Anniversary vacation

Holiday Surf is a very nice location. The beach is beautiful, the pool so comfortable and the grounds are impeccable.

Family vacation

Destin Stay

Condo was nice and a great location that was away from major crowds. However, the traffic in Destin is horrible.

Comfortable and convenient place

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the amenities! The shuffleboard, heated pool, easy beach access with chairs/umbrella already set up for us, tennis, pickle ball, etc! The front desk team were exceptional and gave great restaurant recommendations! Loved the location as well…super convenient to everything in Destin!

Fuds week

We took a trip to fuds week. First time staying here and had a great experience. Condo is exactly as listed. Easy booking and check in. Great location and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo! It was clean, and decorated nicely. The only downfall was how hot the master bedroom was at night. All of the rooms were great at night except that one. Adding a standup fan would help for sure.

Annual family vacation

The property was amazing! Short walk to get onto the beach. Property staff were very helpful. The only thing I would recommend changing is have linen changed out more frequently instead of only on Tue and Fri. We did not have a washer and dryer in our unit but there was a laundry mat It was a little inconvenient because if you are like me and do laundry daily. Other than that I was very pleased and my family and I had a great time. I would highly recommend this property!

Great pool. Clean property and quiet. Not an overly large complex. Unit was updated and spacious for 4 people. Decorated nicely. My only downside was laundry was not in unit. But self serve laundry area was nice and well maintained. AND they offer linen exchange several times during week to offset. We would definitely return here.

It was ok

The condo was clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool area. Only issue and it was small, was that the garbage bags were very small and flimsy and didn’t fit the garbage cans in the kitchen. And only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 5 day stay. We had to buy our own. Otherwise, it was nice.

Get another mattress please.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our only complaint was that the mattress in master bedroom made one feel like they were falling into the floor on one side. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Loved it except for the mattress issue! We had to be at the boardwalk by 6:30 am to get a front row umbrella because of fall break. Will definitely pick another time of the year to come. We have stayed previously multiple times without this issue.

It was a school vacation week- we do not have kids so we might have wanted to change our week/ all the kids seemed to have lots to do- beach was crowded and we had to go out early (by 8) to tag an umbrella

Usually, Destin gets less crowded starting around October and usually, the weather is still nice during that time. first timer in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was fabulous and in a great location. Super clean and description was spot on. The bed in master bedroom was super comfortable and loved the recliner in the living room. Plenty of space for everyone. The beach access was awesome and the pool was nice. Definitely would stay here again

Nice place

The property was nice. It is not right in the middle of all the busy places. Was not excited about the view from the balcony. You can't see the whole beach due to the way the condonis shaped. The toilet in the master bath doesn't flush well at all. And you have to dry clothes twice to get them fully dried in the laundry room.
