As the house is designed in an 'L' shape, the covered terrace in the centre acts as an extension to the villa. There is ample space for families to relax at meal times or use as a place to rest in the heat of the day.

There is a dive centre in Cala Blanca bay. They arrange trips for experienced divers and Try Dives for novices. All welcome.

Coast/Beach:
This villa is very special as it is only 75 meters from the beach. Here you can hire sunbeds, parasols & pedalos. There are sunbathing platforms along the rocks. The bay has a restricted area for bathers where no boats are allowed which means safe swimming & snorkelling for all the family.
The local restaurants which line the bay are friendly and welcoming.

Travel:
Airport = 50kms. Bus stop = 40 metres (buses to Ciutadella via Santandria & Sa Caleta or Son Xoriguer via Cap d'Artrutx & Cala'n Bosch). Car Hire not essential but recommended for at least day or two to explore this amazing island.

Distances:
Ancient capital Ciutadella = 4kms. (Market days Friday & Saturday). Cala'n Bosch 5kms (aqua park, karting, horse riding, dazzling marina, 1/2 day boat trips, boat hire, sailing, kayaking).

Further Details:
50 metres away are a few shops & bars, ideal for popping out for that quick pint of milk.
Nearest restaurants are on the beach.
Main commercial centre with lots more shops, bars and restaurants, plus chemist and cash machines is on the other side of the bay. About 400 metres away.
There are plenty of places for you to hire cars or bikes at reasonable rates in Cala Blanca.
Nearest Banks and Tobacconists are in Ciutadella.
High Season it is best to pre-book your car hire from home.
