When entering Villa Calliope, you will be stunned by the light-filled open-plan living area with high curved roof ceilings and glassed walls which open onto the natural Olive garden with fabulous Marathi bay and sea views. Situated on Marathi bay, the villa is designed as two section house in one level; the Villa Calliope House and Studio.

Villa Calliope house has a ground floor open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, build-in oven and ceramic hob, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer and many other much needed everyday things and the dining area. The living area has a flat screen TV and the two large comfortable sofas in the living area double as beds as well so, two more people can be accommodated with ease.

Three steps lower there is one large size twin bedroom with a dresser, full size wardrobes with cloth hangers and a full size bathroom with shower. Step up the internal staircase and land in an open space loft with a king size bed, a table that doubles as dresser and a desk, a bathroom with a shower and direct access to the veranda overlooking the beautiful Marathi bay. Both bedrooms have full size wardrobes with cloth hangers and Coco-Mat mattresses on all beds for a great nights sleep.

Outside there is the patio with the sitting area where you can spend hours watching the sea or the breathtaking endless sunsets.

Villa Calliope Studio has a sitting area with a flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, full size wardrobes with cloth hangers, a large bathroom with free-standing bath tab, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The villa is set in private grounds with olive trees and local herbs, next to the traditional fishing bay of Marathi with its golden sandy beaches in the magnificent Akrotiri area of Chania.
