The kitchen has a large island with extra seating and features new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. There is a large dining table inside and a picnic table on the deck to enjoy meal time with the family.
This incredible home has lots of natural light that make it bright and airy inside. You'll be soaking up the sun in no time on the large open deck with great beach views. The beach is just steps away for hours of family fun. Downstairs is a private outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going inside.
Front Row is a great option for a large family or multiple families wanting to stay in the same home. The master bedroom is on the first floor with access to the deck. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each painted it's own bright and fun color, and also a second living room with TV, DVD and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
This home welcomes dogs with an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet. There is a weight limit of 50lbs and a max of two (2) dogs allowed at one time.

Second Level: Additional living area/den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV and access to second level deck; Bedroom 2 (the turquoise room) features a Pyramid Bunk and regular Bunk Bed; Bedrooms 3 (the green room) has a Queen bed and TV; there is a shared hall bath between Bedroom 2 & 3 off the Den area; Bedroom 4 (the coral room) feature a Queen bed, TV and access to the second level deck; Bedroom 5 (the purple room) also features a Queen bed and TV; there is a hollywood bathroom shared between Bedroom 4 & 5.
Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision.
