Perfect 1 Bedroom Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed here for her Spring Break. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a very well-stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching dolphins, eating lunch and just enjoying the gorgeous view. The actual building and amenities are older, but still very useable. We loved playing pickle ball and shuffleboard when it was too cold to sit on the beach. The people working at the desk for extremely friendly & helpful.

The stay was great! Exactly as pictured, some updated furniture which was appreciated. The condo had plenty of towels and such for my best friend and I. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the fridge was great and the condo had all the things needed if you were cooking in the unit. The beach service with umbrella and chairs are an added bonus and those guys were great! The unit was right next to a set of stairs which was nice in case we didn’t want to wait for the elevator. They were updating the elevator so only 1 working but it was totally fine. I didn’t mind the wait and everyone was friendly. Wayne was great when we checked in late upon arrival. The property was pretty and clean as well. Overall would definitely book again!

Wonderful Getaway for a Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely a very relaxing vacation. Having the provided beach chairs & umbrella was huge. However to get the front row on the beach you had to get there by 7am as it is first come first serve. Beautiful beaches, very hot in July. June would probably be a better month to avoid 90+ degree temperatures. Condo was absolutely gorgeous!
Response from VrboOwner on 23 Oct 2024
Arthur, Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted that you had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed the beautiful beaches. We're glad the provided beach chairs and umbrella added to your comfort, though we understand the early wake-up for a front-row spot can be a bit challenging. It's great to hear that you found the condo gorgeous and enjoyed your stay despite the July heat. June can definitely offer some cooler temperatures, and we’d love to welcome you back then or any time you're ready for another getaway! Warm regards, Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Guest Services Team

Sept vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was good. Bed way too soft though, was hard to even roll over and couch was super saggy. WiFi was very spotty. Property was extremely clean and management was friendly. Beach was perfect except for 1 day when a family was tossing glass bottles around, chain smoking, screaming and blasting music. The law was mentioned about glass on the beach, but the were belligerent and did not care. No one addressed it and many beachgoers left and went to the pool. Same family partied on their balcony late into the night. Other than that, great stay. We come every year.
