all the grandparents, our daughters and son-in-laws and the grandchildren had a wonderful relaxing time!
