Welcome to the world's most beautiful beaches! This newly decorated, beach front vacation rental is located on the Emerald Coast of Destin Beach, Florida.

Holiday Surf 515 accommodates up to 6 people. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access has an unrestricted view of the Gulf from which you can hear the waves and a private master bath with a walk-in shower.

The Guest bedroom has two full size beds, and easy access to the newly renovated guest bathroom.

The living room has a 55" LED HDTV with high definition programming and an added Bluetooth soundbar. Enjoy the remarkable view from the pub height patio furniture that allow you to watch the dolphins at play and take in all Destin Beach has to offer. Great views of the swimming pool, and sport-courts as well. The kitchen is well appointed and seats four at the counter. The dining table seats six and has a large mirror so that the view of the Gulf can be seen from any seat while enjoying a meal. There is a private washer and dryer provided just outside the entrance to the unit, which makes this unit one of the most popular options at Holiday Surf.

This gated facility has direct access to the beautiful beach, a heated pool, two tennis courts and a shuffleboard court with FREE Equipment rental available for guests; saunas, fitness center, coin/card operated Laundry facilities, a BBQ grill area, complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay (Mar 1 - Oct 31) and a Business center. In addition, you can take advantage of the linen exchange.

We are just minutes away from the "Harbor Walk" boardwalk, dining and many attractions that includes multiple opportunities to get on the water for unlimited adventures. It's just a short drive to upscale shopping and premium outlet stores.

Good overall stay

The property was nice and we loved everything about it accept for the beds and pillows being super hard. If you stay here you will want to bring pillows. Unless you like flat hard pillows. Other than that the place was great.

Our check in was effortless and everyone was so helpful and accommodating at the front desk. Once we entered our condo we were blown away about how well it actually matched the pictures that were posted which is rare. We had a small issue with a broken barstool and the maintenance man showed up within an hour to fix it. The location is super convienant and close to everything. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or pool and when the kids needed a snack or were ready for lunch we could just walk back inside and prepare something for was such a beautiful property and condo, we are already saying we are ready to book 515 again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In our 12 years of stay, this is by far the worst. I reported sunday morning and it took until monday for a work order to be generated. No one ever responded to us until we checked with the office tuesday morning to find out you had to email the owners. Never seen a mattress & box springs so bad that we could sleep for the squeakiness. I cannot believe a 5 star resort does not have a spare set of mattresses. We"ve stayed in other rooms before and had refridgerator replaced. With us coming 3 to 4 times a year for the past 12, we are very disappointed. We will be back, but never in 515.Very poor management!

I have stayed in a different unit previously and it was a great experience, however there were multiple issues with unit 515, it was supposed to sleep 6 and only had a king and 2 twin beds. The wall decor was missing and furniture was not the same as advertised. In addition we had 2 water leaks that needed fixed and the air mattresses provided had holes in them. I can say that Wayne was very helpful with all our needs and took care of us in a timely manner along with the other staff. I will not stay in unit 515 again but may return to Holiday Surf and Racquet in a different unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually have a great experience here. We have been staying for over 12 years and never had a problem. We have 7 people and the room was listed that it sleeps 6, when we got there it only slept 4. The manager gave us 2 blow up mattresses which took up our whole living room and dining room. We had to keep pumping them up and couldn't spend time together as a family to eat or watch tv. We had to stand around the kitchen unfortunately. Also, it was being remodeled, so the pictures were down as well. The sink in the master did not drain well, so you have to wait and turn water off to keep using it. We love family time in the evening to play games and sit around each other to eat and watch movies. We couldn't do it because of the 2 big mattresses in the way. The one nice perk is there is a washer/dryer personally with this unit. The manager called the owner and they only offered us $150 back due to the listing being wrong. Our stay was almost 3K. We wouldn't have got this room if it slept 4 for a family of 7 :(

The floors were very sandy and dirty. The AC was great during the day but the rooms got very warm at night. It could use some updating.

We enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella & chairs, plus easy access to the beach. The washer & dryer in unit were must haves, plus the towel exchange was a nice surprise.The staff at the resort were super friendly & helpful.Our only concern was the mattress in the master suite was uncomfortable.A good mattress would make for better sleep & less aches in the morning.

It does have a fulland 2 twins does does not have 2 sleeper chairs or a pullout couch. There are 2 small half broken metal cot style fold up beds with missing and broken pads.

Clean with Great location

The listing was perfectly located on a quite street with a private beach. Beach chairs with an umbrella were included in the stay. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The master bed is squeaky, so as you toss and turn in the night, it can wake up tour partner. Great overall experience. Would book again without hesitation.

We loved that there is no carpet, all tile. There were a few kitchen utensils that were not available....scissors, cookie sheets/pans, and muffin pan. But those are not deal breakers. We would definitely rent this condo again. It would be at the top of my list. Greatest greatest greatest thing about this condo......WASHER AND DRYER!!! We have stayed here (HSRC) many years past with no in condo washer/dryer. In my opinion, all owners should be made to place a washer/dryer in their units. It has been my biggest complaint over the years.....and caused us to stay elsewhere the past two years. But otherwise, great time! Nice clean facilities, pool, grounds. Hopefully will return in years to come....and hopefully washers and dryers will become more popular for owners.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When booking, the description said our room sleeps eight. That wasn’t true. There were two twin beds, a king size bed, and a popped air mattress. I notified the front desk, but nothing was done. Also, the master shower was broken. A Maintanence man came to our room to fix it but said he wouldn’t be able to fix it so be careful. Broken shower our entire stay. I was also under the impression that we had two patios... that wasn’t true either. Lastly, our room was not cleaned well. With the virus I expected a thorough cleaning. I do not believe the bedding was washed and items from the renters before us was left on the patio.
