The interior with a kitchen, living, and dining room in an open concept, not only showcases a spacious 100 sqm area but also a space to gaze at the exterior and its beautiful surroundings, made possible by its large windows. A games room with a snooker table, football table, and lounge area make a wonderful addition to this holiday home.

The exterior with a large infinity pool 12 m x 5 m extending to a mesmerizing sea view, offers a great excuse not to stay indoors. A manicured garden with a large koi fish pond and original artwork, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue come to complete this divine property.

All furniture was custom-made by artisans to fit the Villa design.

Due to the high quality of the softwood floor, the villa owner kindly requests that guests do not wear shoes inside the villa and that suitcases are handled with care to avoid scratching the floor.

Depending on weather conditions, the pool heating may take 2 to 5 days to reach the required temperature. For this reason, a time window is necessary when requesting this extra.
